The dining options, within walking distrance, were very good. The ease of getting to UTK campus was great - either straight shot down Cumberland or on the interstate!! Great location!!'

The room was ok. It was the smallest bathroom without a vent fan. I like a hot shower and without a fan it’s very steamy for a long time. Was not the cleanest place I’ve stayed. I didn’t feel as if I would catch a disease. Could have been cleaner. The sink had cracks in it.

'We really enjoyed our stay. The place is very clean. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was great. Fresh and hot food with a great selection. Coolest part was their pancake machine. And definitely try the orange infused water. It was a great experience and we will stay again.'
