Deze moderne boerderij is van binnen en van buiten luxueus. De gloednieuwe gastronomische keuken van dit huis, dat zich over bijna 2 hectare uitstrekt, is uitgerust met alle voorzieningen die nodig zijn om maaltijden voor uw groep te bereiden en te serveren. De grote open keuken leidt naadloos naar een oversized terras waar u kunt genieten van een panoramisch uitzicht op de Puget Sound en de omliggende eilanden. Je kunt zelfs een glimp opvangen van een kale adelaar die boven je vliegt of een groep Orka Whales die in de baai zwemmen. Een buitenkeuken biedt uitgebreide woon- en eetruimte terwijl u geniet van het spectaculaire landschap. Neem deel aan een vriendelijk (of competitief) volleybalspel op het grasveld met uitzicht op de Sound. Wandel over een met bomen omzoomd pad naar 200 meter aan waterkant waar uw groep overdag kan zwemmen, kajakken en paddleboard en 's nachts rond een vreugdevuur kan verzamelen!

Wat is in de buurt:
Aan de overkant van de straat ligt de historische Greenbank Farm, waar u kunt winkelen, dineren en genieten van lokale wijnen, ambachtelijke bieren en bekroonde Whidbey Pies! Net op de weg is de schilderachtige Greenbank General Store, waar u kunt bijkomen van de benodigdheden en verrukkingen. 3 pars tot volledige 18-holes championship golfbanen liggen verspreid over het eiland. De badplaatsen Langley en Coupeville liggen beide op slechts enkele kilometers afstand en bieden leuke winkels, restaurants en kunstgalerijen. Bezoeken aan de staatsparken van het eiland - Deception Pass, Fort Casey en Ebey's Landing - zijn een must voor tochten, wandelingen, vliegeren, fietstochten of gewoon een geschiedenisles. Anacortes is net iets verder weg en biedt toegang tot het grootste veerbootsysteem van het land voor nog ambitieuzere ontdekkingsreizen naar plaatsen zoals de San Juan-eilanden en Victoria, Canada!

Overall, a great stay! Pros:- The house was great - nicely furnished- A well-stocked kitchen, plenty of fridge/freezer space- beautiful viewCons:- the lock for the front door was broken upon arrival, could not lock it for our stay which made us nervous about our belongings- the kitchen could have been cleaned a little better- the fireplace let a draft into the house and it smelled like smoke

Fantastic spot for gathering and creating lifetime memories. House has beautiful views, peaceful setting, amazing wildlife (eagles, deer), games, well stocked kitchen, grill, etc. Easy access to beach.

Amazing house on Whidbey Island!

We had a wonderful stay. The space, details, and property are incredible. There is plenty to do between the games, beach, TVs, hosting space, and more. Highly recommend renting this space for your next vacation!

What a great stay

Wow what a beautiful home, location and wonderful experience. Great for groups and smaller get together like we had of 7 people. Oh and I almost forgot the biggest thing…amazing views!…this place shouldn’t be missed.

Great Location

The house is beautiful inside and out. If you like nature, you will see lots of eagles nesting nearby as well as deer. House is very comfortable and the outdoor amenities are great. I would highly recommend this house and will stay there again in the future.

Beautiful View and House

Lovely house easily accommodated our large group for a family 80th birthday celebration. The large living room for family gathering with sweeping view and incredible sunrises were highlights. Private beach access and ability to easily launch the kayak we brought with us was a nice surprise.

4th of July Vacation

The house and view are absolutely gorgeous! Living and eating areas easily accommodated our party of 14 adults! We loved seeing the eagles flying in out next door and the deer on the property as well! Beautiful and comfortable for all for 5 days of family fun! Thanks Vacasa!

Everything about this house is amazing! the view, the kitchen, the beds, the layout - I cant say enough about our experience! I dont love working with a 3rd party and would love to be in contact with the owner about a few things, but I tried - and just wasnt an option. The 3rd party was constantly questioning me about "having a party", when i was simply having a bday dinner with my familly. Other than that, it was perfection and I will be coming back for sure!

Beautiful vistas perfect for a group

Our company's leadership team met for almost a week to plan out our future. The property is beautiful and the home super conducive to both group sessions and private moments for rest and reflection. We had a snag with the cleanliness of the kitchen and common areas when we checked in but the owner was super responsive. Worth a visit.

Whidbey Island Paradise

The Modern farmhouse in Greenbank, the property and the Island were all beyond expectations. We are a family of 16, including 8 grandkids. The kids LOVED the bunk room! The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, an amazing kitchen and outstanding views of the water!! We all enjoyed spending time at the beach. The yard was perfect for the kids as well. We loved exploring the island, lots of hiking trails, lush forests, farmland and outstanding beaches. It was a perfect vacation get-away.

Beautiful home

Great location right on the water! Gorgeous views of sunrise, water and mountains. Rooms are large and it’s easy to cook a meal with the double sinks and tons of counter space. Bedrooms and bathrooms are big enough and nicely laid out. House could use a little TLC on maintenance and cleanliness issues. Also, really needs a house manual—very challenging to come in and operate all the various systems with no written guidance. And very little info on listing itself.

Our big family had a PERFECT vacation here.

This is a fantastic house. It is loaded with everything a family of 16 (9 adults and 7 kids!) needed to enjoy a week together. The kitchen is stocked with tools and flatware/cookware. There is loads of pantry and refrigerator/freezer/wine fridge space. The outside kitchen area is a huge bonus. The common areas are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Opening the two giant sliding doors was my favorite part of each morning. The beds and bedding are comfortable. The bunkroom for kids was a lifesaver. Our patriarch needs a walker to get around and accessibility was a breeze for her. We were even able to get her down to the beach via the gradual grass path. The volleyball/badminton net is a HUGE plus as are the CornHole boards. There are also loads of games and puzzles in the living room cupboards. Walking distance to Greenbank Farm Winery, House of Cannabis dispensary, and the amazing Greenbank Deli are chef's kiss on what is otherwise a stunning location. Our weather was quite warm and the house was able to stay cool thanks to the daily breeze, shades, and mini-splits. The huge yard was freshly groomed and beautiful. The cons?? Icemaker was kaput and the water temp was more difficult to get cold than it was to be warm or hot. Can't figure that one out.

Outstanding home!

My family recently enjoyed a 3 generation reunion at this house. It had more than enough room for all 15 of us and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Highlights were the size and usability of the well stocked and equipped kitchen, the game room and bunk bed room + games and puzzles for the grandkids, the location which was close enough to enjoy activities on the island but still felt private, easy access to the beach, and most of all, the incredible main floor and primary bedroom water view with snow covered mountains in the distance. The only possible negative was an issue with the heat for the bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor. However, Vacasa promptly sent someone to make adjustments to correct the problem. Overall, we had a wonderful time on our 1st trip to Whidbey Island and, although it was quite chilly, we certainly felt there was plenty to do both on the island and at the house to keep everyone - ages 2 to 73 happy. Do not hesitate to choose this beautiful house for a vacation. As wonderful as it is, the view is absolutely breathtaking.

Amazing stay!

The home is so beautiful and so comfortable. Honestly there are no issues with this home at all it's the perfect amount of space and layout. We loved the big doors that opened up to the view of the water. We spent all of our time just looking at the view. It was really a dream and we can't wait to go back!

Beautiful Modern Farmhouse with Amazing Sunrise Views

This home is impressive from the moment you drive up, walk around the three levels, and just look at the view out the sliding doors. Love the kitchen island, and has more than enough kitchen equipment and space, love all the garbage / recycle bins, the serving platters, the dishes and appliances. Living room couches and chairs super comfortable and all the decor was wonderful to experience. Bedrooms have all you need, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, place to put your suitcase, luxury bedding and towels. The sunrises are spectacular! I usually like sunsets, and don’t always like getting up early, but these were worth it! The grounds are also just amazing from the deck, outdoor furniture, fire table, the gentle sloping grass path to the beach, the easy beach access with chairs down below to just relax and enjoy the beach. Our only issue was going in October, the house was super cold, and the heater kept resetting back to 55 degrees. Fortunately the customer service was amazing and they brought space heaters to help heat up the rooms we were mostly using. I would highly recommend this place, as perfect for small or large groups. We even had a blast playing the lawn games and air hockey in the downstairs.

Spectacular view and location

Eleven of us from 8-80, cooked together, played volleyball and badminton, games, the beach, a well designed and comfortable house. We drove around but the most fun was staying home!

What a beautiful house...and view!

Every morning waking up to the sunrise was very special. We really enjoyed the big kitchen and island, and the oversized refrigerator was a nice bonus. All of the beds were very comfortable too. The sliding doors in the living room were really cool since there are hardly any bugs at all in the PNW, and the weather was perfect. What a wonderful getaway in the perfect house! I would highly recommend anyone to rent this place for a family or friends vacation.
