Loved the beautiful aesthetic of this hotel. Convenient walk and the pool area is lovely. Love the blue, purple and white. And also I appreciated the care of the staff.

Excelent staff, frendly and helpful, the property it is 10 min walking from Fira promenade . For the hotel class the conditions are excelent and the pool is a plus.

Helt enkelt hotel midt i byen
Helt ok hotell, innsjekkingen var litt merkelig da mannen i resepsjonen snakket på gresk med taxisjåføren i stedet for å si hei til oss. Vi fant ut at det var fordi han hadde brukket 2 ribbein å behøvde taxisjåførens hjelp til å bære koffertene våre. Han kunne jo bare sagt det til oss, så hadde vi bært selv uten problem . I stedet ble det en litt klein tur til rommet der jeg forsøkte å overbevise resepsjonisten at jeg kunne bære selv, men han ville ikke gi seg🙈 Sengene er harde, og rommet helt enkelt. Bærer preg av 2 stjerner. Bassenget er fint og ett deilig avbrekk fra den super trafikkerte veien rett utenfor. Om Kvelden/natten er støyen fra partygata merkbar, spesielt om det blåser litt. Helt ok for 2 netter og midt i byen , noe som gjør det enkelt å ta seg rundt til fots.

Great location
Very nice family run hotel, just minutes walk from the main square of Fira! It is a little dated and the beds are very firm but great for what we needed. Breakfast was a cold continental selection but adequate, I would recommend!

otel più che consigliato, vicino al centro, raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata, ma lontano dal caos, con un utile parcheggio e una graziosa piscina. Sicuramente con tante alternative chic a Santorini questa vince per rapporto qualità/prezzo! Meline e suo fratello son stati molto gentili dispensando consigli, cartine, prenotazioni! Buona colazione salata, migliorabile la dolce, ma lo consigliamo molto!

Super séjour
Nous avons été reçu avec une grande attention par Melina la propriétaire des lieux. Conseils avisés, réservation excursion bateau, taxis coup de téléphone pour appeler le loueur de scooters en retard et puis d'une totale gentillesse. C'est un hôtel familial et on se rend bien compte qu'elle s'attache à satisfaire au mieux sa clientèle. Je ne sais pas si je reviendrai à Santorin un jour mais je retournerai sans hésitation au Melina hôtel. Précision d'importance, l'hôtel est à 10 mn à pied du centre ville de Fira, du passage devant l'hôtel car sur la route d'Oia mais pas un problème pour nous. Merci Melina

Room was clean, beds were slightly uncomfortable but the beautiful pool area and distance to the town made up for it. Very reasonable price for the location.

Upon check in, Melina went over the map of the nearby town of Fira with us. She was incredibly helpful and offered excursions and restaurant suggestions that we did and loved during our stay. The location of the hotel is great, about a 5-10 min walk to Fira and away from most of the noise from the crowds. Our onlh two concerns were that we were on our honeymoon but received a room with two twin beds instead of a double. There was a pull out couch in the room that we slept on instead. Also, to keep things in the fridge, we needed electricity, but your key powered the electricity in the room. So if you left your room, the fridge stopped keeping cold. Aside from those two items, the pool was lovely, the sunrises were picturesque and the breakfast was delicious!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Melina's hotel. We were welcomed by Melina and her friendly staff and they treated us like family during our entire stay. They gave us many great tips about the island, helped us organize excursions and whenever we needed something they were there to help. The breakfast was a nice touch with excellent food choices (especially the salad :)). We would definitely return to Melina's and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone. L’albergo dista pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata dell’autobus così che raggiungere il resto dell’isola risulta facile e veloce. Yannis è un tesoro! Molto gentile e disponibile! Consiglierei assolutamente la sua struttura!!!!

Beautiful grounds lots of flowers. A little back from the caldera but that is why it’s cheaper and quieter. Rooms were small, basic but clean. Only amenity is soap. You get one towel each and one pillow. Beds were not overly comfortable. Both our rooms had a nice balcony Upon arriving we were given a map of the area and good information. Very easy to get to the caldera, bus transfer, restaurants and shopping. Biggest downside was in one of our rooms the toilet was leaking on each flush. This was reported and never addressed. Stepping over urine on the floor is not great. Breakfast was sufficient.

Hotel situé à côté de chemin très passant donc c’est vraiment vraiment bruyant comme endroit ! Nous avons demandé d'être changé mais ils ne l’ont pas fait. Les lits sont hyper raide et absolument pas confortable. Les déjeuners sont toujours pareils et il n’y a pas beaucoup de choix. Sérieusement je ne choisirais plus cet hôtel. La vue était belle et le balcon avec les fleurs très jolie mais le bruis de la rue passante c’est vraiment désagréable.

Pretty Hotel, Good Location in Fira
Very pretty, modern little hotel in Fira. The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable about what to do and see in Santorini, and arranged excursions for us. The hotel is also very close to the bus station and central Fira, which made geting around Santorini without a car very easy. A great option for someone wanting to visit Santorini for the first time and avoid a car rental.

Für zwei Nächte auf Santorini ideal, zu Fuß 5min an die Küste/Promenade von Fira. Schöne Pool Anlage, Zimmer vollkommen ausreichend und schön eingerichtet. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

My experience was wonderful. Many thanks to Melina and Yanni they were amazing. Our rooms were clean and beautiful, the pool area very spacious and clean, and offered a delicious breakfast every morning that was freshly made. Very short walk to town with breathtaking views and shops. While staying there my daughter got an ear infection, Melina made all the doctors visit arrangements and even had her brother Yanni drive us to the doctors office. What can I say, they were both amazing I highly recommend anyone staying here!

Melina Hotel is at the centre of Fira. It is near the bus terminal of Fira, about 5-10 minutes of walk. Neat and tidy. Reception staff is very nice. He introduced the surrounding attractions and great restaurant to us. We enjoy staying here though it is a bit scary that someone knocked our door at 5am (i believe they are just some drunk guests).

Nice hotel, close to the bus station
The employees at the front desk were nice and extremely helpful. Breakfast was good and the hotel was extremely clean. The only thing is the beds were a little uncomfortable and the shower was super small. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay

Amazing Vacation
Melina Hotel is a great hotel for price and location! We LOVED our stay here! Breakfast every morning was a great way to start the day. A short walk to the bus stop that can take you to any location you like on the island. Also a short walk to Fira, which is the best town to be closest to on the island. Would go back.

Quaint and comfortable hotel
We stayed three nights at the Melina Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The hotel was clean and relatively comfortable. Our room was near the pool, which was very nice. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety each day. The best part was the staff! The owner was extremely helpful with providing directions to various must-see spots and provided a great map. The hotel is a five-minute walk from the town and tour buses, which was quite convenient. We were lucky to find this hotel and plan to stay there again, should we make it to Santorini again.
