Larners Lodge | Winterton Cottages

Larners Lodge is a detached stylish bungalow, tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac. This property is a very short walk from the dunes and beach, as well as being only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Winterton-on-Sea.

The spacious lounge has comfortable seating with L-shaped sofa and armchair around the beautiful log burner. There is also a smart TV. The large open plan kitchen diner has an electric oven and halogen hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and full size fridge freezer. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. The dining table seats six and is situated in the kitchen area together with 42” smart TV. Five steps lead down from the kitchen area to the back door.

The main bedroom has king size bed with an en suite shower room and the second bedroom has two 3' single beds. Both bedrooms have 32" smart TVs. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and basin. There is also a further WC at the bottom of the steps leading from the kitchen to the back door.

The rear garden is laid to lawn with shrubs around the edge. Please note there are five steps down from the kitchen area to the back door to access the back garden. It is fully enclosed and secure for dogs - up to four are welcome free of charge. Dogs are welcome to join you on the sofa but please bring throws to use. There is off road parking for two cars.
