Very nice complex
Along a busy street, you don’t expected such a beautiful hotel. The restaurant is excellent. Next year they create a third swimming pool and that is, in our view, the five star guarantee for the future.

A taste of luxury without the luxury price tag
I was very impressed with my stay. The facilities (hotel, gym & spa) were exceptional & there was plenty of variety at breakfast and lunch (i didn’t sample the food options in the evening). The staff were very friendly & couldn't be more helpful. The pool was always clean but despite the pictures on the website it's difficult to do full lengths & is more of a cool down type of pool. There is frequent themed nights & whilst I was there there was traditional Greek dancing & singers on. The only thing I could fault was the mattress was very hard so took me a few nights to get used to it & get a good night's sleep. I also used the voucher for the a la carte restaurant within the hotel called Elia. The 6 course meal was absolute perfection & the menu contained some of the best food I have ever eaten so you must visit there if you stay. Very luxurious, well worth the money.

The private pool in our room was phenomenal, yet the towel services for the resort were obscure. Also, the large resort pool chairs were always “held” by patrons who never removed their towels which was frustrating as someone who came in after them.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean, with good facilities and enough space for everyone. The food was fresh, with a wide variety to choose from so something for all. Definitely recommend this as a destination.

Das Hotel ist im gesamten sehr sauber. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich, es kommt keine lange weile auf. Verbesserungsfähig ist die Zimmerreinigung. Im Bad wird nicht mal der Duschvorleger hoch genommen wenn man ihn liegen lässt. Wenn Kosmetiktücher alle, dann alle. Dabei wäre es ein leichtes diese nachzufüllen. Aber das sind wirklich Kleinigkeiten. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Auf Grund der hervorragenden Bewertungen haben wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden. Leider muss ich sagen, dass ich diese hohen Bewertungen nicht nachvoll ziehen kann. Das Personal war teilweise sehr unfreundlich vor allem bei unserer Ankunft am Hotel. Wir haben nur eine Zimmerkarte erhalten für ein Zweibettzimmer, keine Erklärungen nur die Zettel die sollten wir lesen. Absolut nicht akzeptabel für ein 5* Hotel. Unsere Ankunft war gegen 21 Uhr 15 und da haben wir schon kein Essen mehr bekommen, trott All Inklusive Hotel. Stattdessen wurden uns zwei latschige Sandwichbrötchen mir Chips aufs Zimmer gelegt. Das Essen war teilweise eine Zumutung vor allem das Fleisch, sehr trocken und nicht warm. Die All Inklusive Cocktails werden alle mit minderwertigen Alkoholen und Säften zubereitet, so dass man nach einigen Cocktails sowieso freiwillig darauf verzichtet. Im Allgemeinen waren wir also sehr enttäuscht vom Standard in diesem Hotel und würden auch nicht wieder dorthin gehen.

The hotel is in a very nice location. One of the swimming pool where we sun bathe most of the time has a nice view of the mountains. The food and drinks are excellent, hats off to the chefs and kitchen staff. Majority of the staff were really friendly especially the bartenders and the waiters. Will recommend this hotel to my fAmily and friends. Crete is a stunning island.

Ein schönes Hotel mit sehr leckerem Essen sowie stetes freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Nur die Zimmer 120 und 130 kann ich weniger empfehlen, weil im Restaurant darüber bis 22 Uhr ständig laut Stühle gerückt werden.

Hôtel très accueillant. Lorsqu'on arrive un employé s'occupe de nos bagages, on reçoit une serviette comme un gant de toilettes pour nous rafraîchir. Personnel à la reception super accueillant tres souriant et parlant même le français. Cadre de l'hôtel avec ses 2 piscines super sympa. La plage a 2 min de l'hôtel. Chambre super bien nettoyées , personnel très souriant et sympa. Franchement j'ai vraiment tout aimé. La nourriture, le cadre le personnel.

My daughter and I stay for 4 days each year. We arrive late in the evening, the night manager is always helpful and there is a snack for us in the room. Food is good with wide choice of dishes. Theme nights are fun. The only fault is a lot of people smoke and smoking areas are close to the restaurant, and although the rooms are none smoking they smoke on the balcony.

nous avons passé une semaine dans cet hôtel du 13 au 20 août et nous en sommes ravie. Hôtel très bien situé personnel de l'hôtel au top. Il mérite bien ses 5 étoiles, Le buffet était excellent, le seul petit bémol de l'hôtel mais ce n'est rien de fou, ce sont les transats, trop peu pour le nombres de personnes dans l'hôtel mais le reste est vraiment top. JE recommande fortement cet hôtel.

Great room, very clean, great shower, great food, very good service, friendly staff, nice pool, beautiful hotel. Close to the beach (2 mins walk). There are a few restaurants near the hotel but no nightlife. For nightlife you need a short cab ride to Malia or Hersonissos.

This is a hotel where both management and staff understand the meaning of service. All are well trained friendly, efficient.. This was our second visit and if anything the service and environment of the hotel had improved on last year. The immediate local area is a little tacky and off putting but this does not impact on the hotel grounds and there is at least one good café within a short stroll of the hotel.

Kamen als Kreta Neulinge in diese Anlage und fühlten uns sofort richtig wohl. Größe der Hotelanlage , bewusst durch die Bauweise, toll der Lage angepasst. Personal . egal ob Lobby,Restaurant,Service ein verständliches Lächeln war immer gegeben und evtl. Engpässe sofort bei der abendlichenTischzuweisung, im Restaurant zu regeln. Alles lief harmonisch und der Situation bestimmt, gut organisiert ab. Essenqualität super, Auswahl wie Schmaghaftigkeit, für jeden etwas dabei. Gruß an den verantwortlichen Hauptkoch. Manko Ja, die Liegenreservierung im allgemeinen.Ohne rechtzeituge morgendliche unfreiwillige Reserwierungsaktion, während des Tages, keine Change mehr.Haben bevorzugt die Rasenfläche gewäht, ruhig dort, empfehlenswert. Der tägliche Kontakt mit den SPA Damen , Aquise, nervt.SPA Bereich (autark), sehr teuer. Suchen Sie Erholung , gutes Essen, Unterbringung im Superior Zimmer, buchen Sie dieses Hotel. War nicht unser letzter Besuch vor Ort.

Bel hôtel avec un personnel aux petits soins!
En arrivant, on est quelque peu déçu de voir que l'hôtel n'est pas directement sur la plage (route et commerces à traverser ) mais on est très vite sous le charme de l'hôtel et notamment par l'accueil de Vasilia. Belles chambres avec vue piscine pour certaines (avec un peu de vis à vis toutefois). Excellente restauration, très variée et typique. Barmen de la piscine très sympas. Beaux équipements avec notamment 1 grand jardin au calme au fond de la propriété, 2 piscines extérieures, et 1 à l'intérieure dans le spa. Merci à tout le personnel, toujours aux petits soins.
