I am glad to read that you enjoyed the location, the service, the politeness and the professionalism provided by our staff. I feel very sorry to read that our hotel did not fulfil your expectations and that you were dissatisfied with many aspects of your stay.To begin with, I feel sad to read that you did not enjoy the complimentary upgraded Superior Deluxe room you were allocated. Allow me to note that the glass panel inside the bathroom can be frozen if you wish to have more privacy by pressing the switch inside the bathroom. In addition, there is a manual which explains the steps needed to properly operate the jacuzzi. Regarding our food offering, we offer for starters and desserts an extensive variety of dishes in the buffet of our main restaurant Emerald, and for the main course a choice among 3 dishes, served at your table. Still, our culinary options include 2 additional à la carte restaurants, each one with a distinctive menu and atmosphere, as well as a choice of snacks served at our 3 bars. Besides, following your comment about our elevators, please note that we have 7 elevators in total, which more than exceed the adequate number of elevators required in order to provide quick service to our guests.I feel sorry to read that you were not satisfied with the Wi-Fi speed. Our I.T. manager, who is available for guests’ requests would gladly assist you during your stay with any issue you may have faced. Last but not least, our property enjoys a prime location near Rhodes town and the medieval city (less than 10 km), as well as near other attractions of the island, such as the Kallithea Spring and Park.I wish we had the chance to hear your feedback during your stay, so we were given the opportunity to alter your first negative impression.Kind regards,Thanasis TougounzoglouGeneral ManagerElysium Resort & Spa
