Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Locatie is top en rustig gelegen met vlakbij een prettig strand. Kamers zijn schoon en worden ook elke dag schoongemaakt + aangevuld.

Heerlijk hotel in Ornos !
Hotel is kleinschalig en mooie ligging op korte loopafstand van Ornos beach. Strand tentjes, beach club en restaurants zijn zeer dichtbij. Strand ook lekker relaxen. Kamers erg schoon en netjes, prima bed en lekker balkon bij de Superior kamers. Let op: kan wel iets gehorig zijn.

Mooi verblijf met uitzicht.
Hotel Essence was voor ons erg ontspannend, 's avonds lekker rustig dus je kan lekker ongestoord slapen. 'S morgen kon er lekker buiten ontbeten worden met een mooi uitzicht over land en de zee/strand. Het waren heerlijke dagen en wij zouden er (indien we nog eens in Mykonos komen) zeker weer dit hotel boeken.

Rustig gelegen met ruime kamers en heerlijk zwembad. Strand en restaurants op loopafstand.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Super Housekeeper was great and always left our room super tidy in no time. Very convenient and close to the town centre. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Great Location!
This was the first stop on our Greece trip and it was a great first stop! Reception was so friendly and always provided great local insight. It was also awesome that they provided towels for us.The hotel restaurant and breakfast were so tasty! We last minute wanted to do an ATV for a day and reception called several different places and found us an available one! This hotel was in a great location close to Ornos beach!

We were quite disappointed with our stay in Mykonos Essence. The room we were in was dark and facilities in the room were sparse E.g. no kettle or coffee making facilities. There was a half eaten ice cream tub in our freezer compartment from a previous guest. Cleaning was not up to scratch. The pool area looks over the car park so the view is not great.

Amazing, this hotel saved us
We experienced a VERY tragic air bnb experience when we got to mykonos. It was awful and we basically fled in the middle of the night. I booked our stay at Essence and within 10 minutes, Lamdrini the receptionist got us a transfer and he was there in two minutes. Since then, Lamdrini was our savior. She was the kindest, most knowledgeable, positive, wonderful ray of sunshine and catered to our EVERY need. We cannot say enough good things about her. This woman needs a raise. She truly went above and beyond for us every day. The hotel experience was incredible. Rooms were clean, comfortable. Shower was awesome. Wifi was A+. The location of this hotel could not be any better- short walk to food and the beach and bus stop. If we ever return to mykonos we will stay here hands down.

Review
The reception staff were fantastic and gave us lots of good suggestions for what to do during our stay. They even organized a rental car to be dropped off at the hotel. Buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The location is a 3-5 minute walk from the beach with plenty of great restaurants nearby.

Amazing hotel and customer service! They accommodated my wife’s gluten free allergy for breakfast and the room was clean and location was perfect. They also helped setup special requests from a 24/7 whatsapp chat. Perfect spot!

Das Hotel steht erhöht im Ort Ornos! Der Ort bietet viele tolle Restaurant und Cafés ! Das Hotel hat ein sehr freundliches Personal und ist auch sehr sauber ! Uns hat vor allem die grosse Terasse vom Zimmer mit Meerblick gefallen ! Es hatte ein vielseitiges Frühstück und genügend PP Jederzeit wieder ! Genug Parkplä

Loved it!
We really enjoyed our stay here for a friends' trip. The location is very central in Ornos, and easily accessible to Mykonos town by bus or taxi. The staff was also incredible and very friendly! I only wish the airport transfer was free and some of the transportation was included. Otherwise, no complaints. We loved it!

Disappointing for a 4 star
Disappointing.... I was only resident in the hotel for two of the five nights I had pre paid for.. due to the weather I was unable to reach the island for the first 3 nights... .the price charged was non refundable Which I except but sadly I feel that the hotel missed a chance to ensure my two days were made extra special ... at no point was I offered a good Will gesture..... (a friend who was in the same situation was given a full refund even though again he had pre paid on a non refundable price) apart from the above I had paid for a superior room but apart from a larger balcony I would say the room was no more special.... the sun chairs were discoloured and looked dirty, the maintenance of the room was poor... telephone point was hanging out of the wall, the wall had dirty marks. For a four star hotel I would expect more. I raised my concern to the hotel manager and showed him photos of which I had taken but he refused to agree with my complaint and failed to deal with the points I had raised. The only plus points I can comment on was the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. But overall I was disappointed and I will not return or recommend this hotel

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren immer sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet unbefriedigend. Kleiner Pool, sonst wenig Ausstattung und Möglichkeiten (wie z.B. Shuttle Bus).

Property was really nice. Room was nice. Wifi was a big issue and it sucked. Workers were really friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely and food was lovely. This hotel is close to the beach and bus station but requires a walk on 2 steep hills. But a very nice stay.
