Mooi en schoon hotel, op een mooie lokatie. Lekker rustig en afgeschermd van de drukte; maar dan tocht dichtbij restaurants, winkeltjes en strand (op loop afstand). Ons balkon had uitzicht op zee en bergen; prachtig om met dit uitzicht iedere ochtend wakker te worden. Schoon en relatief groot zwembad met meer dan genoeg bedden en een prachtig uitzicht op bergen. Genoeg parkeerplek voor de auto’s. Heel erg vriendelijk personeel. Van reception (Michael) tot restaurant bediening (Marialena) tot moeder en dochter room-cleaning dames, iedereen was lief, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf.

I've been traveling for 3 weeks now. This was my 5th hotel, unfortunately I have to say it is not a "4 star hotel". Great breakfast selection (buffet) Staff was amazingly friendly BUT: -Our room didn't look like the pictures online -Shower didn't have a door, so all the water was splashing everywhere...the floor ended up dirty and slippery -Most uncomfortable bed. I felt like I was sinking on it and it was soo squeaky -Didn't change linens. My husband spilled a little bit of soda on the sheets. Next day when we came back to the room the bed still had the same sheets with the soda stain -How come a 4 star hotel doesn't have water in the room mini fridge?

It was an average stay, not sure why this hotel has 4stars?! Nice pool, friendly staff and good quality breakfast, but other than that it is a very basic accommodation. Squeaky, small bed, definitely two small for 2 people to sleep comfortably, stained towels, barely working AC, poor wi-fi in the rooms. The worst was the smell in the afternoons- sewers and a ridiculous red light on the control panel, lighting so bright at night that I had to sleep with an eye mask on. Poor service as well, very little toiletries not replenished at all, empty mini bar, not even a bottle of water on arrival, no iron in the room and nobody to bring it to the room. Coffee at breakfast was terrible and espresso available by purchase only, not served to the table- had to wait at the bar to get it, while the staff member was doing other things while making coffee. Overall I think it’s a good 2 max. 3 star hotel.

Such a friendly and helpful hotel staff! Front desk helped with all our needs from finding excursions to finding covid test sights. Location was perfect, a short walk to many restaurants and bars, even the beach was near by. Definitely recommend this property!

The staff at the front desk were excellent. The breakfast was very nice and consisted of good and high quality food. The parking was easy. The location of the hotel was a short walking distance from the supermarket and the beach which was very convenient. The bathrooms were not what we expected. The showers did not have real doors and water would go everywhere. Cleanliness was not up to the expectations that they charged for these rooms. The pool was big and clean. Overall just ok for the money that they charge. Could be better if rooms were cleaner and showers had real doors.

Hotel à côté de la plage très agréable. Quelques problèmes de wifi lors du séjour car celui est instable et quelques erreurs de propreté de la chambre également (gel douche d’ancien client ouvert présent sur place, carte Pokémon présent derrière le lit et poussière sous le lit présente).la climatisation dans le salon de la suite S31 fonctionne mal également. Le service du petit déjeuner et demi pension est très bien cependant. Le gros point positif de cet hôtel reste à mon sens le personnel qui y travaille et qui est formidable et s’assure que tout se passe bien, je pense notamment à Konstantinos à l’accueil et Demy et Marina notamment lors des repas qui sont formidables. Le piscine est grande et propre. Je recommande ainsi cet hôtel.

Un excellent hôtel avec une équipe au top
Un très bel hôtel avec une piscine très propre et tellement grande qu'on se sent à l'aise tout de suite. Ce qui démarque le plus cet hôtel, c'est la gentillesse du personnel. De la réception jusqu'au petit-déjeuner en passant par le dîner, le staff est d'une extrême gentillesse et c'est très agréable. Le dîner est également très bien, le menu change tous les soirs. Le bar à l'extérieur propose des cocktails excellents ! J'ai noté quelques petits points à améliorer : Proposer du chocolat chaud le matin pour 3 euros supplémentaires est dommage. En France, on prend souvent un chocolat chaud le matin. Il y a de temps en temps quelques remontées d'odeur désagréables autour de la piscine. Bref, à part ça, c'est un très bel hôtel qui mérite d'être connu.

Mare, tanto verde e sentirsi come a casa.
Struttura eccezionale, gestione famigliare molto gentile e simpatica, compresa la cagnetta Sissi. Piscina molto bella e grande. Misure anticovid ottime. Pasti e servizio ristorante ottimi in compagnia di Hara e Panaiotis, che parla tante lingue. A 2 passi dal mare.

This is a very nice hotel. The pictures and reviews do not justify how nice it actually is. All members of staff were extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. Even the kitchen staff and cleaners were really friendly and nice. The food was amazing, which is very important. Our room had a surprise balcony which was fab. We are very, very pleased and will come back. It was lovely. The pool was amazing. Thank you, Koukounaria!

ホテルの施設案内的なマップなど何もないのに広いので、初日に色々分からなくて困った。エアコンのリモコンはフロントにもらいに行かないと部屋にはありません。二食付きプランでしたが、夜は飲み物が含まれていないので部屋からお水のボトルを持ち込まないと水代も請求されます。 部屋もロケーションもまあまあ良いのですが、そういう細かいところでサービスが良くなくちょっと残念でした。

Hôtel très bien situé à Alykes, petite station balnéaire très agréable et bon point central pour accéder à toutes les plages et centres d’interêt de l’île. Les installations sont très bien également, très belle piscine et beaux jardins. Les chambres sont correctes, nous avions la catégorie standard mais seul petit souci dans la nôtre : la douche qui n’étant pas fermé entraînait une salle de bain trempée après chaque douche. Nous avions 2 chambres, la seconde avait une douche bien fermée par une paroi. Le gros plus de cet hôtel : la restauration. Nous étions en demi-pension avec un petit déjeuner parfait et un dîner où chaque soir le chef accueillait la clientèle pour expliquer les propositions, toujours renouvelées. Des amuses bouches jusqu’au desserts: présentation très soignée, des choses plutôt très bonnes pour un buffet, choix de salades à chaque repas et personnel très attentionné. Tout cela au bord de la piscine illuminé ou dans une salle assez agréable. Bref, un établissement à recommander. Petite note: il est préférable d’avoir un véhicule pour visiter l’ile et surtout découvrir les innombrables criques, les villages des hauteurs et les restaurants surplombant la mer déclinant toutes les variantes du bleu...

The Koukounaria is very well situated, peaceful but only 5 minutes walk from the beach. It has a lovely big pool, spa pool and kiddies pool with plenty of sun loungers. Our economy room was well equipped, including a small kitchen area, and a balcony. The bathroom was very inconvenient in that it flooded everytime someone had a shower, there was no shower curtain and a drain in the middle of the floor from which water would rise, so be prepared for a constant wet room. Breakfast was a very nice comprehensive buffet of hot and cold food
