The kitchen is well stocked with small and large appliances, large variety of spices, Kuerig coffee and regular coffee pot, plenty of pots, pans, and baking dishes. 'This is a well maintained, up to date and comfortable home that served as a great homebase as we explored the Loveland and Ft Collins area. We were a bit surprised at the age and condition of some of the other properties in the immediate neighborhood, and the parking really is limited to one vehicle, but neither issue negatively impacted our trip. We would stay here again, thank you for providing such a comfortable home.'

'There were 7 of us. 2 seniors, 2 adults and a 15, 13 and 5 year old. There were several sleeping options. The bunk beds are full size beds plus there’s a trundle bed. Then a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. My husband and I spent one night on the couch which makes out to a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress and it actually slept pretty good also. 'Since our stay in 2022, the condo was updated with new fixtures, furniture, appliances, and décor. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the condo and private patio. The addition of the combination washer/dryer was a real convenience. The new drapes are wonderful. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood outside on the patio. Thanks for a wonderful stay!'
