We really enjoyed staying here. The whole experience exceeded expectations. The staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms are lovely, the location is conveniently located from the centre of Fira and the hotel is close to the bus station, shops and restaurants. Breakfast choices were good and there was plenty of food. Both pools were lovely and we enjoyed the downstairs pool and the towels and robes that were provided were a nice touch. I’d definitely recommend upgrading to a sea view room for the views from the balcony.

Overall, a great stay
Rooms were great, spacious, great view. Staff was awesome! Good breakfast. The area has a lot of restaurants and shops. TIP - you don't need to go to Oia for a great sunset. If you stay at this hotel, walk 3 minutes up the hill. There are great restaurants with AMAZING SUNSET VIEWS.

Balayı çiftiydik. Kahvaltı çeşitleri daha zengin olabilirdi, fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi çok büyük bir havuz yoktu ve deniz manzaralı değildi. Temizlik çok iyiydi. Odalar da wifi çekmiyordu. Konum olarak iyi bir yerde, Fira merkezdeki her yere çok yakındı.

Kind of ok but not what you see in the pictures
The property is kind of ok; everything is kind of old and barely functioning. Not very luxurious as you may see in the pictures. The location is again kind of ok, close to the centre and the beach but it is a nightmare to walk there. Staff is helpful.

This hotel was amazing! A boutique property right conveniently located next to a supermarket and the main strip of Fira. Outdoor pool is fantastic and the indoor one is just as nice. Highly recommended!

Uma Ray all suites, have a resort spa zen to it, this nicely remodeled Hotel, it is centrally located on the island to sightsee all popular destinations including all the shops, markets and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and hospitable, even the owner came to check on my small injury on Easter Sunday to check to see if I needed anything. Thank you

The location of the hotel is perfect because is 5min walk from the bus station so you can move to the another cities and to the port. The main square is 8min walk. The staff is so friendly and they give you all the tips to move around.

Très bel hôtel intimiste et très bien situé
Superbe hôtel moderne avec un nombre limité de chambres disposées autour d'une belle piscine extérieure (piscine intérieure aussi mais pas nécessaire au printemps). Bon petit déjeuner. Chambre très confortable. Localisation parfaite car à l'abri de l'agitation mais en plein centre.

The hotel is beautiful and is at the beginning of the attraction in Thera, so you practically come out of the hotel and make a left and from there you woke up and up until you reached the sky or until you get tired and cant walk anymore. The staff are so friendly and always smiling. And the breakfast its one if not the best thing about this hotel. Another great thing about is that if for any reason you happened to need a pharmacy is very close by you just make a right at the corner and walk half a block and the pharmacy staff is also great.

It is the perfect small boutique hotel. The service from the staff was amazing. They were great at recommendation for food, entertainment, transportation, and anything you could think of. If we ever return to Santorini we will certainly stay again. I forgot to mention how amazing the location is. It’s extremely close to everything shopping, food, cathedral views and more.

The hotel was beautiful! We were in the perfect location, close to shopping and restaurants. Housekeeping went above and beyond. We had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend Uma Ray Suites.

Lovely brand new property, great location. The room was exactly what I needed, the balcony was lovely, and the pool area was really nice as well. The staff was super friendly and helpful. A great deal for the location.

EXCELLENT!!! I had the best stay here the staff was helpful , I had a major dental issue and he went above and beyond to assist me until I was able to see the dentist. Bed was comfortable , NETFLIX available in the room. Property was walking distance to the bus , bars and nightlife . Area was safe at night , well lit. The only downside was the pool was too cold too swim!!

Incredible hotel, with excellent service (special thank you to Vikki who was a star throughout our stay), gorgeous rooms, comfortable beds and a relaxing pool area. It’s also in a great location - a short walk to loads of restaurants along the coastline.

the hotel is really close to the center of fira. the room is beautiful and modern. but unfortunately the cleaning is not done properly. the floor was very dirty when we arrived. no cleaning done every day just before your arrival no towel change you have to ask for them to be changed. my wife asked for 2 small bottles of water because they had not changed them to us, they asked us to pay for them at the end of the stay. the person at the reception was rude seem to disturb him when asked for anything. It’s a shame because the hotel itself is good c staff which is not good. l’hôtel est vraiment proche du centre de fira. la chambre est belle et moderne. mais malheureusement le ménage n’est pas fait correctement. le sol était tres sale a notre arrivée. pas de ménage fait tout les jours seulement avant vôtre arrivée pas de changement de serviette obligé de demander pour qu’on nous les changent . ma femme a demandé 2 petite bouteille d’eau car ils nous les avait pas changé, ils nous ont demandé de les payer a la fin du séjour. la personne a l’accueil était désagréable ont a l’impression de le déranger quand on lui demande quoi que ce soit. c’est dommage car l’hôtel en lui même est bien c le personnel qui est pas bon .

Dear mr Mabrouk, Thank you for sharing with us your opinion about our property! But allow me to remind you how things happened. Always on check in I inform guests that water is not drinkable and we have placed 2 bottles water in your fridge, that are complimentary. After this, you have to buy. Also, as I know, when a product is included in the room service catalogue, you have to pay for it! At least, this is how it works in Greece! So, when you order something, you have to pay! Regarding the delicate issue of cleanliness, you were informed on check in that due to restrictions, room service is available only on request. You asked for maid service on 16:15, hour at wich the maid has finished her shift. If someone want his room to be tidy up, usually, ask it when he wakes up. Not at 16:15! Also, you forgot to mention what happened on the check out! Depsite the 'welcome letter" which was placed in your room and clearly mention that check out is setted on 11:00, you just ignored it. On 11:07 your wife came and asked for plates, glasses and forks in order to enjoy your breakfast! Although we allowed you to stay till 12:00, you occupied the room till 13:00 ! Also, on 13:30, when the maid was cleaning the room for the new guests, you entered and brushed your teeth!!!! So, she was obliged to clean it again from the start! And of course, you never paid the 2 bottles of water.. I do not think that by having such a behavior you are eligible for making complains.. Ion Monoyios Manager

Court séjour agréable
Séjour court mais séjour agréable dans cet hôtel qui est assez bien localisé dans Fira. Le manager de cet hôtel s’est montré très accueillant, sympathique et disponible. L’hôtel paraît très neuf, certaines chambres peuvent être assez limitées en espace lorsqu’on possède plusieurs valises et ça devient compliquer de circuler dans la chambre. Bonne piscine et espaces pour bronzer et se reposer à l’ombre ou au soleil.

This property is new, modern, beautiful, extremely clean, close to everything & the service is beyond anything I’ve ever seen before! Ion gave us such a warm welcome, made amazing suggestions as to what we could do, where we could go, even arranged for a four wheeler to be brought to us and set up for an amazing sunset sail! Had it not been for his suggestions & excellent pointers, we probably wouldn’t have been able to do and see as much as we did! Highly recommend & would definitely stay here again!! Tranquillité, emplacement de l'hôtel (proche centre ville et gare routière) piscine intérieur chauffée. Nous n'avons pas aimé le réceptionniste nous incitant à prendre un chauffeur privé pour notre retour à l'aéroport. Le bus nous y emmène en 10min max pour 1.80e par personne

Belle chambre , dommage que notre chambre soit situé côté cuisine et piscine intérieure d'où on entend la musique d'ambiance dans notre chambre a travers les murs ( heureusement la nuit il n'y a pas de musique ) Et dommage qu'il n'y a pas de panneaux ne pas déranger pour le ménage de la chambre ( a peine sorti prendre le petit déjeuner que quand on revient la femme de ménage est en train de faire notre chambre ) je sais que cela ne part pas d'un mauvais sentiments mais pour finir de se préparer c'est dérangeant , alors un petit conseil quand vous la croisé dite lui si vous voulez ou pas qu'elle fasse votre chambre ;-)

We were absolutely happy with this hotel - their rooms and new and nice. Thanks to the assistant manager on duty for his help to move our heavy luggages to the second floor, and thanks for the free upgrade too, we appreciate it so much. Everything was great here, highly recommended!
