Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Kostas and Anna were the best hosts and made our stay in Santorini so much better. The suite was beautiful and very clean, and nothing was too much for Kostas and Anna. The breakfast differed each morning and offered a great selection, personalised to your likes (which they asked on arrival). Kostas was on hand to answer any questions, offer restaurant recommendations and was contactable at all times if needed. The area of Akrotiri was quiet and peaceful, we used bus transportation into the centres and back, very convenient. There is quite a steep walk from the bus stop back to the Suites which was fine for us but less able people may wish to consider renting a car for their time. We hope to return to this accommodation and already have family looking to book. Thank you to Kostas and Anna!

Exceptional customer service. The Black Diamond Suites is so cute and private with beautiful views. Bed was so comfortable. My husband and I vacationed with our older children. Kosta and Anna were fabulous and Kosta made delicious breakfast for us every morning. He even made us dinner on our last night in Santorini. He helped us coordinate tours and dinner reservations. What ever we needed, they both were there to assist. We were treated as if we were family. If you are looking for a quiet place on the island, I highly recommend this place. If you don't plan on doing tours, I do recommend a car.

The host Kostas and Anna were absolutely AMAZING!!!! They really go above and beyond to ensure your stay is the best for you! R hey helped schedule my airport transfers, in room couples massages and sunset cruise. And made themselves available via text for any questions that I had. The first day the breakfast provided wasn’t what I normally eat ( things I don’t eat) so I barely touched my food. After cleaning up my table Kostas came to ask me what he could prepare moving forward because he noticed we did t really eat. We felt terrible but appreciated that he took the time out to make sure we were getting what we want for breakfast! He makes the BEST OMELETTES!!! We are so sad to have left but feel like we’ve got 2 new friends in Santorini!

Great experience! Kosta and his wife were an amazing hostess. He helped us with everything on the Island. We rented a car which was a money well spent! The room was very nice , very spacious with a private pool and the view to the caldera was really pretty. Breakfast is served in your room/balcony and it was delicious. There is a local restaurant which pick you up and the food was amazing! We will definitely stay there again when back to Santorini.

The property is quiet and private. If you enjoy quiet and being away from the traditional tourist spot then this is your place. We did have a car which we would recommend if you are staying here as transportation is not as easy. The best part of this experience was our fabulous host Kostos and Ana. From the moment we arrived they treated us like family. They were attentive to our every need. From breakfast, to tips about the island they were available. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fabulous time. By the end of our stay with them we grew so fond of them. We would gladly return!

The good: The rooms are clean and very comfortable with amazing views, just as advertised. The staff was helpful and friendly. Make sure you try one of Kostas amazing Greek salads. The bad: There were a few instances of miscommunication and a blatant exploitation regarding a booking amendment. Gregory (the owner) deleted the messages where we had discussed said amendment and we had no way to prove it to the staff, so make sure you screenshot everything you discuss online. Also, make sure to book your own transportation (you'll need it, since there's not much to do in walking distance and the bus can be a bit of a challenge). There are dozens of options available on the island and most are easy to find and book online. DO NOT go with the one they recommend. Having to deal with them was the lowest point of our holiday. ​ Overall, not the best value for money, but we still had a wonderful time.

The view was stunning. The rooms are immaculate. The staff is absolutely phenomenal and accommodating. We extended our stay because we enjoyed it so much. It's away from the busy main areas of the island. Such a romantic and peaceful get away. I would stay here any time I come back to Santorini.

I was spoilt by the host. They were just like family members. They made sure that they make our stay comfortable and was always there to help with anything we wanted. We had full privacy and it was a luxurious stay. They don’t serve lunch but we requested for a sandwich. They went out of the way to get sandwiches for us. Gregory, his brother and Angela were such a good host. If someone want to have a luxurious but a romantic stay, this is the hotel I would recommend. It’s away from hush hush of the city life and will give you a relaxing vacation experience!

Such a great place to stay. Location is amazing (great views, few minutes walk to the village) and Gregory and Panos we’re so helpful and welcoming. Highly highly recommended.

Amazing hotel! Panos was great, he helped us book excursions and was extremely helpful our entire stay. Our room was beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious everyday!! One of our highlights was eating our breakfast and taking in the gorgeous view. Great stay, and amazing customer service. Truly a lovely hotel.

Perfekt
Eine fantastische Suite, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr gutes Frühstück und freundlicher Service. Perfekt zum Entspannen. Genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Während Fira und Oia komplett überlaufen sind ist es in Akrotiri deutlich ruhiger und die Gastronomie vor Ort ist auch super.

Black diamond suites is amazing!! Rena is so nice and made our stay that much easier and better, whatever you need she will arrange it from an iron to quad bike/car hire delivered to your suite at no extra rental charge, the boat trip and restaurants she recommended were amazing and the food was so good at a great price portions were massive! Oh not to forget the excellent breakfast that you get at BDS it was amazing and brought to your suite each morning, Rena gives you a mobile phone to so you can phone her for breakfast from your suite and any other things you may require while you stay which was a reassuring Touch, All in all our honeymoon was amazing thanks to BDS and most of all Rena! Thank you so so much, we hope to return and see you again in the future :)
