This delightful holiday retreat is set on the edge of the pretty seaside village of Winterton-on-Sea and is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday on the East Norfolk coast. The sea is approximately 0.5 miles away with wide and gently sloping dog-friendly beaches, ideal for picnics and relaxing. Further afield you will find stunning lighthouses and windmills – buildings that make Norfolk famous. The Norfolk Broads are a short drive away with Great Yarmouth approximately 8 miles with its pleasure beach and tourist attractions. With lots of wide open space, this quiet corner of Norfolk is a great place to forget your busy life and get some fresh air.

Guests enter this charming cottage into a spacious open-plan living area, all on one level. It’s a beautiful kitchen/lounge/diner with French door leading to the patio and garden areas, exposed timber beams adding to the charm of the cottage, and large Velux windows giving the space lots of natural light. The kitchen is well equipped and a charming space to cook, the lounge area has comfortable sofas, a Smart TV/DVD, and the dining area has a table and chairs looking onto the patio area. The master king-size bedroom has an exposed stone wall and timber beams. The charming twin bedroom boasts a Smart TV, and French doors leading outside. A family bathroom comprising of a bath and separate shower cubicle completes this cottage.

Heading outside, the property has an enclosed garden area with a patio, garden furniture and a BBQ. There’s a lovely lawn area and shrub planting.
