The layout of the room was well done. I also appreciated having an individual microwave and mini-frig. The room was spacious and clean. I plan to stay at that hotel every time I visit the Greensboro area.

I have stayed here numerous times with no problem. This particular time our room had ants. The room they move us to had toilet problems (Flushing). Attendant didn’t seem to practically care. Did the minimum I guess.

Hotel was great, convenient location for lots of restaurants and fast food. It’s also located right off the highway which was easy to access. The rooms were very clean. The only negative was that I had requested a crib during check in for our one year old baby but we’re told by the front desk they only had 1 and it was in use. I understand they are first come first served but only having 1 seems quite inadequate. Needless to say, my baby nor I got much sleep without her having a crib. The front desk offered extra blankets which I used to make a bed on the floor. It was very frustrating as I’ve never had a hotel not have a crib available and we were unable to travel with a portable crib.

Charged twice
I had paid for my room through hotels.com and got confirmation of paying. When I got to hotel I was made to pay again. I was told that the charged that I had already paid was just to hold the room. But my bank had already been charged. When I made it known to the front desk clerk the next morning once I looked at by online acct. that I had been charged twice the manager made it seem as if I was lying and that she had to get it straight with hotels.com or I was going to have to call them. Then the manger decided to call expedia to try to get it straight and I was told she would get in contact with me by the end of the day or the next day. I'm waiting for her phone call. Because I refuse to pay twice I will take this further if I have too. This makes me not want to book through hotels.com or stay at that Hilton any more if they can't see on their screen if a patron has already paid or not and makes them pay again and then they have a hard time getting refunded.

We were VERY disappointed in this hotel. It was under construction and that was not advertised to us. We paid a VERY high rate and stayed in the older part of the hotel. The bathroom was very dated and neither one of us wanted to shower there. There was rust everywhere in the bathroom. We tried to get a new room but they were booked up. It was so GROSS and not worth the high rate. We would like a refund for our trouble, it was awful.

Don’t waste your money
When I went up to te front desk for checking the person working gave me an attitude because I was a minor (I was not checking in I was just waiting for my parents). The towels had stains, the bed sheets smelled dirty, the rooms were musty. We only booked the rooms for one night but we got charged for two nights (We checked in Friday night and checked out Saturday morning at 8). Overall it wasn’t the best hotel and The ambiance was not good and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
