'The property is excellent. We had a problem accessing our unit with the code provided by the host. In the email from the host, the access code is part of the guest phone number; however, Expedia does not share the guest phone number with the host and no alternate code was provided. The front desk closes at 5pm and the phone number provided continuously goes to voicemail. 'Amazing and clean little house.'

'It was the perfect place for us to be. The view was excellent at sunrise. A few longhorn cattle visited us late one evening. We had our privacy from other guests, too. The cabin was furnished with everything we needed to be comfortable. Very good use of every space! Would highly recommend a stay, especially if you plan to attend the musical “Texas” which is performed down in Palo Duro Canyon in the summer months. Outstanding performance and extra special as the play is celebrating its 60th year...

'My husband and I took a break from camping and stayed in this adorable cottage while we were on a 1600-mile motorcycle camping trip. The hosts are wonderful and have added a lot of thoughtful touches, such as snacks and extra toiletries in case you forget something. The hot tub is lovely; we really enjoyed a relaxing soak at the end of a long day. If we are ever near Fort MacLeod in the future, we wouldblove to stay at the Prairie Rose Cottage again.'

'The room had an awful cigarette smell even when the room was non smoking, but overall clean. The guy at the office was very nice. He was nice enough to let us check in early without extra fees, but the neighbors were very disrespectful staying out in the parking lot very late making noise, kids crying and yelling all night, didn't rest at all. A plus was that it's pet friendly but even my dogs were anxious with all the wall banging.'

'It was a country setting. If you don't expect bugs and cobwebs you need to stay in city. No guarantees there either. Beautiful surrounding and many curious cows!!! They were great! Cabin was cozy. Set up nicely! Had everything you could need. '

'Very unique stay! Had planes in the front yard and trains in the back yard. Jon, the host, was generous enough to talk to us about his flying passion, planes and his business. Kids would love it. We enjoyed going through all the unique decor in the home. This was a lovely experience.'

'Cabin was nice and fresh upon arrival. Cute, cozy, and perfect for 2 travelers. Had everything we needed to stay in and cook if needed. Tracy was easy to contact and accommodate on a request for an additional fan. Highly recommend for day trips into Palo Duro Canyon State Park. Definitely coming back!'
