'Unfortunately while this property is lovely the stay was very inconvenient and I wish I’d stayed in a hotel instead. Cos it’s not a hotel and therefore has no reception or left luggage facility I had to drag my bag around Bath for most of the weekend. 'We just loved this place. This hotel is within walking distance from the train station. They do offer complimentary luggage pickup, but it was not available when we arrived because we requested it too late. This is a beautiful boutique hotel with a vintage radio, and vintage record player and standing tub. They offer complimentary cookies, drinks and ice cream. The staff was very helpful and extremely pleasant. We had a great time.'

I guess they could not switch off the central heating We opened the window and there was a lot of noice from machinery and the pub next door. There was a fan, but for £ 300 one would expect a better atmosphere. And £ 4,00 extra for a full UK breakfast, not customer friendly. The staff was friendly though '
