Deze ontspannende 5 slaapkamers, 3 1/2 bad met 3 koningen, 1 koningin, en een 4 aparte slaapkamer heeft voldoende ruimte voor uw familie en vrienden. Volwassenen kunnen genieten van de HDTV, keuken, open haard en dek dat 8 zit boven terwijl de kinderen genieten van de 60 inch HDTV, Ping Pong tafel, bordspellen, Wii en poker / kaart tafel beneden. Ongelooflijk Sonos-geluidssysteem is overal in het huis beschikbaar. Nip van uw favoriete drankje op het terrasmeubilair op het dok kijkglas glad water tijdens het vissen. Absorbeer het uitzicht in Adirondack-stoelen aan het meer of zit open haard bij de enorme vuurplaats met uitzicht op het meer terwijl u smores roostert. Boeken, bordspellen, 2 HDTV's, WiFi in het hele huis en onroerend goed, en een computer met internettoegang en printer zijn beschikbaar voor uw gebruik regen of zonneschijn! Buurt voorzieningen zijn onder andere prive boothelling met afgesloten boot trailer opslag, tennisbanen, basketbalveld en een 2 mijl bebost wandelpad. De 1 mijl inham is perfect voor kanoën, kajakken, paddle boarding, vissen of waterskiën. Als u de baai uit wilt, ziet u onmiddellijk het Ritz Carlton met al zijn eet- en spavoorzieningen. Er zijn ook 2 jachthavens en boot / jetski / enz. Verhuur binnen enkele minuten van ons huis. Binnen 15 tot 20 minuten van ons huis vindt u vele uitstekende restaurants, Publix supermarkt, bioscoop en ziekenhuis. U zult genieten van winkelen in het nabijgelegen historische Greensboro, Eatonton en Madison. Amazing Stay

We had an amazing week here! The setup of the house is perfect for a large family/friends trip. Kids slept up, while parents could play games and chat later into the evening in the basement (without any concern of waking the little ones). There were so many small things, extra towels, lake/pool toys, etc that made it feel like we were staying at a family members house, not a bare minimum rental. The grills helped us fix some amazing dinners, with plentiful cookware in the kitchen. We didn’t want to leave!!

The house was very nice! Very well equipped with lots of extras, it was nice not to have to buy all the little extras as they had everything there for us. Only issue was coffee pots didn’t work so we had to go out for coffee each day which is a 15 minute drive each way.

New hot tub spa!

This lovely lake house just got better!! It has a new hot tub! This was our family’s 4th time renting this home. It sleeps 12 and fits our 3 generational family well. But most importantly, there are so many things to do. The pool has always been the kids’ favorite…now the hot tub has become the adults’ favorite! And everyone loves paddle boarding, canoeing and fishing. This home has everything needed for a fun family weekend.

tranquility along Lake Oconee

This is my second stay at this beautiful and well-maintained property. There was plenty of space for my party of seven and plenty of amenities to preoccupy us when we weren't on the golf course. The pool water is clean and crisp making for a refreshing plunge after a day in the sun. The house is located within a tranquil cove of Lake Oconee making time on the dock quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Family Fun

This lakehouse is located on a peaceful cove and there are so many things to entertain young children..from the swimming pool to fishing on the dock to paddling in the canoe or on the paddle boards. The house suits our multigenerational family (ages 2-69) very well. This was our third stay and we hope we will be lucky enough to return.

60 anniversary family celebration

Family from North Carolina, Florida and Georgia gathered together to celebrate the 60th wedding anniversary of our parents. The lake house was the perfect place for our family. Very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was very well appointed and served us well when we had our cooking competition…which my team obviously won!!! The wood fire pizza oven was also a hit.

Absolutely beautiful home!

We loved this home, and its beautiful landscaping, charming pool, and gorgeous porch. The location on the quiet cove was very nice, and was a respite from the rowdier parts of the lake. Church group get away!

We brought our young adult group (along with some older adults and my 2 year old!) we had a great time! It was great for everyone! Great cove! The pool was perfect for my little boy and the younger boys loved the downstairs playground- complete with a huge TV, poker and ping-pong! Plenty of space for us all! Would highly recommend!

WOW this house had everything I could think of. Thanks for having the perfect home on Lake Oconee in a quiet cove for our family vacation. We had 3 generations here and had a blast. The ping pong table, poker table, the paddleboards were all so kind of the owners to have to make it even more fun.

A Memorable Memorial Day

Our extended family spent a memorable Memorial Day weekend at Lee’s property. He was a gracious and responsive host who worked quickly with us to answer questions and problem-solve. Perfect home for our stay

We were at Lake Oconee for a wedding in Greensboro. This home was large enough for our extended family and for everyone to have their own bed. We were able to hang out at the pool the day after the wedding and relax. We had everything we needed and it was an easy drive to Greensboro, and the Publix. Highly recommend this home.

Fun times

This home with its quiet setting and many extras made for a super fun weekend for our 3-generational family. What made our stay fabulous: - The amenities/extras! This was our 5th rental at Lake Oconee and the first time an owner generously shared a canoe, paddle-boards, and fishing rods. It really made the difference in our ability to fully enjoy the lake. And because the home is in a quiet cove, we didn’t have to worry about boat traffic. Other things that made our stay enjoyable: - The pool! - A dining table for 12 - Relaxing around the gas fire pit at night - Watching the Dawgs on the big screen - Playing ping-pong - The screened porch - Comfy beds - The well stocked kitchen One miss: - The pool was not functioning properly when we checked in but Lee worked with us and his pool service to resolve the issue quickly.

Perfect serene seting

Great place and beautiful setting. Much of what we would say has been well documented in terms of the house, sleeping arrangements and amenities - its all great! We used the pickleball courts down the street every night and never saw anyone else there! We also used the paddle boards and rafts and other pool and lake toys which was very nice and handy to have available. All in all a great stay with tons of different seating areas to read and enjoy the quiet setting! Thanks Lee - great stuff you have there!
