Villa Highlights

'Lakka Studios Collection' is comprised of 3 apartments (Niki Studio
Ena, Niki Studio Dio and Niki Studio Tria) situated within private
grounds, making it an ideal retreat for large groups who wish to stay
together. With a total capacity to accommodate up to 9 guests, these
apartments offer the perfect blend of privacy and shared spaces for a
memorable vacation.

Living Room
Every apartment in the Collection is fitted with an air-conditioned
lounge, complete with a dining area, comfortable sofas, Satellite TV
and Free Wi-Fi.

Kitchen
Each villa within the collection is accompanied by a fully equipped
kitchen, complete with air conditioning and an array of appliances,
including a coffee maker, refrigerator and stove/hob.

Bedrooms
Lakka Studios Collection has 3 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds. En Suite Bathroom
Additional bed available: 3 Single Sofa Beds.

Bathrooms
Lakka Studios Collection has 3 Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1 (En Suite) has shower and W/C. Bathroom 2 (En Suite) has
shower and W/C. Bathroom 3 (En Suite) has shower and W/C.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
