Alonissos - idyllische villa met privéstrand en jacuzzi en prachtig uitzicht op zee

Prachtig uitzicht op zee, gelegen boven een klein kiezelstrand met uitstekend helder water om te snorkelen en zwemmen. Deze romantische villa biedt rust, privacy en eenvoudige luxe. Kijk na een duik naar de zon die ondergaat vanaf ons terras 'Gin and Tonic' voordat u een duik neemt in de jacuzzi.
De villa heeft grote lig- en eetterrassen met ligstoelen, hangmatten etc.
Binnen in deze villa met airconditioning bevindt zich een grote open keuken / woonkamer met een muur die naar achteren opent zodat de voorkant van de villa volledig uitkomt op de terrassen met een prachtig uitzicht. Uit deze kamer zijn de twee goed ingerichte slaapkamers en badkamers. De slaapkamer heeft openslaande deuren naar het terras met prachtig uitzicht op zee en de tweede slaapkamer kijkt uit op de tuin.
De villa is volledig uitgerust met alle benodigde keukenapparatuur inclusief kookplaat, f / vriezer, magnetron, oven, koffiezetapparaat, fruitpers, broodrooster, waterkoeler etc.
Er is ook een tv, dvd en muziekcenter die een ipod of iets dergelijks neemt. GRATIS WIFI. BBQ- en stranduitrusting. Buitendouche


Activiteiten: De meeste klanten verhuizen niet van hun eigen kiezelstrand met zijn prachtige privacy en uitstekende snorkel- en vismogelijkheden, maar als u verder wilt gaan, biedt Alonissos ook geweldig wandelland met duidelijk gemarkeerde paden die door spectaculaire landschappen dwalen.
Schilderlessen zijn beschikbaar als eenmalige sessie of als cursus. Yoga, massage en Alexandertechniek zijn allemaal beschikbaar op dagelijkse basis of cursus. Kajakken is een heerlijk rustige manier om het eiland vanaf de zee te zien.
Duiken is beschikbaar voor ervaren duikers en ook PADI-cursussen en dagzeilen.
Er worden veel boottochten aangeboden naar naburige eilanden en zowel Skopelos als Skiathos zijn gemakkelijk te bereiken voor een dagje uit.

In de villa is er een selectie van spellen en kaarten. Er zijn dvd's en cd's, we hebben ook een verrekijker en een telescoop die geweldig is voor het bekijken van de dolfijnen en scholen vissen die voorbij komen.

Terrassen: Deze luxe villa heeft verschillende terrassen. Halverwege uw eigen privéstrand naar de villa bevindt zich het terras 'Gin and Tonic', zo genoemd omdat iedereen die in de villa heeft verbleven besloten heeft dat het de ideale positie is om aan het begin van de avond te zitten terwijl de dag afkoelt en de zon gaat onder.
Op het volgende terras boven is de jacuzzi met onderwaterverlichting om 's avonds te genieten, of met de lichten uit op een sterrennacht om de hemel te zien zonder enige lichtvervuiling of om te kijken naar de vissersboten die het kanaal tussen Alonissos en Peristera varen
De barbecue en het eetgedeelte bevinden zich op het bovenste terras, waar ook ligstoelen te vinden zijn.
Het eetterras heeft zonneschermen, zodat u ook kunt genieten voor al fresco-lunches.

We will be coming back

I could not recommend this property enough. The house was clean, very well equipped, all appliances were working properly and the beds were very comfortable. It’s private beach was beautiful with an easy access to water. Finally we have to highlight the communication skills of the owners. Karen and Costas were exceptionally friendly and helpful right from the beggining of our trip, they picked us up at the main port, helped with our luggage and assisted us with car rental. They provided the same service on our departure as well. They are super lovely people and we can’t wait to book this house next summer.

Exceeded our high expectations

We knew from everything we had read about the Anasa Villa that we were in for a good week, but nothing can really prepare you for the spectacular villa and location, and for how welcoming and helpful the hosts, Kostas and Karen are. We were met at the ferry with the keys to the hosts' adorable Fiat and followed Kostas on his motorbike to the villa. The basic provisions like butter, coffee, milk, toasts, and oiive oil meant we could just settle in and think about shopping later on. My husband was nursing a sore throat and Kostas secured us an appointment with a lovely doctor that evening, as well as reservations at nearby Tasia's restaurant where the food was as good as he promised and to which we returned three more times during our stay. The villa itself is very well built (by the owner, so there's nothing in any way cheap about anything), and the craftsmanship of the stonework is a highlight. Beds are comfy, AC powerful if you need it, everything sparkling clean. The beach itself is private, protected from wind, and super clean. A few boats dropped anchor each day to swim nearby, proving to us there was no need to hire a boat to go anywhere as we wouldn't find anything better than what we had to ourselves. I could go on and on. I dreamt about Anasa Villa after leaving and look forward to a return.

Idyllic

We all absolutely loved our stay at Anasa villa. It really is the ultimate get-away-from-it-all location. The views are breathtaking and having access to our own beach was just perfect for our family. The villa itself is very well equipped - it was pleasure not having to think about sundries like toilet paper and bin bags! We enjoyed the local area - Kalamakia and Steni Vala for lunches and grocery shopping, as well as outings to Patitri and the old village. Both were charming. We didn't explore any further as we couldn't bare to leave the villa for long! We also enjoyed stargazing from the hot tub. We really hope to return. Thank you for having us.

Faultless!

We are generally fussy about where we stay on holiday but could find no faults at all with this gorgeous villa. Such a stunning location and a perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature and each other. Car is essential and renting from our hosts worked brilliantly. Little shop and bakery in Steni Vala has all we needed for our stay. We loved this beautiful, unspoiled island and the temperature at the end of august / early September was perfect.

Amazing stay

We (a family of 4 including two teenagers) have just spent a wonderful two weeks at this incredible property. The location was out of this world, so close to the water and with our own little pebbly beach. My husband and son really enjoyed kayaking or swimming across to Agios Dimitrios in the mornings. The villa is very comfortable and the views are breathtaking. Karen and Kostas were so helpful and responsive- they made our stay so easy- thank you both so much for a wonderful holiday. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience!

Fantastic location. Villa is great and well planned out. It has all its rooms facing the breathtaking view. Gardens were lovely and had many areas to sit in. Snorkelling equipment, kayak, etc all provided. I can’t think of anything that could improve it!

Quiet and relaxing seafront location

The villa location was perfect for us. Not overlooked, on the seafront, beautiful views, short drive (10mins) to tavernas in Kalamakia and Steni Vala. The villa itself is beautifully built - we loved the terraces looking out to sea and the green gardens. The beds were very comfortable and it was good having a bathroom each. The aircon was welcome as was the cold water dispenser. We spent hours on the private beach alternating between reading, snorkelling and kayaking. A daily kayak to Agious Dimitros for iced coffee was most enjoyable as was the early morning kayak down the coast to watch the sunrise. We had a great snorkelling trip fom Patiri to Peristera - lots of fish, corals and a glimpse of a seal. Karen and Kostas were wonderful hosts from initial booking (when Karen answered all my questions) through months of Covid uncertainty and final arrival. They kindly arranged additional days accommodation in Patriri when our flight was changed, met us from the port on arrival and hired us their car - all of which meant we could relax straight away into our holiday. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa. We have been to many places in Greece and we also think that Alonissos is particularly special - quieter than some islands, green landscapes, clear waters and lots of lovely small beaches to choose from plus excellent food in local tavernas. We very much hope to return!

Without a doubt one of the best holidays we have ever had - a truly stunning house and location

Perfect from the moment we were met off the ferry to start our holiday on the beautiful and tranquil island of Alonnisos. The attention to detail was superb - from the overall luxury and cleanliness of the villa right through to the thoughtful touches including guest toiletries and beach shoes! Lots of fishing from the shoreline followed by relaxing at the many areas available up and down the garden area. The hot-tub was a favourite point and so relaxing with the stunning view ahead. The little cat family added to our enjoyment and they appreciated some of the fresh fish caught! Definitely need a car but don't have to go far to find a quite (almost deserted in late September) beach and some wonderful taverna's. If you want to get away from hustle and bustle this is the place - we loved it and can't wait to return as many before us have clearly done too. Thank you so much Karen and Kostas for great communications and thoughtfulness.

For us, this is what paradise is like....

This was our first stay in Alonnisos and is most definitely not our last. The pure beauty of Anasa Villa and surroundings cannot be captured by photograph, it must be experienced in person. From the moment we arrived at the port, being welcomed by Karen and Kostas and to the time they waved us off they were impeccable hosts. The knowledge they have of the Island is extensive and this put us at ease right from the very start. We hired their car, a brand new fiat cross which was waiting for us at the Port and they escorted us to the Villa which was a 15 min drive. The scenery along the coast is so tranquil and you get an immediate feel of peace and calmness. When we arrived at the Villa we were so impressed with the most amazing views from the large terrace area which includes sun loungers , BBQ and a spacious seating area. The next tier has a hot tub which we enjoyed day and night, followed by a patio area which was perfect for a pre-dinner G&T and to take in the views. The lower tier led to our own private beach with the most comfy cushioned beach loungers. Inside, the large and spacious living area includes a kitchen that has everything you could ever need including a hot/cold water dispenser. We wanted a two week holiday of rest , relaxation , fantastic accommodation with amenities, beautiful surroundings and a mix and match of catering for ourselves on the BBQ under the moonlight and also enjoying the homecooked foods the wonderful people of Alonnisos have to offer and that's exactly what we had. To summarise, the whole experience from start to finish exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to return and do it all again next year, our very own piece of paradise.

Amazing villa in peaceful and stunning location

Firstly Karen and Kostas were amazing hosts, sorting out boat and car hire as well as meeting us on the quay. The villa is in a quiet location with the most amazing views. It had everything we needed and great to walk down the garden to our little beach. Hiring a boat was great as we could explore all the beaches and coves. Didn't think we would use the hot tub but with beautiful views we could not resist. Our daughter loved the local cats who kept us entertained. Even the thunderstorm was spectacular. Lots of places to eat nearby. The island is safe and welcoming and well worth the travel. We will return! Thank you Karen and Kostas for an unforgettable holiday. The Snodin family

Tranquil villa

Just got back after our first stay ( 8 nights ) at Anasa Villa. It was so beyond our expectations in every way. The kitchen is very well equipped. The villa and surrounding area are very quiet and private but it is only a 10 mins drive to the very attractive laid back harbour of Steni Vala, which has a about 4-5 good quality cafes and restaurants. There are 2 good supermarkets also. The villa, the view and the peacefulness worked their charm and I can honestly say I have never felt more relaxed after a holiday. Quite a special place! The owners Karen and Kostas who live on the island are very friendly and helpful. They are easy to contact should you need to. We highly recommend this villa.

Wer ein Stück vom Paradies sucht, der ist an diesem ruhigen, abseits von jeglichem Trubel gelegen Ort richtig. Die Betreuung durch die Eigentümer ist diskret,hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Was geht wird möglich gemacht!

Authentic & unspoilt

Such a peaceful & stunning setting. It was without doubt one of the best holidays that I think we have ever experienced. Our hosts were so kind & helpful in every way. We hired a speed boat, kindly arranged by Karen, mooring it below the villa for the whole of our stay which was a massive benefit enabling us to go shopping, dine out & explore otherwise inaccessible places. If you are looking for authentic, unspoilt Greece this is it. We will definitely be returning.

Tranquil hideaway

Amazing vista from all 3 levels of the villa, very comfortable accommodation, nice bathrooms, gorgeous little beach with own jetty, very private, car essential, require good legs to go up and down all the steep steps from the road to both the property and the lower levels to the jacuzzi and then down again to the beach. There are handrails and lighting. We were lucky enough to have a full moon one night which lit up the sea and was truly awesome. Good facilities for sun bathing and eating outside. We had a very relaxing, switch off holiday.
