Superfijn vakantiehuis met verwarmd zwembad
Superfijn vakantiehuis met als extra verrassing zwembadverwarming! Zalig genoten onder het afdak...aan en in het zwembad. Vlakbij Lindos gelegen. (5 min rijden) Het kon niet beter volgens ons. Svetlana staat echt altijd klaar met raad en hulp. Zelfs als het niets met het huis te maken had. Ongelofelijk hard bedankt voor alles!

Villa Ellada
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Ellada. The property is exactly as advertised and was immaculately clean and in a very good state of repair. The facilities are great and in terms of equipment etc there was nothing missing. Svetlana, as property manager, was exceptional. Unfortunately, the recent wildfires were threatening to cut our stay short and we received eviction notices from the authorities. However, Svetlana kept us fully appraised of the situation on a regular basis. When we had temporarily lost electricity and water supply due to the fires she even offered to let us use another property. Couldn't possibly ask for more and Svetlana was the icing on the cake of what was a fabulous stay.

Yep, it really is as good as it looks
The pictures and description of the villa accurately tell you everything about the property - plus close by to Lindos is the place to be on Rhodes. Svetlana, the host, provides helpful eating and visit suggestions and is quick to respond to messages. All in all, excellent! What about other helpful stuff? The pool temperature was 80-84 F (26-29 C) in early July. The depth (135 cm throughout) is not ideal for small children The kitchen is recently refitted and all the appliances are modern. The welcome pack was much appreciated. The local supermarket is best driven to – plus the Zucchero patisserie next door is superb. The walk to the beach takes about 7-8 mins – the property description is right there. The problem is the walk back up. The hill has a 25% gradient in places. It's steep! The villa's outside space is fantastic, either in the evening or just escaping the sun. There is an outdoor fridge. The barbecue needs charcoal – too fiddly and messy for us The Wi-Fi easily coped with 5 people and covers the outside space as well as the upstairs. It is ineffective in the downstairs bedrooms Parking for 2 cars max In the local bay, stick to the southern end. The GAEA restaurant and Azzurro kitchen bar are great for any meal. The public toilets on the beach there are clean. Sunbeds can be hired for €9 each per day or €15 each in a cabana – that’s half the price of St Paul’s Bay (a rip-off). The beach is shingle but sandy once in the sea. There are good water sports options

Whow!
We stayed for a week in late May. The weather was not the best but the pool was always lovely and warm with the heating. There was plenty of shade around the pool and the outside kitchen was amazing. It was great for evening BBQs and the little ones could go to bed. We found a car to be essential so we could drive to the supermaket. The hill is very steep down to the beach but we drove and there was plenty of parking. We did not use the beach as the pool was so nice. Svetlana the host was so helpful and responded to all my questions very quickly. We would love to go again in the future.

Great place to stay on a beautiful Island
As a family of 5 we stay in villas every year, this villa is one of the best so far. We were a little early for the season so a lot of places were closed and the island was very quite, but that is how we like our May holiday to be. I can imagine in season the villa is very well placed for everything the island has too offer, Lindos really is 5 minutes away and so is the supermarket. Everything at the villa is clean, well kept and offers an amazing space to enjoy the sun and the island. The pool is properly heated and we were able to swim in comfort even on the cloudy/rainy days. The owner is amazing and was so helpful whilst we were there, thankyou svetlana

Gorgeous view!
Four of us enjoyed this well-equipped villa at the top of the hill. We loved the covered veranda and all of the comfortable seating. Bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. We appreciated having a car so we could visit the supermarket and bakery, local restaurants, and Palas Beach (parking available) at Lindos. Try Panos- we loved it.

Lovely villa with superb outside pool area.
Lovely villa with superb outside pool and area, with Lindos just 2km away with plenty to explore. Everywhere easy to get to with a car. Rhodes town was great and worth a visit. Svetlana was an excellent host, helping us to get oriented with restaurants, shops and places to visit.

Fabulous villa
Villa is fantastic. Amazing outdoor kitchen and seating area and the view from the pool area is spectacular. Svetlana could not have been more helpful, even arranging with a local hotel on last day for luggage storage and shower facilities before our late flight. The only downside of the villa is that it is at the top of a VERY steep hill so a car would be preferable.

Great stay
We've just returned from a week at this great villa. Everything eas very easy during the booking process, all our questions were answered quickly. We were arriving late but that was no problem for Svetlana who had the housekeeper there to meet us. The photos aren't a true representation of the villa - I think they must have done some works since the photos were taken but I would say they were improvements. During our stay Svetlana answered any questions we had very quickly. The whole thing was topped off by Svetlana allowing to stay for the whole day on our day of departure because she didn't have guests going in afterwards. An extra day relaxing by the pool was definitely enjoyed! Thank you Svetlana.

A 5 star holiday at a 5 star villa
Hard to believe but this villa is even better in reality than the photos and description. Whether you want sea or pool, sun or shade, interior or exterior , the choice is yours. It was a pleasure to just lie by the pool , both during the day and the evening, listening only to the pool water. Completely calm. The quiet beach is only a short walk down the hill too (yes, a bit of a steep walk back up so not suitable for the frail or unfit). Go left at the beach to a quiet rocky area at the far end with amazing snorkelling. We could not have enjoyed our holiday more, it was a glimpse of paradise. And thank you Svetlana for the welcome and all the recommendations for us, the perfect host.

Smashing villa, wonderful holiday
A very nicely equipped and presented villa. Beautiful location, 5 minutes walk down the hill to a lovely little beach with the clearest water. Close to the sweet little town of Lindos and 15-20 mins drive from many other beautiful beaches. I'd definitely recommend having a car/scooter, to get to the other places you'll want to go. Supermarket 2 minutes away is excellent and will provide all you need. Svetlana, the property manager, is absolutely lovely and as helpful as you could wish for. Highly recommended.

A fabulous villa
After it being touch and go, we finally made it to the villa we had only dreamt about during lockdown. Svetlana was absolutely amazing, she kept in touch with us and reassured us at all times leading up to the holiday. She was on hand during the holiday too, sending really helpful information. The villa was perfect and as described. It was very clean on arrival, and the house keeper had left a very thoughtful welcome pack that included wine, meat, cheese, milk, bread, juice etc. The pool and seating area is definitely what makes the villa. We never got bored of sitting by the pool and looking out to the amazing sea view. The location is fantastic too. It’s a five minutes drive from a large supermarket with an amazing bakery next door and an eight minute drive to Lindos. Lindos is the most beautiful town and as we were there just after Greece opened up its borders to the UK, we practically had it to ourselves at first. Over the few weeks of being there it was wonderful to watch Lindos getting busier for the Greeks, but wonderful to have a little bit of heaven to ourselves for a few days. Thank you Svetlana for a wonderful holiday and for all your reassurance leading up to it.

Beautiful Villa
The villa is superb. It has everything you need and means you don't have to shop for any of those additional items. It's spotlessly clean both inside and out. The owner is also more than helpful with anything you need or ask. The location is fantastic - just a 2 minute drive to the nearest beach with bars and restaurants, and then a 5 minute drive to Lindos which is just beautiful. All in all, a wonderful holiday and will be going again. We can thoroughly recommend.

Wir waren insgesamt 7 Erwachsenen und ein Kleinkind und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es war rundum perfekt, alles sehr sauber. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bietet einen kleinen Kiosk und zwei Tavernen für einen Mittagssnack. Alle waren sehr kinderfreundlich! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

We had a great time in this lovely villa - everything exactly as described. Svetlana was very helpful and responding super fast to any question or issue. Vlichia Beach is a 5 minute drive to Lindos, but also Pefkos (15 minutes) offers very nice restaurants and a beautiful beach. The outside terrace not only offers a breathtaking view, but also a super clean pool and a nice barbecue place. Full recommendation from our side, thanks Svetlana for contributing to a great holiday!

Totally Breathtaking and Utterly Outstanding
Just returned from a stay 11 June to 23 June, 8 adults celebrating a family birthday. The amenities are fantastic and Svetlana the host was terrific always on hand to help when we needed it and even organised a birthday cake and transfers to and from the Airport. The villa is beautiful and the outdoor space was utterly stunning, we had an excellent stay and relaxed into the Greek pace of life. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Villa to anyone. TRULY WONDERFUL
We have just had the most loveliest week at this lovely villa. We are a family of four - two teenagers 14 and 17. The villa itself is spacious, clean and modern. And the pool and outside area is just wonderful. You do really need a car even though everything is in walking distance, the hill down to the village is very steep (not too bad going down, but coming up is hard work especially in the heat). We rented a little run around from the village for 150 euros, which made life so much easier especially when popping to the supermarket, etc. Although you can get taxis. There is a lovely hotel (Lindian Jewell) with a great bar area that we ate in a few times and on two occasions we had a takeout which was delivered to our villa by lovely Nikitas. Their food is great and they are so friendly. We cannot praise Svetlana enough. She is a lovely lovely lady who will go way beyond the call of duty for you. Thank you so much Svetlana xxx There was a lovely welcome pack of bread, cheese, ham, snacks, water, and wine on arrival for us, the pool was cleaned, the garden done and the villa cleaned too. We had the most wonderful relaxing holiday - thank you again xxxxx

Panoramic View Villa
We just returned from our trip to Greece and our stay at this lovely Villa. We are glad we chose this unit as it is not in the heart of Lindos and thus a much quieter setting. The view is terrific and the outdoor covered area provides the right amount of shade. The landscape is very nice and somewhat tropical. Vlycha Beach is close at hand and there are a few hotels and restaurants nearby if you do not want to venture into Lindos. Svetlana was most responsive to our pre travel needs and to any thing we needed during our stay.

Absolutely stunning views, lovely property and very accommodating host!!
My 5 friends and I just returned from a 5 night holiday at the lovely Villa Ellada and I can''t say enough about how lovely our stay was. The area where the villa is located (Vlycha beach) is very quiet/peaceful and the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. The infinity pool and outdoor area at the villa were our favourite spots to sit in - they are very well maintained and provide beautiful views of the bay below. The villa itself was also very well maintained and clean, with more than enough space for 6 adults. Our sheets/towels were changed half way through our stay and everything we needed was provided for (e.g. well equipped kitchen, bath and beach towels, sheets, etc.) It's also a good base from which to do day or evening trips around the island - we travelled into Lindos quite a few times (only a few kms away), and went into Rhodes Town for dinner one evening, as well did a few day trips to nearby beaches. In particular, I want to emphasize how helpful and friendly Svetlana was. She was always readily available whenever we needed any help, not only providing us with recommendations for local restaurants and beaches, but also helping us to coordinate taxis and airport pickups and any other queries we had throughout our visit. She also provided us with a very nice welcome pack for our arrival including wine, bread, meat, cheese, milk/coffee/tea etc. All in all, we had such a wonderful time and couldn't recommend this villa (and Svetlana) enough! Look forward to coming back soon!

Fantastic Villa that provided everything I wanted for a holiday break with my family.
Excellent pre arrival information provided by the owner. We were met on the evening of arrival and taken to the Villa to be shown round and also advised on local amenities, beaches and restaurants which was most helpful. The Villa itself was superb, providing great living space, good size bedrooms with great air conditioning to keep us cool, fantastic pool with amazing views across the sea and surrounding mountains. I really cannot recommend a Villa higher to anyone looking to stay in Rhodes. We will certainly be going back sometime in the future.
