hotel aan zee
goed hotel, all inclusive formule past minder bij ons maar was voor 1 week OK. deel van hotel waar wij zaten was net nieuw (1 week open) en ook een nieuwe receptie, terwijl er ook een andere receptie was in het oudere deel. hier was verwarring over waar je moest zijn, en ook was de service in de kamers nog niet optimaal, zoals geen schoonmaak 1e dag; geen koffie/thee op de kamer terwijl er wel apparaten staan; geen algemene hotelinformatie en het personeel was nog erg zoekende. Het nieuwe restaurant had vaak geen wijn op voorraad die wel op de menukaart stonden. Het was wat chaotisch maar de staff deed hun best. de nieuwe wellness was helaas nog niet open, en de nieuwe fitnessruimte halverwege onze vakantieweek. maar het is een mooie upgrade van het geheel, het andere deel is verouderd. wat aan zee irritant was dat alle bedjes bezet waren (met handdoeken) - ook al waren er geen mensen we hadden geen bad, dat was nog in aanbouw.

Le séjour avait mal commencé avec la salle de bain de la chambre pas très propre, pas de gel douche. Sinon le reste du séjour c'est bien passé. Les restaurants et bars sont très bien. C'est bon et variés. Beaucoup d'activités surtout pour les enfants. Beaucoup de transats. La proximité de Chania accessibles en bus est un plus.

Amazing location and very comfortable rooms. Staff is nice, food is average, the spa has a lot of options and great service, the mini market is very handy and activities are great for people with small children. Would have been nice to have a bit more animation in the evening for grown ups, all inclusive cocktails are unfortunately really bad quality and we didn't like that you had to pay an extra for the premium option. Overall it's a good value for money option, but not really a 5 stars.

ce que j ai aimé, c'est la propreté des lieux le personnel tres serviable et disposnible La diversité de la nourriture,les équipements (piscine bar ect ) Ce que j ai moins aimé,c'est pas de ville a proximité et peu pratique de ce rendre autre part sans voiture car pas assez de bus. Ce que je n'ai pas apprécié c'est la cloture des visites organisé avant la fin de la saison (2eme semaine des vacances scolaire)

Die minidisco hätte länger sein können. Die Kinder fanden, dass es bis 21.15 hätte gehen sollen. Die Animateure waren so super!. Das Kinder Programm und das Yoga gefielen mir sehr gut.

Die Hotelanlage wird aktuell baulich erweitert. Somit ist leider viel Baustellenverkehr bereits ab dem frühen Morgen zu hören. Die schränkt die Schlafqualität leider sehr ein. Das Personal ist überwiegend sehr freundlich. Teilweise ist das Personal etwas unter Stress, was dann deutlich zu merken ist. Wir haben uns in Summe aber sehr wohl gefühlt

Great 4 night stay! Elefteria and Angelina (I think was her name) were very welcoming and upgraded our moms to the loft so they could be closer to us and the grandkids. Very friendly and helpful staff but the food and hotel premise is at 3star resort not a 5star. We highly recommend this place if you’re traveling w kids and large families.

Lovely all inclusive hotel
Lovely family holiday, food selection was good, the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent the only area that could be improved is the grass around the pool, maybe more paving instead of grass which can get a big muddy. Lots of available sun beds both round the pool and near beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a very relaxing holiday.

Dieses Hotel ist leider in jeder Hinsicht eine Katastrophe. Absolut kein 5 Sterne Standard. Selbst 2 Sterne würde ich in Frage stellen. Es ist mir ein absolutes Rätsel wie all die guten Bewertungen entstehen konnten und ich stelle mir die Frage ob es hier mit Rechten Dingen zugegangen sein kann. Der Check In war unfreundlich und man wurde schnell abgefertigt. Wir sind dann in unser Zimmer gegangen und erfuhren schon da Ernüchterung, Sauberkeit sieht anders aus. Zudem stank es aus der Toilette nach Schwefel/faulen Eiern. Dann sind wir zum Mittagessen gegangen. Absolut laute Kantinenatmosphäre. Die Auswahl am Essen ist sehr eingeschränkt, die Qualität ist eine Katastrophe. Wir haben uns geekelt und wollten dort gar nicht essen. Das Besteck ist oft schmutzig, die Gläser zum Teil auch (angetrocknete Orangensaftreste). Der Strand ist ungepflegt und voller Federn. Die Qualität der Getränke ist schlecht und ungenießbar, egal ob im Restaurant oder an den Strandbars, egal ob normales All Inclusive oder „Premium All Inclusive“ (diese Premium All Inclusive ist absolut lächerlich; wir haben es leider gebucht). Die Fliesen im Pool sind unglaublich rutschig und es sind einige Gäste schwer gestürzt. Die gesamte Anlage ist nicht gepflegt, das Personal ist desinteressiert, gelangweilt und zum Teil auch noch unhöflich. Alles in allem eine Katastrophe und ich hoffe sehr, dass ich einigen mit dieser Rezension helfen konnte. Wir haben den Aufenthalt nach 2 Tage abgebrochen!

Séjour très très mitigé. Chambre très éloignée des piscines et de la mer en rez de chaussée.Très bruyant, chien qui aboie, poules qui entrent dans la chambre, travaux de terrassement derrière l'hôtel et chambre non insonorisée. SDB qui sent le moisi, coffre fort cassé et inutilisable, couette trouée... Le côté mer de l'hôtel ressemble plutôt à un camping. Le bar est sale, l'alcool et les soda du all inclusive sont de mauvaise qualité. Le buffet est vieillot, pas clean et très bruyant avec tous les enfants. La deuxième partie de l'hôtel est un peu plus moderne et plus clean, la piscine est plus récente et le bar est plus propre. Le buffet est également mieux. Si vous n'avez pas d'enfants évitez les heures de pointe au buffet, très bruyant, pas de place en extérieur. Le clou du spectacle quand des gens du staff sont entrés sans frapper dans notre chambre en pleine nuit alors que nous étions nus au lit. Le réceptionniste ne s'est pas excusé et ça l'a même fait beaucoup rire. Attitude de certaines personne du staff pitoyable et nous avons dû demander pour avoir un dédommagement. Points positifs : Les animateurs de l'hôtel qui mettent une bonne ambiance et proposent des activités variées. Accès direct à la mer. Vu le prix des nuits (200€) nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel, sauf si vous êtes allemand, fou, ou si vous avez éventuellement des enfants. Il y a des hôtels de bien meilleure qualité et moins chers. -3 nuits, en couple, chambre standard, all inclusive-

Hotel in need of FULL Renovation inside and out. Hotel in the middle of no where. No beach as stated. Anything decent is old chania 25 minutes by taxi and 25 euros each way. Hotel does not provide any transportation but has hotel van. Food is mediocre and same every day. If weather bad all ferries cancelled and excursions roughly 2 hours away. All terrain vehicles needed for any cliff beaches. I give this place 2 starts and not anything higher.

La struttura dell'hotel è di livello (piscine, camere, etc). Purtroppo il servizio e la pulizia sono un po' scadenti. Ammetto che dopo essermi recata in reception e aver chiesto una pulizia più approfondita, il personale è stato proattivo, ma occorrerebbe più attenzione anche nelle parti comuni (vedi i ristoranti). La qualità del cibo, da italiana, non è all'altezza ma ciononostante si trova comunque sempre qualcosa.

Bel hôtel bien situé dans un endroit au calme. Il y a deux parties de l'hôtel séparé par une petite route avec peu de circulation. Par contre, chaque partie a sa propre piscine et son propre restaurant avec la possibilité d'aller des deux côtés. Les chambres avec vue sur la mer ont une belle vue et sont très proches d'une plage de sable avec transats avec peu de monde. Chambres modernes bien insonorisés Etablissement propre avec un service approprié. Les buffets sont bons, pas énormes mais adaptés à la taille de l'hôtel. Y a du choix entre des viandes, poissons ou légumes. Le show cooking est déposé le plus souvent dans les bacs : dommage : il faudrait qu'on puisse se servir directement afin d'être servi avec un plat bien chaud. Desserts bons mais répétitifs à partir du 4ème jour. Les animations ne sont pas très variées en soirée : à part la soirée greque, beaucoup de soirées DJ où personne ne danse.

Negatief: Netheid, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
I have been to real 5-star resorts. Kiani beach is nothing near 5-star but barely a 3-star with the standards I am used to! Food options are so limited and it doesn’t taste fresh; not enough fish dishes (a disappointment given we are rights at the sea!!). The room didn’t include any products such as shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, lotions, etc. These things are default and normal to find in even a 4-star place, yet a 5-star doesn’t have any of these things! The room again smells like sewage and you only get one card to enter and leave the property which even means that we can’t leave the air cleaner running to eliminate the smell. Now comes the all-inclusive; why on earth I would need to pay £20 per person to have access to the good stuff? In every 5-star resort I have been to the so called premium drinks and iced coffee are included in the all-inclusive because guess what? It’s ALL INCLUSIVE!! Nothing feels included in this place even bottled water and you only get to drink from tap! This place is a ripoff as for this price we would have got a much better service and better access to food and drinks in any other 5-star resort.

Kiani Beach Resort meets all the required criteria of a 5 star establishment and we undergo official checks yearly to ensure this. Further-more, we are a certified Sustainable Hotel with ample certification to prove this, which means that we have to uphold many regulations regarding the use of energy, plastic and waste consumption. It is for this reason there are no individually wrapped toiletries in your room, and re-fillable soap and shampoo dispensers are there instead, as well as the limitation of plastic bottles. We do take all your comments and suggestions for improvement very seriously and would like to inform you that your email has been circulated throughout our departments. We hope perhaps on a future visit to Chania we will be able to meet all your expectations and wish you well on your future travels.

Staff were Excellent and fun!!! The staff made our trip extra special. Property was beautiful and was on the beach which was very nice. Pools were clean, big, and refreshing. I’m sorry to say that the food was terrible. We paid for all inclusive but had to go out for most meals. I wish they would have just cooked traditional Greek food instead of trying to accommodate other nationalities because that didn’t work. Plus, the snacks offered were just terrible. However, they did have crepes at the beach bar which were terrific, but the line was incredibly long. Would go back for the people and the beach front property, but would just eat out all meals.

Un tout inclus correct
Kiani beach a le gros avantage d’avoir piscine et plage collées. Il n’est donc pas nécessaire de choisir son activité. L’établissement dispose de toutes les qualités d’un tout compris familial, mais également les défauts classiques que sont la qualité et diversité de la nourriture Mais l’expérience demeure satisfaisante

Dårlig opplevelse
Det luktet kloakk på rommene. Vi hadde to forskjellige rom i to ulike etasjer. Luktet dårlig. Knuste glass og knust vannflaske i kjøkeskapet da vi ankom. Maten og drikken på hotellet var svært dårlig.
