the animation team makes a huge difference in the experience. I just stayed in another all inclusive hotel and even though the hotel had way better facilities and service thanks to the animation team, i got the feeling i had better holiday in this hotel in rhodos

Absolutely loved my solo stay here!
Absolutely loved my stay at Sunshine Rhodes. Stayed in a beautiful apartment, the resort was amazing, the food was the tastiest, the staff were so lovely and accommodating, it was the perfect, relaxing holiday break I needed! The only negatives for me was that the air con in the room was not available where they are turned off from October 1st, which didn't seem to be clear when I booked, but having the balcony door open at night sufficed. Secondly the residential houses surrounding the resort seem to all have dogs which all barked and howled frequently - one house behind Hermes apartment block had a very large, extremely fluffy dog who barked and howled frequently (who was probably just hot and in distress being left outside a lot sadly). So the external resort noises were sometimes a bit disruptive of the otherwise peaceful atmosphere of the resort. Thirdly, would have liked to have seen more recycling bins around the resort for the plastic cups and straws that are given out for refreshments, but otherwise loved it!

The pictures of this property are very deceiving. The hotel and rooms are very run down and could do with some renovation. The food options were not great, unfriendly staff, door locks in rooms not working, broken showers, leaking ceiling, no ironing facilities, some of the rooms are a 10 min walk from the main reception building, nearby beach very pebbly with hardly any sand, the list can go on and on.

We reported a leak in the shower which caused the floor to be very wet, but this was never addressed, even after a couple of visits from the hotel technician. House keeping didn't mop the shower floor and change/change the wet towels on the floor the last 3 day. In addition, house keeping didn't change the bedding either. management came once after numerous complaints, but all we got was an apology, but nothing was addressed. Totally unacceptable. We will never visit this property again.

Although the pool area and beach are nice, the hotel is old dated and dirty. The food is awful, plates cups not clean. No fresh juices all sugary concentrate and local brand soft drinks. The hotel rooms have ants in them, they smell from the toilet and the beds r so u comfortable. Towels are not changed daily and the rooms cleaned every two days. Very noisy from the bar where there are parties and discos. Really deceiving from the pictures. I do not recommend

The property is vety close to Rhodes, which is great. Also, the nature, weather and warm sea made the holidays very good. The hotel is quite old and the furniture as well, which is a bit disappointing. It could be cleaner in the rooms as well as the bedfong was cha hed only once in 10 days we stayed there. Face towels never and large bath towels once. Beach towels are changed every 3 days whereas in other resorts it is daily. Lots of the things there are to be improved but the staff was always very helpful and friendly.

Dårlig forklaring eller manglende informasjon fra resepsjon,brukt 20 minutter i varmen for å finne rommet. -Restaurant var åpen fra 12:30, det var ikke snack bar mellom 10 til 12:30. -vann til te var bare et plass -tallerken og glass var ikke ren. - mark i mat, maten var ikke bra, halv stekt. - frokost: brød var ikke fersk.

i liked that i had a balcony and sea view. the people were nice and the activities they had for people.. i didnt like how they didnt have wall plugss for foreigners. The shower glass was short so the bathroom floor stay wet the beach was horrible full of rocks .. and they have no bell hop so you have to drag your suitcase by yourself to your room

Les animations sont bien dans l'ensemble l'établissement est jolie et propres le personnel à l'écoute et très gentil. Les points négatif est la chambre le lit un peu dure on sent les ressorts les joints de la douche ne sont plus étanche donc l'eau partout dans la salle de bains et le self dans la zones de repas ne sont pas assez variées

Middels plus, all inclusive.
Stort hotell med mange bassenger. Bodde på nyrenovert del, som var bra i forhold til resten av hotellet som bar preg av å være litt gammelt. Middels godt renhold. Veldig hyggelig og god service fra resepsjon. Maten var ok i forhold til tilsvarende hoteller.

Vi hade en underbar vistelse. God mat, mycket att välja bland, trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Underhållning både på dag och kväll. Man behöver egentligen inte lämna hotellet allt finns inom räckhåll.

Nice hotel area. Food was good. A lot of activities. Great showman. Room was old but good size family room with big balcony. Nice pool areas. There was a lot of small plastic cups for drinks. You need to improve that.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel Abluft im Bad funktionierte nicht Lüftung im Bad funktioniert nicht. Essen von sehr schlechter Qualität zum Teil Separatorenfleisch, insgesamt unappetitlich angerichtet zum Frühstück alte Brötchen. Umweltschutz -5. Getränke werden in wegwerfbecher und serviert das gleiche trifft auf Kaffeelöffel zu beim Buffet Punkt es gibt keine Kaffeelöffel aus Metall alles aus Kunststoff was im Nachgang weggeschmissen wird

What i like was the big pool, beach and the activites at the hotel. What i didnt like was the food im talking about the meat that didnt tast anything and the chicken that wasnt ready to eat it was pink and not finished. When i was there i only eat sallad and chips because i was sceard to get sick. This hotel should do something to get good reviews about the food. Sallad and other vegetarian things was ok to eat. When I came to the hotel they gave me a free check 15 min massage, when i go there to book this free massage she tell me its full booked for 1 week why does this hotell offer something you can not use in one week? 90% of the people are staying for one week.. and everytime i go there to change my beach towels i se these massageroom empty, there was NO people there, and when i told them can i do now its empty they said no...! Feeling dissapointed. The reception didnt have any luggage room and all the receptions was full of bags, they should have a room for it, it didnt look good. I got also a free time for italian restaurant, there is was also very difficult to book it was fullboked (but with 50% places free) but they helped me the last day to find a place there and it was the same i ordered chicken and the chicken was WHITE AND pink inside I didnt eat anything. Overall i give this hotel 3,5 stars of 5.

Die Unterkunft mit Meerblick war super ! Die Flieger haben mich nicht gestört, im Gegenteil, als Luftfahrtfreak hab ich mich drüber gefreut. Der Strand war steinig, ich hab da Sand lieber, aber konnte damit leben. Einzig das TV-Programm mit nur 12 zudem fremdsprachigen Sendern war Grütze !

Zweckmässiges Hotel - jedoch eher einfach.
Das Sunshine Rhodes ist ein älteres Hotel aber zweckmässig und in Prinzip stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis schon, denn es ist verhältnismässig günstig. Die Zimmer sind gross, allerdings fehlt Wasserkocher und der Föhn ist total veraltet. Enttäuschend fanden wir das Essen. Kaum frische Früchte und sehr oft das Gleiche. Ausserdem gab es immer mal wieder Engpässe mit dem Geschirr und musste man sich mit Plastikgeschirr zufrieden stellen. Draussen kann man günstig viel besseres essen bekommen, von dem her, besser kein All Inclusive, sondern lieber auswärts essen gehen. Kaum Aschenbecher vorhanden. Der Strand besteht praktisch nur aus Steine, unbedingt Badeschuhe mitnehmen. Das Personal ist super, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit usw. Die Lage ist zentral viele Laden/Restaurants usw. in der Nähe. Rhodos-Stadt erreicht man sehr gut mit dem Bus, zum Lindos / Prasinissi mietet man am besten ein Auto. (Autovermietung direkt im Hotel). So oder so, ist es sehr schön über die Insel zu fahren. Es hatte kaum Verkehr und die Aussichten sind super. Sehr empfehlenswert die Akropolis bei Lindos. Alles in allem einen gelungenen Urlaub. Wenn ich jedoch nochmals kommen würde, würde ich auf die andere Inselseite gehen, da hat es schöne Sandstrände.

Das Sunshine Rhodes bietet vielen Urlaubern Platz.DasHotel hat viele renovierte Zimmer aber auch welche die sehr viele Mängel aufweisen .Als Alleinreidende Person bezahlt man meist für Zwei bekommt aber vom hotel eines dieser sehr stark abgewohnten Zimmer. Defekte Halterungen im Bad sowie ein schlechtriechender Abflussschacht im Boden und verkalte Amaturen ein sofa mit allerlei verschmutzungen und ein lautstarker Kühlschrank machten die Liste der Mä gel komplrtt
