'Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away. Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as. I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. '

'We had a wonderful stay, what a unique place with all conveniences catered for. We spent an evening at the fire pit toasting marshmallows (included in the fire pit package price). The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, I would recommend Truly Kentish Holiday Lets. '

'The location was unbeatable. Maximum 3 minutes walk to the beach, even with the kods dragging their feet. We were lucky to find parking on a street 2 minutes away based on information received from the host and we only went back to the car after checkout, literally everything (beach, harbour, castle, town....) was an easy walk from the apartment. 'Visited Whitstable for my 60th birthday present. Also to run the half marathon there. Apartment in lovely central location. Plenty of space within the apartment. Bedrooms are at the back which is quiet with just an access lane. Bed linen was clean and beds comfortable. Plenty of storage. Sofas comfy and a good sized tv with all the usual channels. Kitchen well equipped. Another reviewer mentioned about having to take their rubbish with them, this isn’t correct, there’s a black bin with the flat...

'Good for a short stay. Has everything you need, but it’s a rather small room. There’s a folding table and there’s only one chair so you have to sit on the bed. The kitchen has only two small pans, so you can’t cook anything. Lovely garden and good location (20 min. walk to centre and near train station). '

'The apartment was exactly what we wanted! It was comfortable and clean! The host was wonderful and had no issue with answering any questions we had! The apartment is so close to the high street - a perfect spot for nights out or just a quick visit to the center. The only thing we found that there was not any oven trays for cooking but there was an oven. Not a dealbreaker at all and we just used foil that was provided. Just a point for the future! 'The flat was exactly as described and there were plenty of utensils and crockery for a short stay. It is located directly opposite the beach and the view is superb. Everything is a few minutes walk away, which was fantastic as I don't have a car. The owner was easy to reach and responded promptly. I would highly recommend. '
