'The appartment was clean, well equiped with everything I needed. I was very tired and confused upon my arrival, the staff were easy to contact and helpful. It is in a great location. Easy walking distance to the Roman Baths, thermal spa, and rail station. I felt secure and didnt have any issues with noise. They don't have an elevator, which I knew when I booked. I would stay here again.'

'We had a wonderful stay at the Lakes. It’s such a beautiful setting with so many activities on offer including a spa. We ate in the restaurant and it really is an experience- the food and service were outstanding. Bedrooms are beautiful - decor and furnishings. Guest services were very helpful both prior to arrival and on the day. We we definitely be back! '

'Brilliant, I did leave a review on Google maps also. But I really enjoyed this stay. Me (m19) and my partner (F18) decided to go on a whim and book somewhere nice on Saturday night. It was a nice idea as we got out of her parents house. We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was clean with a nice bathroom, kitchen, living area and bedroom. We cooked ourselves a meal and had a nice bath before heading out. It's literally on the doorstep of town so everything you need is within walking...

'Lovely pub. Bear in mind that it opens until half 1 most nights with music playing. Room was lovely and had everything we needed. Owner was great and really hellful'

'City centre location was amazing. Our apartment 10 had amazing view of the city as it towers over most buildings. Everything you need is there. Really easy check in and out . Commutation was great from lovey staff. We had a phone call the day before and after we check in. '

'A busy weekend for a family wedding, but The Milk House was the perfect place to come back to and rest. Very relaxing and peaceful. Property was absolutely stunning our host, Rebecca was so so lovely and couldnt have been more welcoming. We will 100% be coming back for another family weekend soon. '

'Eveything was what i was expecting plus more the place was really clean and tidy. It was so quiet. Nice little getaway for me and my partner would stay again and it was perfect for the price. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and eveyone whos thinking about staying '

'We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and in great central location close to all main sights, restaurants and shops. Also very close to train station and coach terminal. Very walkable and convenient. Well equipped with everything you need. Seagull babies were incredibly cute. Would stay again. '

'The apartment is beautifully decorated and of a high standard. The location was perfect for us - lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as attractions. Bud and train station are also convenient although we didn’t use them. Paid parking lot is right across the street. Overall we loved it here !'

'We have had a nice stay at the Old fleece. The apartment is just above the pub, but you won't hear any noise from it. The apartment is large and well equipped, eg dishwasher, microwave, oven, large screen with Netflix. Unfortunately it's hard to heat the room because there is just a small heating and as it's an old building cold air and noise find their way through the (window)frames. '

'Great 4-night stay in this apartment. Such a great location, with shops, cinema, attractions and the thermae spa all within 10 minutes walk Bed was comfortable, good shower and reasonable amount of cooking utensils for a short stay As the sea is not far away, take earplugs as lots of seagull noise ! "Wij hadden een kamer met raam. Ik moet er zelf niet aan denken om een kamer zonder raam te hebben. Jammer dat het raam niet open kon. Verder was alles netjes maar er lag wat stof op de vensterbank en ook op de vloer. En de zwarte doucheruimte zou ik niet met witte handdoek schoonmaken. Dan blijven de pluisjes zichtbaar aanwezig. Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en je kon de koffers en tassen bij hun bewaren. Zelf vind ik het wel heel leuk om begroet te worden bij binnenkomt of weggaat en als je langs de receptie loopt en dat deden ze dan weer niet. Verder was het bed hard maar voor mij lieverd hard dan zacht. En ik zou zeker weer terug komen. Hierboven genoemde tips maakten het zeker geen slecht hotel. Het is het verschil tussen goed en fantastisch voor mij. "
