I have just returned from my trip to Greece with my friend, taking the time to leave a review on this hotel. First of all, the hotel is located in a quiet location, and not far from transport accessible by walking, the view is incredible over the swimming pool, the room too, it is clean and has everything you need, it There are some cute cats, but the best thing is the staff, they are generous, welcoming, we were extremely lucky to have met these people. We are very grateful to have had a wonderful stay thanks to them. We had a very delicious breakfast every morning, a cleaned room, but also the possibility of being taken by car around the island, I thank the hotel owners very much! I recommend. Arlene Boutique was in a great central location. The host family was wonderful and always eager to assist us. The breakfast was delicious and personalized to our taste. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Bel endroit pour se reposer
Endroit propre, un peu loin du centre-ville, mais ça va bien en autobus. C’est un coin tranquille.

Friendly staff and very nice swimming pool. Very clean and well maintained rooms. My flight was early morning from Athens and 9am l got checked in. Very much appreciated. Early checked at 5.30am with breakfast. Excellent service.

Great place in Mesaria
We had a lovely last day in Santorini before coming back home. The hotel was great, we could do an early checkin and a bit later check out which helped us a lot. Breakfast was super good. We would stay here again. It is close to Fira and also to the airport and to the beaches as well. Great location.

What a lovely hotel. Not a chain hotel experience at all. We flew in to Santorini and stayed only one night, but the hotel arranged for our transfer from the airport, which is huge on a busy island with a small number if taxis. The room was bright and delightful, with amenities like soaps and shampoos, bottled water, coffee & tea set up. Breakfast was served to our room the next morning and it was delicious! This is a family run hotel with a quiet homey vibe. We loved it and would stay here again anytime.

The owner was phenomenal. We received an awesome breakfast every morning brought to our room. We only had one mishap with the AC but the owner was able to move us one room over the next morning. Staff friendliness, service, and amazing price point more than made up for the minor inconvenience. I would stay here again.

We stayed here one night to be closer to the airport and it was a great spot. The breakfast was good, pool was nice and the owner will drop you off places if he is free (still have to pay) but the convenience is nice!!

A family run hotel with excellent service from the staff. We were treated to delicious fruits from their home grown trees, they helped us find our lost wallet from the local bus station and drove us to the port with no notice when we missed our bus. Thank you!

Hôtel top, calme, bien situé
Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter toute l'ile. Je recommande une location de scooter ou voiture pour visiter les sites principaux. L'hôtel est à taille humaine et très calme. Il est très bien entretenu et très propre. Le petit-déj servi dehors devant sa chambre est top ! Les propriétaires et employés sont aux petits soins. Si je décide de retourner à Santorin, je retournerai sans aucun problème dans cet hôtel.

Only here one night but liked our room and the hotel. Not right in the centre of town but we rented a car so transportation was not an issue. Front desk was very helpful in arranging car rental, etc.

Everything was perfect from beginning to the end. The rooms and pool area were sparkling clean, the staff very friendly and the breakfast (delivered to your room) amazing. Easy bus access to other cities.

It was amazing. The owner let us check in early and was so fun to talk to. The rooms were beautiful, clean and thoughtful. The pool area is lovely, there's a view of a church from the hotel that is exquisite, the staff are amazing. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the owner drove us to the marina at the end of our stay (15€ each). I cannot speak kinder words about it. It's also tucked away in a neighborhood that is bustling with friendly locals and not too far from the bus stops to get you around town, which we loved since you could be a tourist but feel like a local off the main strip.

舒适的酒店，体验很棒！
酒店是一座大House，我们定了4晚，很安静（我和我老公是睡眠很不好，必须非常安静才能睡觉）。位置还可以，离中心Fira坐车2站路，走路25分钟，就是Santorini没有行人道，路上车辆很多。老板人很好，还採了黑色无花果给客人吃。酒店价格可以，白天出去玩，晚上可以在酒店泳池戏水。酒店提供免费早餐，我们都是泳池边或是橄榄树下吃的，很惬意，适合打算住一段时间的游客！

The stay was fine as we were hardly in the hotel. The staff were friendly. We came with 3 kids and the breakfast option was not good. They served the same meal every morning egg abs some breads be cakes. It was fine the first 2 days but after that it became quite tiring They served a cheese pie which was nice but overall for the price we paid for 4 nights we expected a variety of options for breakfast. I had to give my kids the cereal we bought along with us for 2 days and just requested milk. Overall the breakfast option needs improving but everything else was lovely.

La struttura è in posizione veramente ottimale per raggiungere qualsiasi posto Dell isola, ci siamo trovati veramente bene, un ringraziamento va allo staff Dell hotel per l assistenza su tutto, ed al titolare un ringraziamento particolare per la gentilezza e la professionalità dimostrata per tutto il soggiorno, si può noleggiare il motorino o il quad in struttura, consiglio vivamente a chi vuole passare una bella settimana di vacanza a Santorini, le camere e i bagni sono un vero confort e meritano le 4 stelle, non tutti gli hotel di Santorini hanno le stelle reali, la colazione la servono in camera all orario che si desidera...la piscina è comodissima e pulita ed il posto è tranquillissimo, grazie ancora per l accoglienza

The hotel was very nice. There were some covid protocols in place and it was raining, so I could not take advantage of all of the facilities. The room is comfortable, greek style. And the cost-benefit was very interesting.
