A must in Mykonos!
We had the absolute best stay at Portobello. The location was perfect (close to the airport and right in town). The daily breakfast overlooking Mykonos was our favorite. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was gorgeous and clean. Highly recommend!

Lovely, Clean, Quality and excellent service and a perfect location just a two minute walk and you are in the small streets of Chora.

Such an incredibly beautiful hotel - picturesque, functional, comfortable and very conveniently located a few minutes away from restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was amazing as was the staff who helped us during our time there. And the view was unbeatable! Our favourite hotel to date.

Amazing Staff, very friendly and helpful. Excellent location to go to town as to go out to the different beaches. The best view of town for sunsets. I fully recommend this hotel

Great place
Stayed with wife and 18 year old daughter. Of all the places we’ve stayed in Greece and Italy this was our favorite. Great location— connected to the pedestrian shopping and restaurant area and also the outer street to be picked up by private transfer or rent a car. The staff is great and totally take care of everything you need. Anna there is awesome. The view is perfect. This is a gem. Thanks for a great stay in Mykonos.

A pleasant stay
Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel has nice decoration, in good condition. We were upgraded to a bigger room with balcony, great view of the town and ocean. Comfy bed, reasonable size of the bath room, very good breakfast! It would be great if there're more outlets provided in the room. We have two phones, a camera, and laptop need to be charged, but only one outlet, we had to unplug the lamps Our good experience was hampered a bit by the front desk customer service. One of the receptionist was a bit cold and not that willing to help. She did provide help at the end, but I was embarrassed because it's too obvious that she was not really willing to help. But the receptionist at night was very nice.

Superbe hôtel très bien placé, de suite dans les petites ruelles de Mykonos. Chambre très sympa avec magnifique vue sur la ville et la baie. Le personnel d’accueil est très serviable et gentil. Je recommande cet hôtel et reviendrais la prochaine fois.

Views to die for!
Lovely hotel located at the top of the town so you get a great view of everything in Mykonos town. Very friendly and helpful staff, did everything they can to make it a pleasant stay. Only negative is that the pool is not available to general guests, only the villa, so a little misleading and disappointing.

I stayed at Portobello Boutique Hotel with my sister. We liked the views of the village and the water from the hotel. We also liked the buffet breakfast. Our positive experiences were hampered by the treatment of the hotel staff. My sister and I arrived mid-day via ferry and taxi. The hotel has many steps leading down to it. The taxi driver told us to go down to reception and tell them to help us bring our bags down the steps. I ran down and told the reception this and the woman said we jad to brong out four bags dpwn ourselves because ghe porter who helps with that was not at the hotel. My sister and i sragged our bags doqn ybe steps juat to fins thay there were two female employees waiting at th3 door. We werent suee why they couldnt helpnus bring our suitcases down to recetipn. They did offer us watet qnd compkimentsty wibe. The woman at eeceptipn said she upgraded our room, but after reveiwing the toom options, my sister and i domt believe she actually did that. Whenever we came to recepyion yo ask about yhe area or tp uave inproant travel doxuments orinted, we were met with an attitude

The property is right up by the ring road so coming from port or harbor a taxi can drop you right there unlike some hotels which are right in town where you can't drive so you need to haul your stuff through tiny crowded paths. Of course this means that popping in and out of your hotel requires some climbing but that's pretty much everywhere in Mykonos. My room was clean though pretty small. My friend had a much bigger room but with no view. There was breakfast every morning in the lobby which was manned 24/7. They have a covid protocol where you need to drop your keys off in a sterilization box. I would rather have held onto my key rather than have it out there but ultimately no issues. There is a fridge with drinks and stuff in the room. Nice toiletries in the bathroom but no free water bottles. Shower and AC and wifi worked well. Make sure when booking a taxi to/from harbor/airport that you give enough time. I doubt it is the hotel's fault but our pick up taxi at harbor was 15 minutes late and not where he was supposed to be. Upon departure I noticed he was driving the wrong way and asked where he was going. He said he thought we were going to the airport instead of the port. Anyway, nice place. Very good value for money. Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Give it a go.

The view was perfect, they decor was very nice and the staff was helpful and friendly. Only thing we didn’t like was all the stairs that we had to drag our luggage and there were not any porters available.

Séjour entre amis, nous avons pris 4 chambres standard. Pas de vue sur la mer avec ce type de chambre mais chambre très mignonne et jolie, petit balcon sympa. Hôtel un peu en hauteur avec sublime vue sur mykonos. Cadre très calme.

Wonderful hotel with breathtaking views of Mykonos. Staff was very polite and very helpful. The room was beautiful, clean with a gorgeous view of the town. Beautiful little hotel overlooking the old port and Mykonos town. Our room, the service and the breakfast were excellent. Just walk down several flights of stairs and you are right in the heart of the town. We highly recommend this boutique hotel and would stay here again!

Petit hotel tres bien placé. Un peu en hauteur, il offre une tres belle vue sur la ville. Quelques pas suffisent pour se rendre dans le centre et faire le tour des attractions touristiques à pied. Personnel tres accueillant et professionnel, toujours prêt à vous renseigner et vous aider. Enfin le petit petit-déjeuner est totalement sastifaisant. Pour le prix payé, je ne vois pas quel point négatif on pourrait lui reprocher. A recommander sans hésitation.

We loved everything about this property but the location and the view were spectacular. Just be prepared to walk up and down a lot of steps if you are going into town.
