Prezzo qualità troppo alto (65€ a notte), colazione (buona) non inclusa nel prezzo e capelli presenti sul cuscino, comodo e puntuale il servizio di check-in arrivando alle 4.30 AM (serve comunque il taxi -13€ - per raggiungerlo data la strada non praticabile dall’aeroporto a piedi di notte), personale molto gentile

Stay at Your Own Risk
This hotel did NOT have a room for us! We were late in arriving and they sent us to a local hotel that was basically uninhabited, no desk clerk at night; no other guests as far as I could tell; the front room was in darkness and we were getting bit by mosquitoes in our room and that's not the worst part! The worst part was I made arrangements to be picked up at the Anseli at 4:30 A.M.to make our flight at 6:30 A.M. from Rhodes to Athens and our flight home to the U.S.from Athens at 11:30. There was no room for error. I was assured the night guard would inform them where we were. My husband walked to the Anseli at 4:30 a.m. and found our driver waiting for us. She told us the night guard was sitting "naked" (shirtless) at the desk and told her he knew nothing about us. She was appalled at his appearance. The "guard" was supposed to send her to the other hotel as I had been assured by the reception at the Anseli many times. The whole experience was outrageous!! Thank goodness my husband walked there (in total darkness) to find our driver as we didn't trust Anseli's assurance the driver would be sent to us. The hotel itself looked OK but there is no guarantee that is one you'll end up in. I don't know why they didn't have a room for us as I booked months in advance. Because they shut us out of a room, my trip home could have have been a disaster because they didn't honor our reservation and lied in their assurances of sending my driver to us.

Pela primeira vez Muito Decepcionante... Era um so unica noite no hotel devido uma conexão de voo no aeroporto de Rhodes. Chegamos tarde da noite e muito cansados. Nossa reserva não constava no sistema do hotel. (Se é que haviam sistema). Um dos recepcionistas era um sr. Que parecia completamente álcoolizado O bar do hotel estava funcionando ao lado da recepção. Musica alta e muita fumaça de cigarro. Esse sr.duvidava da Austenticidade dos nossos vouchers. Depois de quase uma Hora, após localizarem por tel. Creio que a proprietária do hotel, liberará mas os quartos. Fazia muito calor O ar condicionado não ligava. Deci para pedir uma solução, o recepcionista me informou que só funcionaria mediante o pagamento de 5 euros. Estava bloqueado por uma chave. O banho nada abundande, pois baobá havia vazão de água suficiente pelo ralo, coerente com o volume de água da ducha... Resultado Quarto alagado. Infelizmente uma primeira e péssima Experiência, após tantos anos de fidelidade ao serviço HOTÉIS.COM

L'hotel che ha negato la prenotazione di Hotel.com
Questa non è una recensione è il racconto di una spiacevole esperienza. Uno di noi è arrivato a Kremasti la mattina del giorno in cui avevamo prenotato (notte del 27 lug 2016) e si è presentato all'hotel Anseli. La signora alla reception ha sostenuto che non vi era alcuna prenotazione a nostro nome (appartamentino con due camere) e che non conosceva Hotel.com. Naturalmente la prenotazione che le è stata mostrata per lei era carta straccia. Le è anche detto che la prenotazione era valuda e confermata e che avremmo chiamato la polizia. A quel punto ha chiamato un hotel vicino e ci ha tovato una sistemazione identica allo stesso prezzo (che naturalmente abbiamo pagato). Poi ha detto di farci rimborsare da Hotel.com. L'impressione è che non la raccontasse giusta. Ma non abbiamo elementi per esserne sicuri. In ogni caso non è stato piacevole. Comsiderte che cin me c'era mio figlio di 9 anni e noi siamo arrivato alke 21.30 a Rodi, se fossimo arrivati tutti insieme non trovare l'appartamentino sarebbe stato ancora più spiacevole. Ho chiesto il rimborso a Hotel.com, mi auguro sia rapido.

Litt slitt hotell, men hyggelig betjening
Ut fra pris var det helt ok, men renhold på rom kunne vært bedre. Ltt "slitt" hotell. Hyggelig betjening. Et veldig lite basseng, men rent. Ca. 10 min til strand (mest sand/noe rullestein). Brukte hotellet "som mellomstasjon" før hjemreise. Nær flyplass, ergo flystøy, men merket lite på rommet. Vil du ha et rimelig hotell og ikke skal bo der i mange dager, er det ok. Frokost kan kjøpes. Kontinentalfrokost kostet 6 euro. Kostet mellom 17-20 euro for drosje til sentrum.
