Our property has operated for a really long time in the tourism market of Naxos island but we have never faced a similar issue like your comments. Our location is really obvious in Google map or in other reservation channels (hotel profile). None of our clients in the past, no matter if they are fully satisfied or not, have noticed that our hotel brochure is false. We are so sorry for your vindictive review because of a misunderstanding of your transfer service. Isn't absolutely acceptable to defame our hotel because we have informed you that we can't assist your transfer from the port ( because of the late inform), and you have to cover it by yourself. Also, we are worried as you are not satisfied with our hotel room, the maid service and our location, why didn't you mention it during your stay.Best Regards Kalogeitona Voula
