Unwind in the beautifully designed interior, featuring gleaming new finishes, stylish decor, and thoughtful amenities throughout. The open concept living area invites you to relax on comfy furnishings while enjoying the 55" Smart TV with Netflix. Whip up meals in the fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances and generous counter space.

Comfort awaits in the 4 serene bedrooms, including 2 with luxurious king beds. Additional sleeping space is available with the sofa bed and air mattress. The spa-like bathrooms provide a refreshing start or soothing end to each day.

Step outside to your private fully fenced backyard oasis. Fire up the BBQ for an al fresco meal at the dining area. Roast marshmallows around the fire pit under the stars. It's your space to enjoy however you wish.

Those working remotely will appreciate the dedicated workspace. Fast WiFi and a peaceful setting help maximize productivity. And when it's time for a break, you're surrounded by activities and attractions to experience.

While there isn't staff on-site 24/7 like in a hotel, you can count on me to be responsive and attentive to ensure your visit is nothing short of wonderful.

Our prime location puts the best of High Point right at your fingertips! The home sits in a quiet, safe neighborhood I adore, yet is mere minutes from everywhere you want to be.

Some of the city's top attractions are just a short drive away. Immerse yourself in the excitement of the High Point Furniture Market (I'm happy to share insider tips!) or explore the beautiful High Point University campus, both only 4 minutes from our door.

Families will love being just 3 minutes from the incredible High Point Children's Museum. This 75,000 square foot wonderland sparks imagination and delivers endless delight, complete with a carousel ride the kids will adore.

When it's time to venture out, you're less than a mile from the serene Mohawk Park and the expansive Armstrong Park, both lovely spots to picnic, play or simply soak up nature. As an avid hiker, I'm happy to point you to the best trails!

The neighborhood is also a foodie's dream! Within a 1-minute radius, you'll find an array of fantastic restaurants, bars and cafes to satisfy every craving. While a car offers the most convenience for exploring the High Point area, our home's prime location makes it easy to get around even without your own wheels.

If you're flying in, the Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO) is just a 20-minute drive away. Taxis and ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for the quick trip to the house. I'm happy to provide recommended car services if needed.

Once you're here, many of the city's top attractions, restaurants, and parks are within walking distance or a very short drive:

- 1-minute walk to 10+ restaurants, bars & cafes

Of course, if you do opt for a car rental or will have your own vehicle, parking is a breeze. The spacious 2-car garage and driveway provide ample space for multiple vehicles, so you never need to worry about finding a spot.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests, please review and adhere to the following house rules. Violations will result in additional charges.

→ Unauthorized Guests: $500 per unauthorized guest.

→ Unauthorized Pets: $300 per unauthorized pet.

→ Smoking Violation: $500 fee for smoking inside the unit or in non-designated areas.

→ Misuse of Hot Tub (if applicable): $300 fee (e.g., failure to follow usage guidelines, excessive debris, or damage).

→ Unauthorized Late Checkout: $300 fee if checkout extends beyond the designated time without prior approval.

→ Excessive Trash or Mess: $300 cleaning fee if the unit is left in an unsanitary or excessively messy condition.

→ Unauthorized Events, Gatherings, or Parties: $500 fee for hosting unapproved events.

→ We are a pet-friendly property! A non-refundable pet fee of $49 per stay applies, plus $19 per pet, per night to cover additional cleaning costs. Please ensure pets are well-behaved and do not cause damage to the property.
