Mooi opgezet complex. Veel groen, mooie bouwstijl, straalt rust uit. Zowel aan voor als achterkant een zitje, waardoor je altijd kunt kiezen voor zon of schaduw. Appartement is vrij basic. Goed schoon. Goede service en vriendelijk personeel. Eerste dagen heel slecht geslapen door de hardheid vd bedden. Met opdekmatras werd dit beter. Het complex ligt wel wat afgelegen. Directe omgeving vh complex komt wat verwaarloosd over. Complex ligt ook direct onder landingsroute wat wel geluidsoverlast geeft. Ook het geblaf van honden (op afstand) gaat de hele nacht door.

This place was really close to the beach
The hotel staff was really good and kindful to help. It is close to beach and many of the restaurants and shops. Its really nice for family to stay here and had lots options. Room was cleaned everyday and bed spreads changed regularly. Pool is small but manageable. Really quite really and can relax easily without any disturbances But Bathroom was not good and it is not clean. Also the water in bathroom was hard (more salt). It was not soft and comfort to use.... I am not sure why this was case here as in other places in Greece I found water was soft and normal, it was not salt water.

Kleine, gepflegte Anlage, macht einen guten, ordentlichen Eindruck. Das Badezimmer hätte eine Renovierung nötig. In der Küche hätten wir uns über eine Kanne gefreut (das ist offenbar in Griechenland kein Standard). Achtung: Klimaanlage kostet extra (6€ am Tag) Personal war sehr freundlich.

5 nights with friends
We loved our stay at Ourania Apartments. Service was great, staff were super friendly and helpful. The apartments we stayed in were slightly older but still fine. We had a lovely big balcony which was amazing. I think there are also newer apartments in the same complex which look much more modern which would be ideal for our next stay. The apartments are only a short walk from the beach and restaurants so location was perfect! Couldnt have been happier in terms of value for money - couldnt believe how little we paid for 5 nights! I would recommend!

Très bel hôtel, bon rapport qualité/prix
Séjour de deux semaines en Crète, dont une passée à Kato Gouves à Ourania Apts. Après un soucis rencontré à l’arrivee, nous avons été logés pour une nuit dans un autre hôtel. Malgré ce petit désagrément, le responsable nous a gentillement relogé pour la suite de notre séjour dans un appartement neuf. Très aimable et souriant, le manager a tjr été à l’écoute. De manière générale, tout s’est très bien passé. Emplacement idéal pour visiter une partie de l’ile et proche de la mer.

Would recommend to a friend!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ourania Apartments. The complex is very picturesque with a beautiful pool, the staff are lovely and extremely hospitable, the location is perfect (being less than 5 minuets from the beach and wonderful restaurants), and we especially loved the wild cats that roamed the area. The apartments themselves, although are very basic and fairly bare, are kept very clean and bedsheets and towels are replaced regularly, and have all the basic necessities for comfortable living. There is no real faulting Ourania — although I would say for future guests — be wary of hidden fees for things that seemed to be advertised as included but in fact come at a cost i.e air conditioning, safe, etc.

C'est vrai, c'est pas cher! Mais il faut savoir qu'à 15 kms à droite de l'aéroport, vous aurez un avion au dessus de vos têtes toutes les minutes...Peut-être n'étions pas dans le meilleur appartement, il était impossible de rester sur le balconnet puisque nous avions la fenêtre de la salle de bain et...toilettes de nos voisins juste à côté et un autre balconnet à 2 mètres. La promiscuité nous a beaucoup dérangé. Sinon, le personnel est très sympathique.

It was perfect for a family of 5. The price was right. The staff was always there when we needed anything. Plus they had security at night, but you didn’t feel as if you needed it.

Room was a bit on the small size in the living area with only 2 ring elec hob for cooking (studio appts very cramped) but an ideal base when only really using room for sleeping. Rest of complex was good inc bar/catering, staff excellent and reasonable choice of bars and eating places within 15 mins walk (as was the beach). Pool area was big enough for us when going out of season

malgré un temps maussade, tout s'est bien passé, établissement à 1/2h de AG Nokolaos. conseil ne concernant pas l’hôtel, j'ai loué une voiture chez europcar, le loueur m'a dit que beaucoup de gens se faisait rayer la voiture avec des clefs, vandalisme.. j'ai pris une assurance qui a doublé le prix de loc de la voiture, je n'ai pas vu de voiture rayées

Charming hamlet
The hotel consists of an enclosed compound with about two dozen individual apartments arranged around a few courtyards and laneways. It really feels like a charming, immaculately kept hamlet. It is also great value, but be aware that air conditioning is an extra 6 Euros per day. WiFi is free at the pool and bar, but that also costs extra to have in your room. The complex does not have a private beach front. You stroll about 5 minutes along a country lane to get to a small but charming beach with beautiful surf. It feels like the Greek version of visiting my grand mother's place. It also felt "authentically" Greek, at least relative to the image of a charming Greek village in my mind's eye.

Lovely apartment close to the beach.
Apartment good for a short stay. Nearby tavernas, Island bar the best. The area of Gouves not great, you need a car. Buses go past but if they are full you have to wait 30 mins+ for the chance of another that also maybe full.

L'accueil était parfait, et le personnel à disposition pour tt renseignements. l'appartement propre et fonctionnel situé à 5 minutes d'un bon restaurant (mylos). Un très bon séjour passé à l'ourania je vous le recommande.

Schöne dezente Anlage, toller Pool, alles sehr sauber und freundlich und eigentlich ruhig. Einziger Nachteil: liegt in Einflugschneise. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, hat ein Problem. Wir würden es aber auch mit kleinen Kindern wieder machen.

Grazioso Hotel/Apartments a 300m dal mare
Siamo stati una settimana ospiti, eravamo 8 adulti ed un bambino di 2 anni e mezzo, ci siamo trovati bene sin da subito con il personale che ci ha accolto quasi a mezza notte dato che nn sapevamo l'indirizzo esatto (colpa nostra), il personale ci ha assegnato gli alloggi di circa 35mq con un piccolo soggiorno con lato cucina, una camera da letto e bagno con doccia. La mattina abbiamo potuto apprezzare la vera bellezza di questo posto molto tranquillo che ha dei piccoli prati con dei ulivi (il tutto molto curato) e una piscina per i pigri che non si vogliono allontanare verso le spiagge. Subito sopra la piscina vi è la parte del bar che prepara per chi vuole anche la colazione ad una cifra modica, con libero accesso al wi-fi a tutte le ore di giorno e della notte.

Nous y avons passé une seule nuit; arrivés tard à Heraklion et en partance le lendemain pour Chania notre choix s'est porté sur cette résidence de tourisme qui propose des appartements propres avec le juste confort nécessaire et pour un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Difficile à localiser en pleine nuit; le GPS nous a été bien utile.

Un très bon séjour à Kato Gouves
Bon accueil malgré l'arrivée tardive (minuit 40) ; en anglais seulement, le personnel ne parle pas français. Appartement suffisamment spacieux pour 2 personnes (1 chambre avec lits jumeaux + un séjour avec une banquette lit. Equipement un peu juste pour 2 personnes mais complet et en bon état ; la propreté très satisfaisante. Petites fenêtres très isolantes. Si on dort la fenêtre ouverte, ne pas s'étonner d'être réveillée par le chant du coq et de la présence d'insectes volants (moustiques, papillons, bourdons, ...) : normal, on est à la campagne ! Piscine, un peu petite mais suffisante pour se rafraîchir. Bungalows sur 2 niveaux, 1 appartement par niveau.

Structure accueillante et agréable
Bonnes prestations pour cette structure : les appartements sont bien et les structures annexes (piscine, bar...) sont très bien entretenues. La proximité d'Héraklion et de nombreux restaurants sont également un plus. Le séjour a donc été très agréable. Si j'ai l'occasion de retourner en Crête, j'y ferai certainement escale mais vu les distances à parcourir pour atteindre certaines destinations (gorge de Samaria, la côte sud...), il est peut-être préférable de prévoir plusieurs étapes hôtelières durant le séjour.

bien situé - très propre et agréable
étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants (mai 2015) : un très agréable séjour à Ourania, le personnel est accueillant, le site est super propre. Les dames de ménage passent tous les jours et changent les draps tous les 3 jours. Un seul bémol pour la douche peu pratique car il n'y a que le réceptacle posé au sol, sans paroi qui entoure la douche. Environ à 200 mètres de la mer. Des commerces à proximité ainsi que de très bonnes tavernes...... En bref : on recommande !!!
