'Excellent staff top to bottom! First class treatment! They need to solve the driving back up the mountain to property from Park City problem at gate… pretty stupid to have a guard tell guests they have to use funicular to return but we could drive our vehicle down the mountain no problem from the hotel?!? and the valet actually drove our vehicle back up as we rode the funicular?!? Also the fine dining option Rime needs some attention to food quality. The Brasserie and poolside offerings...

'We had some good expectations staying at the Waldorf, but what we didn’t see coming was for all of them to be exceeded. The staff from Dallin at the concierge desk to Dullia in the powder restaurant and the front desk staff being very accommodating… even the valet and car service! We had a fantastic getaway weekend. We even ate at one of the finest restaurants on Main Street, which did not beat our fine dining experience at the powder restaurant located in the Waldorf. We highly recommend...
