Dear Guest, I would like to thank you for your recent visit and for taking the time to share a review with the online community. We are sorry to hear that the room you were staying did not match your expectations. This room is considered by other guests to be a very spacious and comfortable room, especially for long stays. Design is of course subjective. The bathroom is spacious, with whirlpool bath tub & white ceramic mosaic on the wall, big white marble sink counter and a window offering beautiful views. If you had shared with us that the decoration of the room and the fitting in the bathroom was not to you liking, we would have offered you another room for your stay. We strongly believe that service is the main asset for Hotels and we always pride ourselves for the staff performance. Please rest assured that we took under serious consideration your remarks and as we do renovation works and refurbishment every year, we will include refitting of this room on our upcoming winter novelties. We will be happy to welcome you back next year and offer you a most memorable stay.

Additionally, we are delighted to know that your dining experience at the Barbarossa restaurant met your expectations in every aspect! I am sorry to hear that you were not fully satisfied with your room and the gym area. We do refurbishments and renovations every year as we never seize to upgrade our facilities, whereas the gym area is fully equipped with two treadmills, 1 bicycle, 1 spin bike, 1 rowing machine, 2 benches, 1 Pegasus machine as well as dumbbells, mats, towels and complimentary shower products. Nevertheless, your comments have been passed to the general Manager for review and any issues found will be rectified. Regarding the corrugated iron construction, kindly note that it is placed by the Archaelogy of Greece for the protection of an ancient monument found in our premises. Τhe excavations have not been completed yet but the final plan is to build a transparent vaulted roof. Our guests can find more information in the hotel’s magazine found in each room.. Firstly, allow me to mention that qualities such as the impeccable service, and the excellent restaurant food, are not easily achievable and are a result of hard work and dedication as well as numerous trainings of the team. Nevertheless, we are glad that you appreciated the high-quality premium bedding that we offer. Our breakfast buffet offers a wide range of high quality freshly made products to suit any taste or dietary preference. Please allow me to add that we strive to personalize the service, and work diligently to make each guest feel welcome and right at home, while offering all the amenities of a 5-star hotel. This is why we have a high ranking in all websites and booking engines and receive so many positive reviews from the vast majority of our guests. Additionally, all of our rooms are spacious, comfortable and bright, each featuring different decorative characteristics. The furniture pieces, both in public spaces and Rooms & Suites, are very carefully chosen and of excellent quality. We have followed a more classic decorative pattern paired with Art pieces and vivid colors which, as we believe, creates a balanced outcome to suit all tastes and preferences. However, I understand that aesthetics are subjective. Last but not least, kindly note that we do refurbishments and renovations every year as we never seize to upgrade our facilities and keep intact the high level of hospitality standards, Tharroe of Mykonos is known for.
