Rude staff. Dated property that does not look as good as in the images. Food (breakfast) also not great like described in the advertisement. If you want to get out the hotel for food it’s an extremely dangerous walk along treacherous roads or you will be extorted by local taxi drivers.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish and excellent customer service.They also gave us a free upgrade. Food was good and service was attentive and efficient all the time. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

Wonderful staff. Would suggest the suite with outdoor jetted hot tub. Fantastic large room and outdoor space. Amazing breakfast served to your room. Enjoyed dinner at the hotel one night. Had an early morning flight and hotel staff arranged transfer from hotel to airport although overpriced) and packed our breakfast to take with us.

Excellent stay in Santorini with views of the sunrise. We opted for a villa with private pool, which was wonderful in the high summer heat. Breakfast was good with many options. Good service and friendly staff. Recommend staying here.

Great 🏨 in Imerovigli with beautiful ocean view. It's a 10-minute drive from Fira, the charming capital city of Santorini, and a 20-minute drive from Oia, the picturesque west side of the cliff. Rooms are dome shaped, very beautifully designed with ample space, and come with a balcony and private pool /jacuzzi. There is a restaurant, beautiful pargola, and an infinity outdoor pool for all the patrons. Hotel staff are friendly and ready to help with any need. Note- Do use hotel provided taxi service to Fira, Oia, or any other trip to rest for the island. the driver is super helpful and knowledgeable 👌 We had absolutely wonderful experiences staying and would love to stay here again. ❤️

The location is actually perfect. It’s not on the Caldera side so it’s quiet and secluded feeling with unobstructed views of the sunrise. The rooms are comfy and cave like. The real star though is the staff. Simply amazing. Maria at the counter can help with almost anything. Vasia, Georgia and the rest of the staff are hard working and at your service from sunrise to sunset. Gabriel at the bar takes pride in creating wonderful cocktails and the kitchen makes delicious food. You can’t go wrong staying here!

Beautiful views of the Aegean Sea and Caldera. We had an excellent time! The front desk staff are amazing, very friendly, courteous and always willing to help. Thomas was everywhere, bartending, delivering room service from 8 in the am until 10 at night. We went during off season so the restaurants and pools were closed. We could still order food and it was just divine.

我が家にはとても良かった
若いスタッフさん達がとても良く働き、気持ち良く過ごせた。メンテナンスのムッシューやお掃除のマダムも笑顔で対応がとても良かったです。サンセットは見えませんが(たぶんそれで値段が少しお手頃なのかと)、通りを渡れば海に落ちる夕陽が見られます。イメロヴィグリまでは歩けるのでそこでサンセットを見るのも人が少なくて良かった。朝食も十分ですし、ルームサービスも美味しかった。サントリーニ自体が大人向けのリゾート地なので、基本的にはプールサイドで静かに過ごす雰囲気。元気いっぱいのお子さんがおられるならお薦めしないかも…。我が家も子連れでしたが基本的には部屋のプールで楽しみました。【マイナス点】空港からのアクセス、フィラやイアへのアクセスも良くないのでレンタカーは必須(時間通りに来ないし、時間帯によってはかなり密になるようなローカルバスを待つのは時間がとても勿体無いと思います。タクシーもUberのようには簡単につかまりません)。我が家は欧州住まいなので慣れっこなのですが、日本から来られた場合シャワーの水量が少ないのとお湯がぬる過ぎてビックリされるかもしれません。★部屋の床が少しでも濡れるとかなり滑ります。我が家は子供たちが大きいので大丈夫でしたが、小さいお子さん連れは本当に危険だと思いました。またプール付きの部屋は景観のために柵も何もなく、プールの向こうは1.5mぐらいの段差になっているので、これまた小さいお子さんには危険かと…

Bien mais...
Début de séjour très compliqué entre une terrasse et un jacuzzi sale (eau qui devenait jaune quand on activait le jacuzzi), fuite dans les toilettes, eau de la douche tiède, eau du jacuzzi brûlante et un réceptionniste pas très coopératif...Après nous être fait entendre auprès du manager, tout est rentré dans l’ordre et le personnel s’est avéré TRÈS sympathique. Situation idéale entre Oia et Fira, chambre spacieuse, très belle vue et bon petit déjeuner. Malgré une appréciation générale positive, je trouve que le service n’est pas tout à fait à la hauteur d’un hôtel à ce prix (pas de prise dans la SDB, bcp de pb au début etc.)

Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal, tolle Unterkunft mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Leider auf der „falschen“ Seite der Insel, um den atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang zu sehen. Dafür ist man in 5 Gehminuten am gegenüberliegenden Aussichtspunkt und hat von dort aus eine perfekte Aussicht über die Caldera. Zimmer leider etwas sparsam eingerichtet. Ein Schrank mit Tablare würde den Komfort erhöhen, wie auch Haken oder Stangen für die Frotteetücher. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Hotel. Sehr empfehlenswert!

We have a 2 year old boy and found it difficult to find a family friendly, safe hotel that could accommodate us in this area. This hotel is superb. From all aspects. the room was extremely clean, spotless which is a great first impression The staff were so very friendly throughout. They go out of their way to satisfy. Exceeding expectations throughout our stay. The food was delicious. We worked our way through the menu! Our little one loved the rooms hot tub. Spent hours in it. The location is great. A short walk to Imerovigli and Thera. The hotel is on the other side of the Caldera view. So you cannot see Oia from the hotel, however you simply walk across the road and up 7 steps and its right there! However the bonus was the sunrise view is right in front of this hotel. I watched it from our front balcony a few times. Breath taking. Personally having watched the sunset many times and the sunrise, I think the sunrise is actually far more spectacular.

It is a very nice small hotel as the most in Santorini; the service is excellent however the price is pretty high. Location is wonderful.

Déçu par cet hôtel, on vous parle de suite alors que c'est une chambre,lors de ma reservation c'est ecris 1 lit double plus 2 canapés lit double, hors il y en avais pas.Le jacuzzi est censé etre un moment agreable sauf que lorsque vous le mettez en marche il y a une odeur horrible...la salle de sport n'est pas en état,si vous voulez tombez en courant sur le tapis allez y...jamais une bouteille d'eau apres le ménage,on doit toujours demandé quelque chose qui manque:peignoir,serviette...et j'attend toujours le verre d'accueil a l'arrivée...Avant de parler de luxe assurer vous déjà de faire le minimum,le prix est honteux par rapport a vos services...

Outstanding resort with amazing service
This hotel was a paradise! I loved everything. Very clean, outstanding service from every single employee, the menu was absolutely delicious and the drinks as well. The room was incredible, with a balcony that has the best view ever and we hot upgraded to a suite with an outside jacuzzi. I had the best experience so far among other resorts.This resort is highly recommended, not only for peaceful environment, but mostlyfir the excellent service I received from the staff. We are definitely coming back soon.

Property was beautifully furnished. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. However some equipment in the room require maintenance, such as the wifi router (intermittent) and one of the power sockets which have came off its mounting.

Soggiorno impeccabile
Io e mia moglie Siamo stati in questo Resort con una bambina di 11 mesi, il personale è stato sempre molto gentile con noi e sopratutto con la bambina. La posizione è eccellente, a pochi passi dalla passeggiata panoramica sulla caldera di Santorini ( il Resort non ha la vista Caldera, ma la vista sull’isola di Anafi è impagabile). Consiglio la camera con idromassaggio esterno, favolosa. Camere pulite e spaziose.
