After thoroughly reviewing your case and having read your review very carefully please allow us to comment on a few things that made your holiday unpleasant. In regards to your comment about the photos not matching the actual villas we would like to guarantee you that our photos as well as our descriptions are very accurate and up to date and every single detail is thoroughly explained. All the information and photos are provided to all potential guests who wish to make a reservation with us thus avoiding any misunderstandings. Moreover as far as the appliances are concerned you kindly informed us that there was a smell coming from your room and when our maintenance team arrived they saw that the cable of the coffee machine was placed on top of the stove and it was melted. Consequently, we cannot be held accountable for any misuse of the appliances. Furthermore, in regards to the villa being able to barely fit 4 people we would like to kindly remind you that your initial reservation concerned 2 people and we only found out of the actual number of people that will be accommodated on the day of your arrival. It is truly regrettable that we were not informed about the actual number of people prior to your arrival as we would have made the necessary adjustments. Additionally we would like to highlight that based on our records our concierge team responded to all inquiries or questions you had and that is how our manager's number was provided, and it wasn’t simply found as it is stated in your review. Lastly, in regards to the communication with our manager about moving to a different villa, we suggested an alternative prior to your arrival and not on your last day, as that would have been an irrational thing to do, and you respectfully declined.
