Leuk, maar niet om op rust te komen
Check-in liep wat verkeerd,we kregen ons kamernummer en werden naar de lift verwezen.Geen uitleg over waar alles zich bevond of hoe alles daar in zijn werk gaat.We zijn volwassen mensen,en hebben alles wel gevonden en waar nodig gevraagd, maar van een 5 sterrenhotel verwacht je zoiets toch niet. Kamer mooi, minibar gevuld, badkamer wat aan de kleine kant, weinig bergruimte, fantastisch uitzicht. Het personeel was enorm vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. We zijn slechts éénmaal naar het hoofdrestaurant gegaan, en het buffet is er wel lekker , maar niet echt iets speciaals, vandaar dat we constant de aparte restaurants hebben genomen, die wel heel goed zijn. Je merkt dat de Duitsers het gros van de bezoekers zijn, want we werden constant in het Duits aangesproken, op de kamer waren de TV zenders zelfs grotendeels Duits. Om op uw gemak aan het zwembad van een drankje te genieten moet je hier niet zijn, om het uur lopen de animators luid schreeuwend rond om mensen te ronselen voor aquagym, volleybal, waterpolo, .... waardoor bij momenten het ook niet mogelijk is om van het zwembad gebruik te maken. Mijn broer bevond zich op hetzelfde moment 4 m verder bij Mitsis Alila, en dat was pas een 5 sterhotel waardig. Kortom, het was er zeker niet slecht, maar het is niet ons ding, wij zijn meer voor rust en kalmte. Een tip voor de directie, ik begrijp het all-in concept, maar als whiskyliefhebber was ik bereid om extra te betalen voor een goede whisky (mogelijk in sommige all-in hotels)

Een super mooi hotel, met ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. De bedden iets aan de harde kant. Tijdens ons verblijf veel verschillende nationaliteiten. Animatie was zeer professioneel en annimatieteam misschien wel de beste die ik ook heb meegemaakt. Zeker een resort om terug te komen!

Das Hotel ist an sich wirklich super, die Zimmer sind allerdings etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Die Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgt täglich, wobei der Boden oder Staub nicht wirklich gewischt wird. Trotzdem waren wir mit allem glücklich. Personal ist wirklich super freundlich, ausnahmslos. Strand ist Geschmacksache, uns hat er nicht so sehr gefallen. Essen war gut, zu empfehlen sind die A la Carte Restaurants. Rhodos Altstadt muss man gesehen haben, einfach traumhaft schön.

Stayed July 23 can’t fault the staff or hotel but sadly both teenage boys caught food poisoning from eating chicken burgers at the a la Carrie restaurant half way through our holiday. They were so so ill they were admitted to hospital and put on drips The hospital confirmed it was food poisoning as they had blood and stool tests which cost us £3000 plus new flights as we couldn’t travel home. That money we got back from insurance but not the holiday cost or the pain the boys went through. I did tell Expedia but they weren’t interested. So I’m afraid I will not be booking with them again or staying at the Mitsis Faliraki ever again

Great place to spend a week in the height of summer! Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. During the wildfires around 500 people were evacuated to our hotel, and staff dealt with this amazingly well making sure that everyone were looked after. They ensures food and drinks were available to all and when evacuees left, the hotel was quickly back to its usual standard. Food was lovely and plentiful, plenty of alcohol available and overall this has been a wonderful holiday despite the current wildfire situation. Best wishes to all the affected and evacuees!

Hotel was spotless, staff lovely and very friendly. Only a few mins walk into shops, bars etc. Food was ok but definitely room for improvement. In the buffet restaurant sometimes the trays were empty, long queues. Al a carted, great choice but qualify of the food wasn’t great.

A definite gem in Rhodes
This is a well-run busy hotel, well worth of its 5-star rating. Staff are extremely polite, happy to see you and always helpful. The hotel areas are big enough and very clean inside and outside in the paved areas. I think the bars are open from the morning till late, 1.30 am. Food is primarily available all day and night. During the busy season, the hotel has a serious shortage problem of wooden sun loungers placed around the three pools. They also allow guests to reserve them from the early hours, so unless you get up at 6 am, you won't find one and you'll be forced to use the other inferior ones on the grass that is full of mosquitos or the ones on the beach. When mentioned, the management was quick to offer a solution. We were pleasantly surprised when each day snacks and wine on the ice were served in the room. The room bar is stocked up daily. The towels in the room could do with a makeover, they've seen better days. On one day, there's unnecessary noise from cleaning and grass-cutting machinery, work that could be done at night. The food is a mix of Greek and international cuisine, mostly good and available 24 hours a day. The restaurant runs efficiently and has plenty of nice fresh food. Panayiotis the outdoor restaurant waiter was extremely efficient, couldn't do enough for us, was ahead of his game all the time, provided top-class service and made a nice dining experience. Dimitris, the restaurant manager, open the fish and served it to us, a very kind gesture.

Personnel du restaurant très sympathique. Il y a du choix au buffet. Propreté à l'extérieur. Belles piscines, plage à côté avec des transats très confortables. Chambre assez grande par contre le ménage dans la salle de bain n'a pas été effectuée tous les jours malgré les réclamations auprès du service client et réception. Les femmes de chambres sont très bruyantes dans les couloirs à partir de 8h du matin.

Bästa hotellet!!! Jättefint poolområde, gott om jättebra personal, bra service, härlig strand, jättebra att bada där. Förutom buffé med mycket att välja på, så finns det sex restauranger att äta på i fin miljö och en hamburgerrestaurang för lunch. Vi blev uppgraderade till rum med egen pool, så klart att vi är supernöjda!

I had an amazing stay and experience at the Mitsis Failiraki Beach Hotel and Spa for the following reasons : 1. Being customer service! The staff is super welcoming,friendly,kind, and overall they will do any and everything to treat you like family and take care of you. Staying at this resort, we never had to worry about an unfriendly face or planning excursions that were out of budget. The front desk staff are an absolute delight. After almost 15 hours spent on a plane, it was so refreshing to see their smiling faces as we promptly and efficiently were checked in and taken to our room while the hotel porter transported our luggage to our rooms. Like I said every single staff member is so friendly it’s such a warm and welcoming environment! A special shout out to the Concierge Stergos! He’s so professional, accommodating, and friendly. He helped us plan reasonably priced excursions last minute as it was our first time in Rhodes, Greece.He goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable and honestly we would come back to this resort just for the staff! Next outstanding mention is to Marietta, the shopkeeper in the hotel gift shop! She is genuinely such a kind and sweet person. She assists with finding anything you need. I remember the first day we arrived we realized we forgot sunscreen and we needed nasal spray. We were so worried we would have to go outside of the resort our first day to spend time searching for both these items but the hotel gift shop is basically a

Erittäin ystävällistä ja hyvää palvelua. Kaikki paikat siistit ja hyvin siivottu. Saatiin ilmaisen huoneluokan korotuksen, osittainen merinäköala => merinäköala huone neljännessä kerroksessa. Meidän huone oli aika pieni ja olisimme kaivanneet siihen isomman vaatekaapin sekä sohvan. Wc ja suihkutilat olivat tosi tilavat. Ruoka ja juomat olivat mielestämme hyvät.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Meer. Im beeindruckenden Eingangsbereich wurden wir gleich von mehreren Mitarbeiter zum Check-In begrüsst. Zimmer mit Balkon und direktem Meerblick. Buffet-Restaurant mit schöner Auswahl, wir haben trotzdem lieber die Themen-Restaurants genutzt (italienisch war am besten). Schöne Pools mit Palmen und Wiese und daneben der direkte Zugang zum Strand. Sonnenliegen mit Schirm waren auch dort kostenlos und Barservice am Platz. Wir waren schon auf Kreta in einem Mitsis-Hotel und hatten uns deshalb wieder für diese Kette entschieden. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Really lovely hotel, the staff we're very friendly and always helpful. Welcome towels and drinks were a great touch. I thought the rooms were lovely but very tired. Great amenities, free in room safe, air con, etc. The entertainment was ok but didn't blow me away. To make it even better I would like to see updated rooms, another option for lunch other than main restaurant or creperie (maybe pizza/gyros by the pool?) and more options for food at the main restaurant. Food was good quality though. Pool areas were lovely and great location/proximity to the beach. Loved our private pool room.

This hotel in Faliraki, Rhodes was fantastic! It is well laid out, with plenty of space to chill either by the beach or by the pool. The food and drinks available at this hotel were wonderful, and there were loads of options. The location of the hotel is well located within Faliraki which has a lot of shops and bars, with fairly easy transport links to Rhodes Town. We ended up with a room with a private pool, which was a nice surprise upgrade from the hotel. It was a comfy room and was spacious. I would say the one thing which made this hotel stand out to us was the staff, who went on to remember our names and went above & beyond to make sure our stay was great. Overall would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rhodes!

We stayed for only two nights (but we will come back for sure) but we had a lovely time. The staff in the reception is world class service minded. 
Housekeeping was world class and friendly.
Nice with several restaurants and bars.

Misleading advertised photos. Rooms and views are NOT what’s being advertised. Very sad The hotel has no direct sea views as there’s is another building in front of it. The rooms are outdated and has a very small balcony with solid block walls. Nothing like the picture for the room we selected which stated partial sea view. There was noooo sea in the view 😖. We ended up leaving the hotel the same day and we went to the fabulous Sheraton on the other side of the island

Carefully appointed, with a twin bed and a marble bathroom with bathtub and shower offering all comforts of a 5* resort along with modern amenities and conveniences. Our website provides fully information for the type & size room. Your personal comments are highly appreciated and respected. It is the reason we did not claim any payment/fee as we were rightfully entitled to, according to your booking conditions. Rest assured your suggestions will be taken into consideration in our constant effort to improve our services and facilities. We do hope that we will have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more positive experience in the future and remain with warm regards from Rhodes.

Le personnel de l’hôtel est excellent! L’hôtel et ses équipements son magnifique et il est très bien situé. Le seul bémols est que nous avons prit une chambre familiale et que ces chambres à notre grande surprises font 25m2. Cela est trop petit ! Avec deux enfants et des valises.

Tasty food and drink, rooms need to be upgraded
Overall great stay but the rooms really need to be remodeled. Very old furniture, tired and not 5 star. Food and drinks were great though.

Ожидали большего, все-таки пять звёзд. Территория отеля маленькая. Еда очень однообразная, на седьмой день отдыха еда приедается. Ужинать и пару раз на обед выезжали за пределы отеля в рестораны. Чистота номеров на натянутую четверку, очень сильные сальные следы на дверях и на дверцах шкафа (не приятненько).

Vähän kahtiajakoinen kokemus. Hotelli on palveluiltaan ja fasiliteeteiltaan loistava mutta palveluiden suorittamisessa on toivomisen varaa. Osa henkilökunnasta ei vaikuta ystävällisiltä ja enimmäkseen jää puuttumaan tunne asiakkaan tärkeimpänä pitämisestä ja erityisyydestä. Jos tuo tunne on sinulle tärkeää, en valitsisi tätä hotellia. Muuten varmasti ainakin sesongin ulkopuolella hyvä hinta/laatu suhde täällä hotels.com palvelussa. All inclusive kattaa kaiken, aivan kaiken. Sitä ei voisi enää paremmin toteuttaa. Se täyttää kenen tahansa ja minkälaisen tahansa ryhmän tarpeet. Iltaohjelma on vaihtelevaa ja laadukasta. Päivisinkin on toimintaa mutta emme osallistuneet siihen. Uima altaan vedet on jäätävän kylmiä vaikka ulkona 30 astetta hipovat lämpötilat. Spa on pelkkä hoitolaitos ja kallis sellainen. Merivesi on lämpimin vesi mitä löytyy. Huom! Privaatti altaat erityisen kylmiä! Hotelli on rannalla, ranta on ok muttei parhaita missä olen ollut (ei lähellekään maspalomasin tasoa). Ihan pienet lapset eivät pysty olemaan rannan vedessä mutta vanhemmille lapsille se on ihan ok uimaranta. Isot aallot! Hotellin sijainti on hyvä, helppo saada oma vuokra auto ja liikkua sillä pitkin saarta. Päätien bussipysäkit myös lähellä, rodoksen kaupunkiin ja takaisin pääsee puolen tunnin välein.

The hotel is lovely and has some stand out members of staff who genuinely want you to have a great time. The food is lovely in the little themed restaurants, it could be repetitive and a little messy in the main restaurant. The drinks are nice and location spot on.

Fint och fräscht hotell med trevlig personal
Överlag ett väldigt bra hotell med bra läge. Rent och fint och trevlig personal. Lite minus för maten som kunde ha varit mer varierande och smakrik.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Menschen die in diesem Hotel arbeiten waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die ganze Woche war sehr entspannend. Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen. Das einzige "Negative" waren nur die ein bisschen zu harten Matratzen.

La struttura è molto accogliente, bella, funzionale e completa di tutto, molto vicina al mare e al centro di Faliraki. Se vogliamo essere precisi si dovrebbe dare una rinfrescata alle stanze, rinnovando anche l’impianto di aria condizionata. Cibo buono anche se qualche volta ripetitivo. La struttura non è enorme ma è comunque dotata di tutto ció che ci vuole per trascorrere una vacanza più che piacevole.
