A group of up to 10 guests will revel in the expansive three-level villa, all of which offer enchanting views of the Aegean Sea. The villa's construction adheres to local architectural traditions, utilizing indigenous stone and showcasing wooden accents. Whether in the garden, on the verandas, or within the outdoor spaces, guests can immerse themselves in panoramic sea and island vistas, finding serenity and comfort.



The ground floor of the villa features a generous living area with a functional fireplace, soaring ceilings, and captivating views. On-site, there is complimentary parking available. Hora is a mere 4 kilometers away, while the primary port of Andros, Gavrio, is approximately 40 kilometers from the villa.



For those looking to relax by the beach, a convenient path leads to the shoreline, which also features a beach bar. Additionally, a charming taverna graces the hilltop near the villa. For all other excursions, having a car at your disposal is advisable.
