Hotel Village aan doorgaande weg 5 min van strand
Meltemi heeft hotelkamers en suites. De indeling is leuk en verzorgd met zwembad maar aan een drukke weg. Omdat wij hier maar 1 nacht zijn gebleven hebben we waarschijnlijk 1 van de minste kamers (no.31) gekregen. Het dubbelbed was doorgelegen en hard als beton waar je de veren voelde. De douche met het bekende rafelige douchegordijntje. Ontbijt was prima.

Fijn hotel met mooi zwembad en lief personeel
Alles was top; we kregen elke dag nieuwe handdoeken, alles werd elke dag schoongemaakt, goed uitgebreid ontbijt, je kon er -tegen betaling- ook prima lunchen. Enige minpuntje; onze basic kamer had een erg kleine badkamer met een douche met douchegordijn, waardoor herl de vloer nat werd.

Leuk maar (nog) niet bijzonder.
Erg vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was iedere dag hetzelfde en relatief beperkt. De kamer was mooi maar we hadden dan ook een junior suite met jacuzzi geboekt. Er kwam een walgelijke lucht uit het doucheputje en ik vond het niet zo fris dat de dekens niet gewassen/verschoond werden (de lakens wel). De jacuzzi was fijn, maar de bubbelgaatjes die het deden waren op 1 hand te tellen terwijl er veel meer gaatjes waren. De housekeeping kwam elke dag maar voor hun schoonmaakwerk krijgen ze van mij een zesje, kon echt een stuk beter. Het strand en alle eettentjes zijn makkelijk te lopen, maar voor een lekker restaurantje moet je niet in perissa zijn. Al met al een fijne week gehad, maar op sommige punten valt er makkelijk verbetering te halen.

Wedding Holiday!
We had the most amazing holiday at Meltemi and stayed for 3 weeks in room 43 & 46 28 of our wedding guests also stayed here and where all very impressed! Meltemi catered for all of our needs providing cots for children, extra pillows etc Unfortunately my dad fell ill and the lovely receptionists helped to get him a dr appt and call a taxi and also helped to find a replacement pushchair for one that was lost at LGW The barman are extremely friendly and always welcoming Our rooms where always spotlessly clean everyday The staff at Meltemi made our holiday and wedding day extra special and greeted us every morning We had 5 star treatment throughout our stay We became very fond of all of the staff and where very sad to go after our amazing stay We will definitely be back to celebrate our anniversary Thank you all again so much! Da migliorare
Per un hotel a 4 stelle non è il massimo. Ciò che mi ha delusa particolarmente sono state le pulizie, dovevo sempre chiedere di spazzare quando rientravo in stanza. Abbiamo fatto il check out alle 18.00 pagando un sovrapprezzo e non ci hanno sistemato la camera la mattina, siamo rimasti senza neanche la carta igienica. Avendo pagato non poco, non sono stata davvero entusiasta. Altra nota negativa non c’è un parcheggio vero e proprio ma uno sterrato di fronte dove poter lasciare lo scooter. La piscina alle 18.00 in piena estate chiude …Per il resto tutto ok, colazione non male.

We had a private suite with private pool. The pool was fantastic and much bigger than we had expected based off the pictures. All in all we enjoyed very much. Only complaint were the extremely loud finches that had nests outside our suite and began chirping at 5 AM. Other than that the location was fantastic for walking to the beach and eating at local restaurants. Would highly recommend. Great staff and beautiful property.

Exceptional service
The team provided exceptional service. Whenever we reported a small problem they immediately sent the maintenance team to sort it out. Infrastructure is very good although this is a 3-star hotel. Swimming in such a well maintained pool is a real pleasure. So yes it is exactly like in the pictures for once!

Meltemi 2020
On arrival we were dealt with efficiently and very friendly by Costas on the front desk, who checked us in and showed us to our upgraded room (superior to a junior suite with pool), nice, thanks Meltemi :) The hotel was smallish, with a pool for the suites, and a larger pool for everyone else (as seen in piccy). We had a nice breakfast everyday, usually buffet, but you stood and chose and it was served for you. Overall, hotel very nice for the price. Hard to tell you about the rest as we were at the end of the season, plus no cruise ships due to Covid, so the Island was reasonably deserted, which we took full advantage of and with our hired car (picked up from airport) we explored the entire Island. Ancient Thira, Fira, Oia.... you name it, worth seeing. All in all from our lovely base at Meltemi, a beautiful Island, well worth a visit.

Toller Aufenthalt!
Tolles Hotel, das Zimmer war leider nicht ganz wie auf den Fotos, das ist aber auch schon das einzig ‚negative‘. Frühstück wurde aufgrund der COVID-19 Beschränkungen auf Bestellung serviert, die beiden Kellner haben einen tollen Job gemacht, immer hilfsbereit und einen rundum tollen Service geboten! Auch das restliche Personal war freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super, an der Hauptstraße, tagsüber ist auch reger Verkehr, nachts aber sehr ruhig. Man kann die Ganze Stadt zu Fuß erkunden und wenn man mal etwas weiter will sind Bus-Station und Vermietungen von Quad und Roller gleich vor der Tür.

Totalmente recomendable
La experiencia ha sido inmejorable, el personal del hotel es muy amable, nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. La habitación espectacular, limpia y muy cómoda. Las instalaciones del hotel muy buenas. El desayuno variado y muy rico. La ubicación del hotel es buena, se puede llegar caminando a la playa donde hay muchos restaurantes donde comimos bien. Delante del hotel hay un descampado donde pudimos aparcar sin problema todos los días.

Oikein kiva ja edullinen hotelli. Aamupala oli erittäin runsas ja henkilökunta hyvin ystävällisiä. Juhlimme synttäreitäni ja yllätykseksemme saimme hotellilta myös viinipullon lahjana. Hotelli oli hyvin siisti ja huone siivottiin joka päivä. Ainoana "miinuksena" ehkä pikkuisen ahdas kylpyhuone. Sijainti oli loistava, ei ihan rannassa mutta lyhyen matkan päässä.

La chambre est vieillissante et petite, le spa extérieur oldschool ne donne pas envie. L hôtel est propre mais notre chambre mériterait un rafraîchissement pour remettre au goût du jour. Ex : robinet mal fixé, réception tv de mauvaise qualité (même si ceci n était pas notre objectif) rangement peu existant, robe de chambre déchirée. Il existe une partie plus récente.... au bonheur la chance en fonction des affectations

Staff very friendly, accommodating of our early arrival, provided access to beach towels, food etc. so we could enjoy our day before checking in. Room very clean, beds comfortable. Pool and courtyard was very pleasant atmosphere. No on site parking and shower was tiny, but I’d go back again.

Our little oasis
This hotel is amazing. We decided to stay in Perissa rather than Oia because we wanted to be close to the beach and it was definitely the right decision. The hotel set back on a high street and was a 5 minute walk from the beach which had lots of restaurants and sun beds. Just outside the hotel is the meltemi bar which was super and has karaoke 2 nights a week. The hotel was like a little oasis. The staff couldn’t do more to help, both at reception (notably Roy) and at the pool bar (Andreas and Bogdan). The pool was great with a mix of beds in the sun and shade although people did tend to reserve beds before breakfast which is against hotel policy and so it was a little annoying that nothing was done especially as one family of ten took lots of the beds. The breakfast buffet was superb. We stayed for nine nights had a free upgrade to the suite with a whirlpool which was just amazing. We are really thankful for the upgrade and would definitely recommend this room to anyone staying. Thanks to everyone at Meltemi, we hope to come again soon!

We had a short stay. Arrive late and left and noon the next day. The breakfast was delicious and tons of food and variety. The pool was lovely and enjoyable. Would recommend to those looking to stay on the south side of the island.

Abbiamo soggiornato con il mio compagno per 10 notti ad agosto. Abbiamo prenotato una jr suite con idromassaggio esterno. Le altre stanze base non sono fantastiche. Nulla da dire assolutamente sulla stanza che era fantastica, nuovissima e molto curata. La nota dolente viene sulla colazione. Per niente adeguata ad una camera pagata (prenotata a marzo) 180€ a notte; scarsa qualità e scelta ancora meno adeguata. Il problema di questo hotel è che è diviso in due fra la parte vecchia e quella nuova e a mio parere dovrebbero anche diversificare i servizi per chi paga per delle suite. La spiaggia dista 450mt. È possibile noleggiare quad (consigliato) o scooter e auto proprio fuori l’hotel. Ci sono due market a 1minuto o 3/4 minuti a piedi ben forniti. Nel complesso consiglio l’hotel ma sono davvero rimasta delusa dalla colazione, spero migliorino.
