Nice and Clean Property
This property for our needs perfectly. We came to the area to explore the Moab area which is about a 50-minute drive. The home was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Wifi was fast enough for remote work. No issues with checking in or out. Loved having the carport right next to the main entrance which made it really convenient for loading/ unloading the vehicle. I would stay here again if returning to the Green River area.

This host ghosted us. The phone numbers left for guests and VRBO stay didn't connect to anyone. We had to spend extra money and check into a hotel for the weekend. VRBO was very helpful but can only do so much—very disappointing host.

Quiet Neighborhood
Great spot for our trip to see Arches and Canyonlands. House was roomy and neighborhood was quiet. The grocery store was well stocked and we enjoyed buying watermelon from the fruit stand entering town.

Quiet base camp near Moab
This was the 2nd time I stayed at this house in Green River to access adventures and parks in the area. I prefer to stay in quiet Green River and have the entire house instead of a hotel room. We can move gear in and out more easily from the carport, cook our own food if we want, and less hassle than staying in a hotel. We saw Capitol Reef, Arches, Goblin Valley, and Canyonlands, we hiked Little Wild Horse slot canyon and hiked to Delicate Arch. Green River is central to all the places we went. No bikes or climbing this time, but still fun. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the AC worked great. The neighborhood is quiet, the house is on a cul-de-sac, the backyard goes out to a field, so it seems like staying at a country retreat, so we preferred that to staying in Moab.

Sweet place to hide
Small well kept home that makes you feel welcomed when arriving. Beds are soft, amnesties are everything you could imagine and the contact with the owner was prompt. I’ll be staying here again for sure!!

Nice Property In Green River
This is a clean comfortable property centrally located in Green River, Utah. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac not far from the main business loop through town. We based out of here as we toured the area, including Moab, Arches NP, Goblin Valley, San Rafael Swell, and the areas immediately surrounding Green River itself. The property is in a great location for what we wanted to do, and at a great price relative to anything you would find in Moab. Ate at Ray's multiple times - a must do. Will be back to Green River in the future and would consider staying at this property again. The property has everything you need and the kitchen basics were in place. This is a 1 bath home, so factor that in to your thinking when planning the number of people in your group.

Nick's place was clean and spacious. It was a great place for my family to stay as we explored the Arches NP. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Each bed was in it's own room with window and spacious closet. Large dining table and living room. The home is about 45 mins from Arches and Canyonlands, which is doable but not too convenient. Beats having to stay at a tiny motel or pricey rental in Moab though. The cul de sac this home sits appears to be all rentals and is well kept. The main street is a bit run down at first glance, but it's not too bad. Market nearby was great!! Try their melons!

The Green River house was a great location to explore the San Rafael Swell area. Everything in the house worked. The beds were comfy and plenty of room to spread out. We really appreciated the covered carport.

A gem!
Such a joy to come back to this house after a busy fun day at Arches National Park! The house has everything you need . The living room is comfortable and the bedrooms are wonderful ! The area is quiet and it’s fun to visit the horses nearby . Went to Ray’s in town for yummy hamburgers . Try Dewey’s in Moab for more great food ! The owner of this property is very responsive and polite ! Just a great experience overall !

Best way to visit Moab
Skip the crowds and high prices of Moab for this great little town nearby. Easy ride to Arches and Canyonlands as well as several other destinations. Property is clean and well equipped in a quiet neighborhood. Beds super comfortable. Great quality food nearby at Tamarisk.

Stopped on a long road trip for a couple of days and a trip to Arches National Park. Comfy home, easy to find. Not much In the town, but the little grocery store was sufficient and Tamarisk restaurant was great! Would recommend bringing something for darkening the rooms if you have littles- sun comes up early!

We really enjoyed our stay here. After the busyness of the National Parks it was nice to come to this quiet and air conditioned place. Not far from Goblin Valley State Park. Best way to end our time in Utah.

Great place, Great town!
Absolutely loved the area. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. There was a little issue with getting our check in info late but we had spent our day driving from Flagstaff up 95 and at Natural Bridges NM so we had no signal and finally was able to reach Nick and got our info shortly thereafter so no harm done. The Chowhound is right down the street and is a wonderful place to grab a burger and ice cream!

Nice, 4 star VRBO
This is a nice 4 star vacation home (but has the potential to become a 5 star). The two main things keeping this from being a 5 star rental are lack of blackout curtains in the bedrooms and lack of TV options. There are only blackout curtains in one bedroom so light comes pouring into the other two rooms bright and early. There is no cable or access to Netflix, Hulu, etc (a few local channels only). I think it would be easy enough to add smart BluRay players so we can at least input our own Netflix IDs and have something to watch. Overall, the location was nice and the property manager was very responsive.

Green RIver is a hidden gem and this is a perfect place to stay
Love Green River- (we enjoyed Swasey's beach and hiked Little Wildhorse slot canyon). Our kids loved petting the horses who lived adjacent to this property.

A true home away from home!
We greatly enjoyed our stay in this house. It was clean and very well prepared when we arrived. Everything necessary for our stay was ready. The owner does not keep any personal belongings in the house, so we really had it to ourselves - nothing was in our way. It felt like staying in a hotel, with the added benefit of having a fully equipped kitchen to prepare our own meals. Beds were very comfortable. Sitting room was pleasant. Kitchen and dining room had everything we needed to sit and feed a family of five. AC worked fine. Hot water was available all the time, except for a short time when the strong winds managed to extinguish the pilot light, but the owner sent someone to restart it immediately. The washer and drier worked very well too. TV reception was amazingly good for such a remote small town. Internet and WiFi were flawless. The house is not luxurious or anything, and indeed has some minor cosmetic blemishes on the corridor ceiling and one of the walls, but these are barely noticeable. The location is very strategic for people visiting the National Parks in the area - Arches, Canyonlands and Goblin Valley are all within an hour driving distance. The owner was very quick to respond to our messages, and even though we never met him in person, he took care of everything. Would definitely rent again next time we visit the Parks, and would recommend to friends.

Owner was easy to get a hold of and very clean!
The place was well decorated and very clean! Had a good amount of kitchen tools. I liked that the master bedroom had it's own separate sink from the main bathroom. The only drawback would be that there aren't any curtains, just blinds - which isn't a big deal...unless you have a toddler that wakes up at the crack of dawn ;) haha but it got us up early and out hiking.

Good location, quiet neighborhood
This is a nice place. It was centrally located to the activities we had planned for our vacation. The house was very clean other than the bathroom doors, they needed wiped down. This looks like a work in progress with a couple patches in the drywall and ceiling, and the yard not completed yet. Nick was very accommodating as we had to shift our stay by a couple of days. He did this within 5 minutes of our request. This is a reasonable place to stay compared to other places in the area and I would stay again.
