Perfect for families and Business groups , this centrally located newly renovated unit sits in the heart of Triad with close proximity to Greensboro / High Point .Easy access from I73/I40/ Wendover /68 .

The house includes a fully functional Basement unit with 1 bed /1 bath / Independent kitchen / Office space . The basement is perfect for families travelling with elders and there are " No Steps" for basement access.

2 King beds / Roku Tvs for each room and a beautiful sunroom as the highlight

House is on septic , so pls use water judiciously

Perfect place for staying during High point market. There are several supermarkets and restaurants near the house.10mins to airport and 20mins to High point. We would consider to stay for next time.

Enjoyed our stay

We loved the location of the home and the view of the trees and greenery surrounding the house from the large open windows. They have a sun room with large windows that was great for games and relaxing together. We were initially concerned that the house was so close to the interstate and a main road, but the windows seem to keep most of the road noise out. We didn’t feel that the kitchen was equipped very well. The listing noted there was a barbecue to use, but then we got a note from the manager that they don’t provide propane. That would be awfully expensive to go buy a tank and then have it filled to barbecue. I thought the propane should be included with barbecue. They do provide a washer and dryer, but you will need to take your quarters with you as it will cost you 1.50 to wash a load. That was a little bit of a surprise. Overall, we had a good day. Would consider staying here again in the future, would just go a little more prepared.

Family stay in Greensboro

This is a nice, clean house at the end of a quiet street. There are several restaurants within 1 mile and even more within 5 miles. The pictures are accurate and the host was very responsive.

Family get-together in Greensboro

This VRBO unit met our needs exactly. My wife and I stayed in the lower unit which had kitchen, living room, bedroom and small bathroom. Our daughter and her husband and family stayed upstairs with 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room and bathrooms. Very nice arrangement for the six of us.

This property is a hidden gem. It is well appointed and super clean in a quiet neighborhood. The property is very close to restaurants and shopping as well as easy access to the City. I highly recommend this property if in the Greensboro area.

Family Trip to High Point. NC

The property was extremely spacious!! It has great spaces for gathering in the living room, sunroom, and living area in the basement. The location was perfect for us. We were close to family in High Point and close to stores/restaurants in Greensboro. The owner did a great job communicating during our stay. The only areas that could be improved were the bathrooms. They were a bit small, but functional. Overall, a great stay and property. We would certainly stay again.

A lot of room for all of us, kids enjoyed the backyard and basement full of game tables. Tv's in each bedroom was a treat for the kiddos. Clean and taken care of. Sent owner/property manager a few suggestions and he has already implemented.
