The villa is well kept and is not too far from the nearest town although you will need to rent some form of transport if you would like to go there often. The villa itself does not have a rooftop pool as shown in pictures and is not as secluded as it looks, the owner and her father also live next door metres away and will ban you from being in the pool at certain times and threaten to call the police if you play music late. This would be an ideal place to stay for older groups but I do not recommend for those looking for a livelier stay.

Thank you Finlay for your review. It always helps in order to become better. Concerning the comments, the villa has a swimming pool on the ground floor as it is shown in the pictures, we never advertise it as a rooftop pool. The villa can accommodate till 11 people and is appropriate for groups of friends and/ or families. One of our rules for which you have been informed about is that of course parties are not allowed. Moreover by the Greek law the pools can be used till 21.00. Furthermore the villa is built at a 6acres plot and is at a residential area where if course there are other houses as well. I am waiting for you next time with your family as well. Merry Christmas

Nice place for a small group
We were stranded at Zakinthos airport that afternoon so we picked the place. It turned out to be better than what I expected. The place was clean with view of the ocean. Pretty nice for a group of 6. The owner was helpful to order foods for us.

Xiao, thank very much for everything. I hope to see you again and this time maybe for more days in order to learn you better.
