'Such a special property! If you are looking for bucolic charm, you’ve found it. The layout worked perfectly for travel with our adult son, the cottage was charm itself, very clean and comfortable. The one caveat in the winter is the heat in the living room really won’t make it comfortable. The bedrooms are fine though. We would definitely return and recommend.'

'We were a little skeptical about staying in a Safari Tent but it was an amazing experience. The ace was exceptionally clean. The electric blanket kept us nice and toasty and we woke to the sound of birds chirping. Overall it was a great experience and my wife said it was the best stay yet.'

We had to book else where and now no refund is being processed we are completely disgusted in the service from Expedia and the Rayville boat house it’s unacceptable. We drove 3 hours to find a room unusable and then not being able to get in contact with the owner then they contact back hours later after we had to find somewhere else. Worst experience. '
