We had a amazing relaxing time at Port Royal. Staff and service where excellent. The only thing the resort can improve is the maintenance of the pools. The little tiles are all coming loose in the pool. Also have the pool attendant take away the dirty pool towels during the day that people leave laying around. Some days half way the afternoon 2/3 of the sunbeds had all dirty towels on them and the guest already left already.

The staff at this hotel are the perfect balance between professional and friendly. They are very efficient but made every interaction feel as though it was important personally, and took their time to get to know you and remember your preferences. It was like being amongst new friends. No request was too much - they went out of their way to make you happy. Guest Relations Manager George deserves a special mention. It was my partner’s birthday while we were there and he arranged a number of special treats for her during our stay, including a beautiful floating breakfast, which was delivered by a lovely member of staff who helped to make the day even more special. He was always around, lovely to chat to and really made a wonderful trip even more special. He is the perfect front man for the hotel and spa. Our room was gorgeous, spotlessly clean and maintained to that standard every day. It was very well equipped with high-end toiletries, linens and towels and a fully stocked mini-bar, and a beautiful sharing pool outside the patio doors with stunning views over the beach and sunrise, as well as the stars at night. We stayed on an all inclusive package, and this was worth every penny. The bar staff at the pool were excellent, and special mention must be given to Peppa and Eva and their colleagues in La Pasteria and Armira Restaurant who made us feel so welcome and looked after us beautifully when we ate with them. All of the food was exceptional throughout our stay.

Das Hotel war sehr ruhig und gut gelegen mit vielen Shops in der Nähe. Der Pool sieht sehr schön aus, vor allem wenn es dunkel ist. Das Essen war gut und auch der Service. Das Wasser im Meer war sehr blau was vermutlich daran liegt, dass Unterwasser Steine liegen statt Sand. Der Strand selbst ist ein Sandstrand.

Wir kommen sicher wieder!
Sehr ruhiges, geschmackvolles Hotel mit 2 riesigen Pools und direkter Strandlage. Kein großer Betonklotz, mehrere kleinere Einheiten mit maximal 3 Ebenen. Zimmer geräumig mit guter Ausstattung und täglichem Handtuchwechsel. Großer gepflegter Garten und Strandabschnitt. Exzellente variable Küche mit abwechslungsreichen Themenbuffets am Abend. Manche Gerichte des Sous-Chefs Kostas sind wahre Meisterwerke! Personal top organisiert und immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke!!!

Our experience in Port Royal
Overall, the hotel was very inviting and spoiling. The staff mostly went out of their way to make this vacation memorable. That being said, we had some awkward encounters with a few crew members, and most disappointing, we wanted to visit a restaurant on our last night with no digital reservation system. We asked the hotel for help and were told there was no need to make any reservation. The restaurant was full, as were other restaurants, which resulted in us not having the anticipated culinary experience we hoped for. If you ask for the help of the staff in making needed arrangements outside of the hotel, I suggest you insist on your needs.

Super hôtel, personnel très gentil. Beachboy manoli extra. Bon buffet le matin, varié et de qualité ! Seul bémol, le soir le buffet est fermé très très tôt (à 9h00 toutes les tables sont dégagées) ce qui pose pbm quand on rentre d’excursion. La ville par contre n’a aucun intérêt. L’hôtel se suffit à lui-même.

VRAIMENT TOP
Très agréable séjour dans cet hotel... Les +: la qualité de la nourriture, variée et excellente, jusqu'aux patisseries qui en général sont bof bof...que ce soit au restaurant principal ou au resto italien (burrata extra, banoffee extra...). Beaucoup de choix..que ce soit les viandes les poissons les salades, les soupes... Le site, avec les piscines (eclairées de LED la nuit) et la proximité de la plage.. les transats bien épais et très confortables.. La vue de notre chambre (bungalow vue mer) directement sur la plage...des peignoirs à disposition et des chaussons.. A ne pas manquer, monter en haut des falaises par un petit chemin pour avoir une belle vue.. L'acces aux rues commercantes qui sont à 50 m de l'hotel... Le SPA, la piscine interieure où il fait bon qd c'est tres chaud dehors et la qualité des massages.. Surtout du calme, pas de musique à fond pres de la piscine tte la journee..De la musique le soir, avec des groupes de qualité, mais tout s 'arrete à 23 h petantes pour ceux qui veulent dormir.. Enfin l'accueil, le personnel est charmant et aux petits soins... Notre avion ne partait qu'en soirée, nous avons pu bénéficier d'une chambre pour nous doucher avant de partir et ainsi profiter à fond de ce dernier jour.. Les petits moins: il y a un peu de moustiques le soir, comme chez nous en France..!.et ce qu'il m a manqué, juste une boite de kleenex dans la chambre...L' aqua fitness proposé seulement 1 jour sur 2, j'aurais apprécié tous les jours...

Amazing hotel, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Great knowledge of gluten free food and lots of choice in the pizzeria at night time. Breakfast buffet has absolutely everything you can think of. Sun beds by the pool and on the private beach are nicely spaced out and really comfortable. All in all an extremely peaceful and restful holiday.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questa struttura… servizio e personale fantastici. La piscina e gli spazi comuni sono molto curati, e considerando il periodo (agosto) c’era una pace e una tranquillità che in altri posti non si trovano. Colazione e cena ottime, tantissima scelta. L’hotel è in una posizione strategica, a metà strada tra Lindos e Rodi. Spero un giorno di ritornarci!

First of all we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Everything in the Port Royal hotel was perfect and luxurious in our opinion. The hotel is very clean and its design is unique. Also we were very satisfied with the service, all staff members were very helpful and friendly. My girlfriend has a gluten intolerance and therfore she needed a special diat. The kitchen staff made eating gluten-free really easy and still delicious. They even prepared special gluten-free meals uppon request. In none of their restaurants eating gluten-free was a problem. Special thanks at this point to the sous chef for all the help and effort he put into us! We felt very welcome. Also the food overall was extraordinary and another highlight of stay. The pool lights create a wonderful atmosphere at night and provide a great setting for a romantic date, drinking some delicious cocktails in the pool bar. We will definitely visit again, thanks for hosting us!

Amazing resort, friendly staff, absolutely clean and lovely. You're away from the city noise and close to lovely beaches at this place. The pools and those stars at night make you feel in a wonderland. Our room had a nice view of the pools and the ocean, it was immaculately kept clean and fresh every day. The staff during breakfast made you feel at home, especially Triantáfyllo was my favorite host, meeting her was a joy every morning and she even recommended places to go to nearby to get an authentic Greek experience.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left this hotel, the service was excellent. The staff are wonderful. The facilities are great and the pools and surrounding areas around them very good. The only issues we found were with the restaurants and pool bar. Food at the pool bar is served until 6pm, whilst the same menu is available as part of room service until 11pm - doesn’t make sense (although assume it is aimed to encourage guests to use the restaurants during late evening). The two restaurants next to the main pool need a rethink. We didn’t eat there as they didn’t seem to offer a good selection of food. Asian fusion tapas? Why not have a clubhouse grill offering a greater choice of food?

One of the best places I have ever stayed in my life. Everything is beautiful, the staff are exceptionally helpful! They made my whole trip amazing and I recommend everyone to stay here in Rhodes

Ottimo soggiorno
Bella struttura tenuta in maniera impeccabile, ottimi servizi, ottimo personale. Gli edifici sono piuttosto eleganti e relativamente poco impattanti rispetto a costruzioni analoghe. Camere grandi ottimamente arredate solitamente con balcone e vista mare. Bella la spiaggia con un porticciolo vicino, buona la colazione. Nelle vicinanze non mancano negozietti e ristorantini anche piuttosto buoni. Volendo trovare un difetto trovo assurdo che una struttura cosi grande non sia dotata di parcheggio. Globalmente molto soddisfatto.

Hotel (and neighbourhood) felt somewhat sterile but it’s a nice property with good layout and clean comfortable room. Staff on reception, in restaurants and at beach were lovely. Breakfast included some delicious food and tasty fresh orange juice. Pools were a bit chilly end of September. Beach is very rocky; there are much nicer beaches in Rhodes. Although sun loungers are for guests, the beach is public and members of public sometimes take over area of beach in front of hotel. There are shops and restaurants nearby and public transport is reliable and easy to use.

Ansaitusti 5 tähteä.
5 tähteä ihan ansaitusti. Kaikki toimi ja oli erinomainen palvelu. Hotelli oli rakennuttu merelle päin mutta kaikki huoneet olivat pohjoiseen joten aurinko ei paista terassille, altaille ja rantaan toki. Huone jossa jaettu oma uima-allas oli hyvä sillä käytännössä olimme ainoat jotka allasta käytti. Äänieristys olisi saanut olla parempi huoneissa. Pelkkä aamupala oli riittävä sillä se oli tarjolla aina klo 11:30 asti. Iltaruokailu hoidetiin sitten hotellin ravintoloissa tai lähialueen kuppiloissa. Hiljainen kylä ainakin lokakuussa joten biletystä etsiville jokin isompi kylä. Kelit ihan hyvät vielä tässä kohtaa vuotta. Osallistuttiin jopa ilmaisille joogatunneille + ilmainen kuntosali ja tennis. Spa-palvelut toimi vaikkakin hintaakin oli. Parkkipaikkoja ei ollut mutta kadun varressa oli aina tilaa. Ihan hyvä kokonaisuus.
