'On our arrival the woman who was rostered on Sunday afternoon was efficient but very unfriendly. She came out wiping and snivelling into her tissue. Did not greet me with a welcome and remained sour faced the whole time I was booking in. When our fob didn't work to open the door and I returned to reception to sort out no apologies and remained sour faced. In future I will read carefully what facilities they put in the room.
