We are also delighted that you have enjoyed your stay with us as the satisfaction of our guests is of utmost importance for us. Regarding the difficulty to reach us, in our property there is no front desk and unfortunately due to covid 19 all check ins are being held without any personal contact. Therefore we would like to mention that one day before our guests’ arrival we send them an email with all the details for their check in and we also provide them with the phone number they can always reach 24/7 by calling us or texting us via Viber/WhatsApp/ Telegram or send us an email in case they need anything. In case any of our guests gets locked out there is a safety box where the keys are inside and by providing them with the code it is very easy to get the keys and enter their room. All of our guests who needed to reach us so far were able to do so without any difficulties on a daily basis and we are sorry to read that you were not able to.
