'Having no idea where to stay in Holt, for a few days; I looked online and decided on The Feathers. I was not disappointed. Everything was really fine: The Staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. The bedroom pleasant and comfortable. And what a choice for Breakfast. I did enjoy an evening meal there with friends. Obviously a popular venue with people; Service was efficient from a good Menu range. Thank you.'

'Its a quirky building and we had to duck a couple of times. The room was clean and comfy with all the amenities required. The restaurant offered a good selection and did cater for Gluten Free. We ended up having a very enjoyable 3 courses with drinks. The complementary breakfast was delicious too. All the staff we interacted with were polite and lovely but the star was Zoe. She showed us to our room, made sure we had a table near a breeze in the restaurant. Made recommendations and was so...

'Ik wilde een echt Engels plattelands hotel met een pub. Daaraan heeft dit hotel volledig voldaan. Het bier van het freehouse was uitstekend en de pub maaltijden waren lekker en origineel. De kamer voldeed aan de verwachtingen : teafacility, tv. Prima badkamer. De kamer waar ik in verbleef was buiten het hoofdgebouw. De muren waren zo dik, dat ik geen last heb gehad van het erg warme weer. Ik kan het van harte aanbevelen.'

'Very comfortable hotel. We stayed in the stable block with beautiful views of a lovely tree and the sea beyond. Ideally located for coastal walks. Breakfast and dinner were excellent although very expensive.'

'Comfortabel schoon en rustig hotel. Heb hier goed kunnen ontspannen en erg lekker geeten.'

'Very helpful and welcoming staff'

'Great location. It was ideal for what we needed it for. We found it hadn't really been cleaned properly. Bits of chedder crisps left underneath the side table . We had to wash up most of the bowls and saucepans before use as had dried bits of food on them. My son dropped a small toy that rolled just under the bed in the main bedroom, it was filthy under there. Think they do the bare minimum clean between each guests. '

'Great little extras. Lots of choice for breakfast and fab cocktails.!'

'Room was very small, shower was warm but not very hot. Food was amazing staff very friendly.'

'Amazing stay. Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Often hotels state pet friendly, but these guys added some really nice useful touches, to make us all welcome. Beautiful property in a great location.'

'Lovely room, very clean. Very pleasant and helpful staff, will definitely be a returning customer 😀'

'The whole place was a bit dingy with tired decor and furnishings. Lack of decent reliable WiFi in the rooms was a big drawback. Room resembled a prison cell. Clean and good quality bedding was one of the few plus points. I expected something like a Travelodge for the price paid and was very disappointed.'
