Dit heuvelachtige chalet is klaar om uw vakantiedromen in elk seizoen te realiseren! Gelegen op enkele minuten van Holiday Valley en het dorp Ellicottville. Het huis ligt op een rustige landweg, op loopafstand van staatsgrond, op ruim 2,5 hectare, ideaal om te sleden of een sneeuwpop te bouwen. Er zijn 4 slaapkamers en een uitklapbare slaapbank die comfortabel geschikt is voor 10 + gasten. Het hoofdniveau heeft een open plattegrond met een wand van ramen om het uitzicht te bekijken, 52 inch lcd-tv, in-home WiFi, rivier stenen zithoudende open haard en grote eethoek met ontbijtbar. Bereid uw maaltijden voor in de keuken van de chef-kok, compleet met een 5-pits tweepersoons oven, wijnkoelkast, openhaardgasgrill, vaatwasser en koelkast. Alle nieuwe meubels en tapijt / vloer vormen de woonruimten, waaronder een lagere spelkamer voor bordspellen of puzzels. Een wasmachine en droger zijn ook ter plaatse om al uw wasserijbehoeften aan te pakken. Kom met je familie en vrienden in elk seizoen in rust en stilte!


Mountainbiken: Enkele van de beste single-mountainbiken in het oosten ligt in en rond Ellicottville. Er zijn miles en miles van paden voor elk ervaringsniveau. Fietsverhuur is beschikbaar in de stad!

Wandelen: De staatsparken en routesystemen zorgen ook voor een uitstekend wandelavontuur. Het 3e grootste staatspark in het land, Allegany State Park, ligt op slechts 15 minuten rijden. U kunt ook de vele mountainbike-paden in de omgeving wandelen.

Weekend get a way

We had the honor to stay in this cozy cabin for a long weekend on the slopes at Holiday Valley! The cabin was within 10 minutes of the resort making it easy to come back to if needed during the day. The cabin was clean and the perfect size for the 10 of us who stayed. It more than met our needs and expectations! The owners kept in touch and made it easy to contact them if needed. We will definitely be coming back!

Great Entertainment Space for a Large Group

I can't say enough good things about the main floor of this property ... a big open kitchen, dining and living room area with a wall full of windows looking out over the countryside. There is room for 14 people to sit and eat a meal at some type of table or counter ... and the large dining table was great for game time. We also enjoyed the outside space ... big porch and a nice firepit below. The owners are also very helpful, polite and immediately responsive. All in all, we had a great time. My only two reservations were ... (1) The maintenance company isn't doing a very good job. We could not use the oven because of a significant spill in it that caused heavy smoke, fireplace was full of ashes, broken hanging rack in one of the closets, fire alarm off the wall in the Master ... (2) It would have been nice if all of the bedrooms had a bureau and a nightstand with lamp on both sides of the bed. Furniture in bedrooms was very sparce.

Great spot to get away with friends.

We really enjoyed the space. Great kitchen and living room. Loved having the indoor fireplace. It was a bit too cold to really enjoy the outside space, but it's beautiful. I would say that it only sleeps 10, not 12. (4 bedrooms and a pull out sofa in the basement) Not sure where you'd put the other two people.

Beautiful home!

We stayed here with several friends for my husbands 40th birthday. The property was beautiful, the house was very nice. I loved the set up. The bedrooms had their own downstairs space for privacy and the master bedroom was very large with a beautiful view! The house is bigger than I expected from the pictures! Would 100% stay here again

Loved our Stay!

Very nice house in close proximity to Holiday Valley. We really enjoyed ourselves! Beautiful view, comfortable furniture. Our only suggestion would be a bigger bed in 1-2 of the rooms (or twin size beds). But the listing is accurate and we were not dissapointed and had a wonderful weekend! Wonderful family time

We rented this beautiful chalet to gather with with family for my dads 70th bday. While we were there my husband and I celebrated 9 years of marriage. It was absolutely perfect. So many games for the kids to stay entertained and such a great view. It did rain our entire stay however we all had so much to do there. Very stocked as well with everything you need. I do wish their wasn't As many spiders lol but that's the country life I guess. Wonderful wonderful rental. We will definitely book again!

Absolutely fantastic view!

Absolutely fantastic stay, had all age ranges and they all very much enjoyed the property and the town of Ellicottville. We had plenty of space and everything we needed right there. The kitchen had enough of everything so our large group could eat in instead of having to dine out. Our most favorite memory well be sitting outside drinking coffee every morning and just relaxing with the view!! The location was easy to get to and was very quiet and peaceful.

Cozy with beautiful views!

We traveled to Holiday Valley for a ski weekend and had a lovely time at this house! We were 2 families (4 adults + 6 children) and there was plenty of space for everyone (had to use the pullout couch in the downstairs living area). Plenty for the kids to do when we weren't skiing....sledding and exploring outside, multiple video game systems in the basement, board games, and hide and seek amongst the 3 levels! There's ample seating in both living and eating area with a large kitchen for prep that is open to the living area and fireplace. Nice to have a separate cozy area for the kids to hang in the basement while us adults enjoyed some quiet time catching up on the main level. Just a 10 minute drive to Holiday Valley ski hill. One tip: if you need firewood, make sure to bring or call in advance. We called the contact given to us once we arrived and never received a call back. This is overall a beautiful home that is well cared-for, well-equipped and fulfilled all our needs. Great weekend! Thanks!
