Nieuw ingericht privé-huis op slechts vier jaar oud met off-road parking gelegen op een terrein van 1 hectare, slechts 3. 5 mijl van Holiday Valley en 5 mijl van Ellicottville. 1e verdieping heeft 2 grote slaapkamers (koning / koninginnen bedden) met kasten, complete badkamer, een volledige keuken en een ontbijtbar met 5 krukken. Grote eettafel biedt plaats aan 12, woonkamer heeft een grote bank en stoel, WB open haard, grote tv, volledig uitgeruste bar en boom box. Keuken heeft 12 couverts, wijnglazen, groot assortiment potten en pannen om te koken, servies, kookgerei, grote elektrische grill, broodrooster, crock pot en kleine sap mixer. Magnetron, koffiezetapparaat, vaatwasser en vuilophaal zorgen ervoor dat u zich thuis voelt.
Lager niveau heeft 3e grote slaapkamer (queensize bed), complete badkamer, bijkeuken met wasmachine en droger en recreatieruimte met tv, banken, tafeltennistafel en speeltafels. Er is ook een zeer grote verwarmde opbergkast voor al uw winteruitrusting.
3e niveau heeft een grote loft met een bank en een stoel om te lezen / ontspannen, evenals een klein bureau. Aan de andere kant van het hok bevindt zich een slaapzaal met 4 slaapplaatsen waar 6 kinderen kunnen slapen (twee aparte bedden en twee tweelingen), een kast en een ligbad.
Geniet 's zomers van het grote buitenterras of val met de grill, de terrastafel en stoelen of gebruik de vuurplaats' s nachts.
Voorzieningen zijn onder andere high speed internet, schotel-tv's, vloerverwarming, A / C en tankloos warm water dat gemakkelijk 2-3 gezinnen kan ondersteunen. Ideaal voor familie ski-uitjes of zomer-borrels met winkels in de buurt in Ellicottville. Gaming resort ligt minder dan 12 mijl ten zuiden in Salamanca. Particuliere werf met zachte sloep is beschikbaar om spelletjes te spelen, slee te maken of een sneeuwpop te bouwen (4 plastic sleeën zijn beschikbaar). Extra brandhout is beschikbaar buiten de voordeur en buiten de glazen schuifdeuren in de Rec-ruimte. Er zijn een paar bordspellen (volwassenen en kinderen), een houten treinset en Legos om de kinderen bezig te houden wanneer ze niet buiten zijn.
Holiday Valley Ski Resort ligt op minder dan 4 mijl van het huis, de stad Ellicottville en Holimont Ski Resort zijn ongeveer 5 mijl afstand en Holiday Valley heeft een Tubing Hill / resort ongeveer 7. 5 mijl afstand gebouwd.
Er zijn verschillende parken en bosgebieden binnen een paar mijl voor langlaufen, sneeuwschoenen of wandelen.

Loved this home - will be back!

We stayed here with 6 adults for a ski trip. The home had a great location - private and quiet with beautiful views of the woods (saw lots of deer!) but still close to the slopes and downtown. The house itself was very nice with an excellent layout. Extremely clean and owner provided all the amenities you could need. They even left wine for us! We were very impressed and will definitely stay here again.

Ski stay with family and friends

The house was immediately enjoyable as soon as we walked in the door. There was anything that you would ever need and it was perfect amount of space for our group. The host was nice enough to let us have a late check out on Sunday, which was great because we did ski on Friday and we were able to see Sunday morning get cleaned up before we had to head home. Thank you again we cannot wait to come back.

Awesome location, beautiful home

This home is in the perfect location - just about ten minutes from skiing, tubing or shopping. It’s on a dead end street, so nice and quiet! The pictures don’t do the house justice. There are three fully finished floors with a full bathroom and sitting room on each. Our group of 6 adults and 6 teenage children had plenty of space. The hosts were very communicative and provided a lot of information about the area.

Awesome house

My four friends and I stayed here for a weekend with 7 kids aged 1-9. We had such a great stay. The house and property is beautiful. Located very close to Ellicotville if you are going into town. We drove to Allegheny Park for lake swimming. The house is so clean and comfortable. Has everything you need. Kitchen is great for group cooking. The host sent very clear insturctions that made everything so simple. Such a great place!

You won’t be disappointed if you book this lovely home. The hosts were very accommodating, and the place is spacious, well stocked and clean! Very Nice Place with plenty of room for our group of 13 ranging from 4 to 69. Everything is up to date and Wifi was good. We had the range of cell phones with some working better than others. If your phone has the capability to work as a phone over WiFi then no issues. The owner was good to work with and clear instructions We will most likely rent this place again

Family ski trip

We stayed here for a family ski trip to Holiday Valley! The house was clean upon arrival, plenty of space for our group of 10 (adults and children) and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The driveway is very steep, if it’s snowing you definitely need a vehicle with 4WD. The only issue we had was with cell phone service, even while using the WiFi. Only one of our phones could make or receive calls while there, but there is a landline available although we didn’t try and use it.

Very accommodating for families to stay together! The basement was fun for the kids to have their own area to play! They even got to go sledding down the hill in back yard! We used the grill to make dinner and enjoyed the fire place in the living room! Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Fall Experience!

We had a great time at this beautiful house. The house was even better than the online pictures. The kitchen was clean and modern and well stocked (though could have used a few mixing bowls). There were a lot of nice spaces for people to hang out. The couches were comfy. The deck was great for barbecuing. Ping pong and foosball were really fun, but there was also a nice assortment of board games. A great property for a relaxing weekend away.

Memorial Week Vacation

I stayed here with 4 other family members and my 5 year old son. The views on the property are breathtaking and the pictures online really don't do justice to how gorgeous the house is. There was a lot of common space for family members who wanted to hang out and watch TV and play games and there was sufficient quiet space for family members who wanted quiet time to themselves. The town of Ellicotville has some decent restaurants and a nice downtown area. We spent two days at the pool(s) at the nearby resort which were perfect for my 5 year old son. The only reason I rated our stay as 4 stars rather than 5 is due to the lack of internet/cell phone signal. Internet during our stay was spotty at best and we missed a lot of cell phone calls during our trip (luckily there was no emergency).

Perfect ski chalet!

The property was fantastic and perfect for our ski trip. The house was equipped with everything we needed and the layout allowed the adults and kids to each have their own space. I would highly recommend this property for a winter get-a-way, but it also appears to be great for anytime of year.

Pictures don’t do it justice

The size of the home is beyond what the pictures can show! We stayed for a weekend of tubing (15 minute drive) and shopping in Ellicottville (10 minutes to downtown) with four families and had more than enough room for our crowd! There are bedrooms and bathrooms on each level of the home. The basement level is loaded with entertainment for all ages and the kids LOVED the ping pong and foosball tables. The easy-to-use fireplace, high ceilings and beautiful windows made the living room so cozy and welcoming. There is space to be together (large dining room table and open kitchen with bar stool seating) or to sneak away. The owners were great with communicating and made sure that there were well explained directions on how to use the fireplace and the heating system. We had an incredible weekend!

HV Getaway

Had a nice ski weekend with friends. Our second time staying at the house. Great location to get to HV and Ellicottville. The house is well maintained and a good size for 10-12, mix of adults and kids. The basement is perfect for the kids!
