The brand-new Paradise Villas, opened in May 2024, offer a secluded and serene retreat. Located on a verdant hill overlooking the Ionian Sea, they are just a 5-minute walk from Agia Paraskevi Beach, taverna and bar. The building is equally divided to two separate villas with private internal and out door spaces, with different entrance, parking and pools. The can be rented together or seperately accommodation 2-10 guests.
The villas are surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains. Close to the island's top attractions, Paradise Villas are the ideal base for exploring the island from north to south.

Each of the units has its privacy and private pool, still, they can be rented together to accommodate big groups or friends or large families. Paradise I has both bedrooms on the upper level, plus one bathroom. The living room with open kitchen is on the ground floor with openings to the pool terrace.The spacious outdoor offers many spots for relaxation.
