Nice and friendly, but warn down with lousy food
Greek charm on the outside vs eastern European feeling and warn out on the inside and around the pool area. Much that needs to be renovated or fixed, both for a nicer stay and for safety. Food was total disaster and would rate dinner 1 out of 10, breakfast 2 out of 10 and lunch 3 out of 10. Ran out a of a lot of food quite early in the seating. The staff was very friendly and the location was really nice, close to the beach (stone and sand) and the smaller main road with shops and restaurants.

Superb service!
Amazing staff- so friendly, approachable and helpful. The food was very average (and not many veggie options) so only had breakfast and lunch, but plenty of restaurants around so nice to get some variety. Beach was fab as was the pool facility. Room simple but clean. Overall a wonderful stay considering I’m a solo traveller!

Как говориться, бедненько, но чистенько. Персонал просто супер, вежливые и отзывчивые, всегда готовы помочь. Большая часть персонала говорит на русском и, насколько я поняла, отель в принципе рассчитан на туристов из восточной Европы: объявления на русском и чешском, российские каналы по тв. Номера явно требуют более современной мебели, но всё чисто и аккуратно, всё цело и работает так как должно. Из-за короны еду на all inclusive «раздавал» персонал: порции накладывали от души. Завтрак континентальный, на обед и ужин всегда было 2-3 вида мяса, несколько вариантов гарниров и «детская» еда типа спагетти с соусом или картошка фри. Салаты, супчик, десерты и мороженое, арбуз и дыня. По средам развлекательная программа (так себе) и ужин с мясом на грилле (очень) Еда вся была в средиземноморском стиле и ооочень вкусная, специи, соусы всё просто супер. Бухло было «местное» как и обещали, но качество норм, голова с утра от их узо не болела. До моря буквально минутка пешком, по прямой от бассейна. Зонтики и лежаки на пляже платные. Очень красивая и ухоженная территория отеля, приятная атмосфера.

Erst sollte ich ein Zimmer bekommen welches nichts mit den auf expedia dargestellten Bildern zu tun hatte. Als ich mich darüber beschwerte, bekam ich aber ein authentischeres Zimmer. Bett war ok, Ausstattung relativ neu und in Ordnung. Allerdings, was mich sehr überrascht hat, wurde mein Zimmer nur alle 3 Tage richtig gereinigt (Bett, Handtücher, wischen). Bei über 30 Grad schwitzt man mehr und ich kenne ansonsten nur tägliche komplett Reinigung, spätestens alle zwei Tage...und das in einem 4* Hotel. Mülleimer wurden jedoch jedoch jeden Tag geleert. Essen war immer lecker und selbst gemacht. Personal war stets freundlich. Check in und check out unproblematisch.

Hotel krásný, úklid v pokoji byly v pořádku. Jediné, co se nám na pobytu nelíbilo, byl přístup personálu- neochotní. A jídlo se stále opakovalo. Pláž je nádherná a čistá, lehátka za poplatek, což není problém - věci se dají nechat u bazénu.

Un établissement bien situé mais qui pourrait être bcp plus attrayant. Il est parfait pour un court séjour mais il est vite ennuyant à la longue, nous avons séjourné avec un enfant de 2 ans selon nous il manque un air de jeu pour les petits avec plus d’équipement pour un club c’est très important. Ça reste un établissement avec deux piscines agréables mais pas très propre. Plage très proche de l'hôtel avec transat qui faut payer 6€ par jour (dommage) Ce qui a été le plus sympa c’est l’équipe d’animation, ils ont été au top!

Really poor quality
The island itself is amazing to see, but don't stay in this hotel as you gona feel like you went back to the 80s. Food selection is really poor. We stayed there for a week and the food was the same whole week. For breakfast the juice is just a squash. Drinks are not cooled down and wine was served for a box (really cheap) warm and in plastic glasses. As for the room we rented a suite, which was nice and big, but not cleaned properly, and daily cleaning woke us up 2x as the lady just let herself in as there is no 'DO NOT DISTURB' card to hang outside on the door. NO WIFI in the rooms! The tv in the bedroom was like 20 years old massive box. The curtains are not blackouts, so after 7 all rooms are full bright so impossible to sleep. Even if you got A/C and no proper curtains because of the sun it just gets hot as temperature goes above 40 daytime.

Lovely location, very good customer services. family friendly place with decent entertainment for kids in the evenings - mini disco secessions. Rooms need a little update with TVs 📺 and wish they had more channels in English especially for kids... people might find it difficult when you stay for over a weeks time. Food was good it could have been better with little more options for vegetarians & kids . We also felt that they need to provide more options on drinks -like fresh juices / fruit juices rather than just carbonated drinks especially when you have booked a full or half board with your kids over a week .

Nous sommes restés 3 semaine sur l'ile de Corfou et avons fréquenté deux hôtel et cet hôtel club Nous avons aimé la piscine qui est grande, la mer à proximité et globalement l'hôtel ; service de ménage journalier ; climatisation Par contre nous avons détesté la nourriture médiocre et répétitive ; l'absence d'ambiance ; une population all inclusive (souvent d'Europe de l'est) très stéréotypée ; une WIFI d'une grande médiocrité Une animation très médiocre (malgré les efforts d'un animateur) Franchement je n'y retournerai jamais

Rooms were nicely decorated and clean,hoewer jackuzi bath was not working and room did not havw any crockery or working kettle. Food was reasonable quality but poor selection and little choice. As hotel was in very good location close to beach and with good swiming pool I would reccommend it on room only basis. Bring your own kettle.

Polite and helpful staff. Nice drinks by the pool, lovely relaxing pool. Amazing service, my son vomited all over the bathroom and by the time we were back from the pharmacy, it was all cleaned up! Great! I will only say they need to updated their menu though.

The rooms were tacky, bathrooms horrible - constantly water overflowing from sinks, bathtubs on to the floor. The staff never asked are you comfortable, is there anything we can do - most people were from E Europe - no Brits, Germans, French that we could see...so no one speaking English. The approach road to the place was poor. The food was passable but greasy. On the last day, despite planning 2 days ahead, our taxi, booked by the front desk, showed up 45 minutes behind schedule. The driver drove like a mad man..my family was so distressed, we almost landed up missing the flight. The front desk just did not seem to care...

A new definition for All-Inclusive - Disappointing
We purchased the all-inclusive plan and discovered it was not. The beach bar was not included and many types of standard alcohol drinks were also not included at the hotel and pool bar. The food was average at best - in the end we went out for dinner and lunch most days. In addition, there was no food available outside of the set dinning times. Our rooms were nice but the bathrooms were completely unacceptable - mold in the shower, too small to turn around, leaky shower base and bad sink facets. The TVs were 12 inch screen tube style - did not even work. They use to have a card access system for room doors but now use keys only as that is easier for the staff - 1 key per room is not easy for the guests. In the evening the lobby bar had one server - a few hundreds guests and 1 server meant long lines and waits - not very fair to the guests. Bright spot, the staff were very nice BUT had no authority to make a decision. The grounds were nicely kept and the furniture and fixtures were also decent. The location was close to the town so it was an easy walk to town for anything you wanted. The beach was a short walk and had dedicated loungers and umbrellas but they should clear the beach of stones as adjacent properties have. Pools were nice.

Hotel al di la delle nostre aspettative. Il rapporto prezzo qualità è pessimo. Scarsa pulizia e scarsa cura del cliente. Cibo scadente e ripetitivo. Il direttore è disponibile ma la gestione resta pessima. Eravamo in quattro e ci fornivano gli asciugamani per due.... Niente carta igienica...abbiamo dovuto prenderla nei bagni della hall... Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso una piacevole settimana in questa struttura soprattutto per l'accoglienza e la disponibilità del direttore Sig.Angelo,che è l'unica persona dell'hotel che parla l'italiano e anche molto bene, e per nostra fortuna in grado di comprendere le nostre esigenze e mettersi simpaticamente a nostra disposizione. Infatti ci è stato molto utile in tutto , dalla più piccola esigenza, al consigliarci i luoghi della zona interessanti da visitare. ( il personale non è poliglotta e noi non conosciamo l'inglese ).

Only partial room service (cleaning) one day they totally skiped our room. Food was poor - especially breakfast and dinner. Not enough staff. The same personal was on all day all the time, there simply wasn't hands enough. Often they ran out of clean cops and glasses. At the breakfast I had to drink coffee out of a plastic cop. Same experience several at the bars. The hotel doesn't know how to run a all-inclusive program. Bad local spirits and soft drinks. The conveniently ran out of beer all the time, even with very low consumption (many families) and the did not replace the kegs until the next day. The locals I talked to, all knew about the hotel and was not glad to have it as a neighbour. They were ashamed and was afraid it gave the area a bad repetition. The location was fine close to the city and a short walk away from the beach. Nice island and friendly people, but find an other hotel.

Albergo parecchio sporco. Cibo pessimo
Albergo molto sporco. In una settimana la camera ci è stata rifatta solamente due volte e la seconda dopo che ci siamo lamentati che bagno era impraticabile. Cibo scadente, quando era ora di mangiare mancavano sempre i piatti. Piscina decente.

Die Lage und das Personal ist das einzige, was in diesem Hotel wirklich toll ist. Es könnte mal so einiges renoviert werden und auch mehr Pflege und Sauberkeit in einzelnen Bereichen würde nicht schaden. Das Essen hat uns sehr enttäuscht. Frühstück war ok, aber ich hätte mir mal ein paar frische Früchte gewünscht. Das Abendessen bot leider nicht sehr viel Abwechslung. Es gab im Prinzip jeden Abend das gleiche, außer dass die Spaghetti mit unterschiedlichen Zutaten gemacht wurden. Alles in allem okay, aber nicht mehr.

Nice hotel very close to the bleach
So I decided to go away for a week by myself, i'm in my mid 30s and was made to feel very comfortable. Hotel staff very accommodating, my only criticism would be lack of communication between staff about full board all-inclusive and wristbands and changing the what's included drink wise daily. The hotel does need a little bit of modernising as most rooms don't look like the pictures on website, but for the price I was very happy once my room had been changed. to what I booked for.

Albergo consigliatissimo!
Albergo molto grazioso, Camere confortevoli, piscine ampie e molto belle, Buon servizio, Hall con poltrone,divani,wi-fi,lounge bar e musica dal vivo FAVOLOSA!!!! Ottima posizione sia per raggiungere il mare che le vie del paese dove sono concentrati locali e negozi. Qualche segno d usura in piccole parti del complesso ma in generale Assolutamente consigliato!
