Because we would like to be honest and clear with our guests, we are always sending a confirmation e-mail to all our client's requests. As we explained to you too, we do not provide a daycare service (for free is an extra charge), we cannot take any responsibility for kids under 4 years old, and we cannot trust the six-year oldest sister to look after him as you suggest it. Please keep in mind that our kid's club staff training, games, furniture, activities, and things, that we provide in our kid's club are for kids from 4-12 years old as we mention on our website.We can understand that for you the priority is your relaxation, but for us, since we are managing more than 200 kids per day, our priority always is the kid's safety. Also, it has happened from our side to be more elastic, and we are making some exceptions if the kid's age is close to 4 because we can understand that you need this relaxation. That’s why we suggest to the kids under 4 be presented with some safe activities for them like a movie, or face paint. But if we will see that the kid can not cooperate or adapt well, then is necessary the parent presentation.As we strive to provide a personalized experience for every guest, all your comments are well-received and highly considered.
