Location was paramount to our overall trip enjoyment. Hotel was extremely clean and views of clock towers and plazas were unbeatable. Our breakfast options allowed for everyone’s palate’s to be satisfied from coffee to entrees. Appreciated having friendly staff at the front desk who assisted in arranging taxis. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Clean, modern rooms with decent shower and air conditioning (which was much appreciated on some of the hotter days). Location is good enough for sight-seeing Heraklion by foot.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. All you can eat breakfast, which was really good, is included. Its so easy to book transfers. They provided a breakfast box for us when we had an early morning trip to Elafonisi beach. The restaurants they recommended were really good! The hotel manager always made sure that everything is in order. Excellent service!

The hotel is a gem and is located right in Heraklion center. You can walk to restaurants, Venetian Fountain, etc. It's a short ride to the airport and port. The bus stop to Knossos Palace is right outside. If you're vegan then there's ample options nearby.

Für zwei Nächte war es OK, länger würden wir nicht dort bleiben wollen. Die Toiletten und das Bad waren nicht richtig gereinigt, wir haben uns deshalb nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt. Außerdem war es sehr laut (Flugverkehr, Glockenspiel der Kirche nebenan, Bar/Restaurant unterhalb). Die Frühstücksauswahl ist OK, die Qualität der Speisen ist durchschnittlich. Man darf nicht so viel erwarten, dann wird man auch nicht enttäuscht.

Nice hotel, very clean and quiet. Only downside is location…if you are coming/going from the port or the bus station, it is a long, hilly walk. Carrying luggage is a challenge with the hills. The hotel itself is very lovely however and the people were friendly.

Its the city, and located next to a public square and church. No need for wake up as the church bell rings from 7am to 10pm. It reminds me more os US style hotel and more modern than apartment style hotel. The breakfast is inexpensive but you can walk around and run into food or shopping for whatever direction you go. Only downside was we booked for option for laundry but it was not on site.

Location was great. Room and bathroom were huge - and the windows are triple glazed to minimise outside noise. Lots of silly little things that were wrong/broken - elec was a bit dodgy - fizzing when I plugged somethgin in, one bedside light took an extra 30 secs to shake into life; door didn't lock; safe couldn't open; floor was dirty - footprints on it; loo seat was loose; loo roll holder was broekn so loo roll fell off every time and a massive fire exit light over the door that doesn't switch off. Someone tried to cover it with a pamphlet which helped - but still lots of light all night long. Staff weren't unfriendly but nothing special. The whole place seems to have been designed by someone with a nice eye for interiors but then let down by the builder, the architect and the electrician. Things aren't quite finished properly. The lobby has no sound insulation so the noise gets carried up the stairwell - music and conversations (it's not loud in the lobby but the design amplifies it).

Amazing hotel with a great view of the square. Very lively and family friendly location. Although we were couple, this was good to see. Decent breakfast. Rooms were very clean. Will be back here for sure next time we stay in Hraklion

Hôtel itself was a 5 ranking, very nice room facing cathedral and very helpful staff. Breakfast however at Hacianda next door was average, running out of food, coffee, not compatible with hotel quality.
